I can agree on the whole of this post. KYC does seem intimidating but when its demanded from a trustworthy gambling platform like Fortunejack, then I think its a much better alternative than to doing KYC on some other, new and unexperienced casino.

I experienced this too when I forgot my old account credentials then I create a new one. They tell me that I have an old account and I choose 1 account only and the other should be closed by them. They let me choose what account will retain so I believe they will consider your case if you don't abused any giveaway from them.
