It would be stupid if the bigger exchanges, including the Chinese ones, didn't list WAVES because of the sheer size and volume of the project. I believe WAVES will do everything in a balanced fashion so it gets on multiple exchanges to get spread around more.

I think Yobit and C-Cex are the exchanges most altcoins get listed on first, so I think we should aim for those. Yobit isn't bad option, but as I understand they have some technical difficulties with wallets and adding ( Even payed one ) can take more than 2 weeks Yobit will be a good start, maybe try Cryptopia as well. I think once we got the roadmap out and why this coin has been created, exchanges will likely be more responsive to list it. They like to know why the coin is good and what it will represent and be used for, so it's good to build interest and the community and the exchanges will follow suit. I will help promote this as well.  |

Volume is 90 bucks.  Volume will pick up as more and more peeps see the online shop once it hatches, so good time to stock up while they are still cheap, especially if Barry does the buy and Burn thing that he was going to do with the original GROW. Sure. We're going to establish a real estate development company, called Acre, using a portion of the ICO funds. A team is in the process of being put together and once confirmed will be listed on the Acre part of the rise.vision website. I'd like to bring in expertise of architects Richard and Peter Lucking (based in France and US respectively) and several well established people in the building industry. The Acre team, including myself, will complete the first projects using as much in house skills as possible (keeping costs down) and depending on success recruit more people as the company grows. The aim is to scale up Acre like any fledgling business and into something that is self funding in it's growth and asset accumulation. That would mean Acre building and selling properties (to increase working capital) then moving onto build to lets which in turn would fund even more build to lets.... A % of profits would be paid to anybody holding Rise and or Acre. There may be separate funding rounds to help Acre start new projects but initially all Rise holders will be entitled to Acre tokens. Because Acre is a traditional business model returns to investors would initially get a return on a project by project basis. Here is a brief overview of an Acre development showing the kind of profits that would be returned to investors / Rise holders. It also goes on to show the potential for growth. Step 1: The first build. A 9 unit apartment build in my area of France would cost approx 600,000 euros including land, materials and labour. The sale price of each apartment would be in the region of 110,000 euros. Total sales price one million euros (approx). 400K euros taxable profits. After tax (could be more or less depending on the type of company founded) leaves approx 300K euros net profit. 50% of those profits goes back into the Acre company treasury for expansion. 50% i.e 150K euros is shared out to all Rise / Acre holders. Step 2: The second build/s With 750K euros now available we can build 12 apartments. 1.32M euro sale price minus 750K costs. Steps 3 and on... Once we are in a position to build 20 apartments they can be rented out, providing Acre a constant return of approx 12,000 euros per month. Now Acre can be grown in a semi autonomous way in that it can and finance new builds without selling assets. At this stage and at the end of each year 50% of after tax profits go to Acre token holders. There could be a possibility to vote on selling assets in order to free up capital for faster growth, but between here and there... it's a long way to go! Wasnt expecting that! This has been done before. Lost track of where it is currently, but last time i looked, it was still operating. This is a great idea to converge fiat with crypto because it will bring in the Masses without all the cumbersome mumbo jumbo basement nerd speak, although I don't understand all the technicalities behind this asset class, I am beginning to get the idea and firm believer this to be a mindblowing operation.

WOW I love rare coins and this could be the start of something big and I also like the rewards for the Community-based interaction. I am a coin blogger also and am wondering are there any bounties for blog reviews and promotion on twitter and fb? I got some jobs to complete over the next two days but I can get in a blog post middle of the week for a little bag of PAL.. . I am a great advocate of Digital currencies and am backing my own coin with assets so I will be active for sure. I believe also if DEVS and communities work together to help each other it will generate more interest in the lay population to come and try collecting digital currencies. I am training two new people this week about digital currencies and want to help in contributing to growing the market cap in this area. Being a woman as well, which I know we are a minority, I think collectors coins like PAL would be good nest eggs to invest in as women we don't only like to spend but we like to save as well and I want to teach other women how to diversify their saving via digital currency. :)PAL with such a limited supply should engage a lot of interest over the coming weeks. |

How did it happen? I am synced now and I mined one GROW..It just popped when I opened my wallet. We are though yes? MY one GROW mined has 12 confirmations and will be mature after 20 confirms it says. Unsure, my main and backup wallet lost all connections. I had to delete the blockchain and let both resync again.. now they're fine. Oh thank you for that, much appreciated. I am not very good with wallets but yes if I got stuck I would resync also but I think I am fine for now. :0 I have now 3751 GROW total with the one I just mined, hope that's a good starting point. |
