FortuneJack hasn't closed my account yet for having an old dormant account. However, I didn't take any bonuses on my old account. Have you taken any bonuses on your old account? Maybe you have taken free bonuses on your old account and you are using your new account to get some bonuses form giveaway only. Otherwise I can't see any reason for your account closure.

Hmm unfortunately you acknowledge your old account after being detected by the FJ team it will be different if you tell them by email so you have proof , this is the advantage of the FJ team somehow they can detect your other account even though it was created several years ago and never used. FJ is indeed generous in giving many promos but don't think they are easy to trick.
