I did some research and it is simply not possible to create a signature campaign for newbies. Actually, the Newbie signature allow 50 characters max and no link :-/

That's a good thing. Otherwise, there would be those that would create a bunch of newbie accounts just to duodecuple dip.

Total amount of BTC Divided by amount of coins available for example:

1 person buys 10BTC
 
1 person buys 90BTC

10btc = owns 10% of all coins

90btc = owns 90% of all coins

More, the profits from all MINEUM activities, including Cloud Platform, Cloud Hosting and more, will be included in the dividends paid to shareholders.

But how do you benefit from this? You are giving 100% of your profits away? Or how many coins do you retain?

As mention in the OP, we are selling / giving away 49% of our shares.
In the 51% kept, 25% of the dividends received goes to core team (mdube and I) and 75% are reinvest into MINEUM (gear, bounty, R&D). 😊

More details about the votes will be available soon, but our vote will mainly be used in case of equality, logic or things like that.
A weekly payout could be possible, but hard since selling everything back to BTC without making to much loss takes time. We have worked a lot on our current system to affect to less possible the markets. But it stays a possibilities
