How about giving us an idea what the website is all about without us paying a visit to your website.

It's a good introduction that you can say before someone visits your website.
6283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is an entertainment? on: November 20, 2020, 09:05:50 PM
I think depending on our mood, it could be business or it could be entertainment or both. At first, we play for entertainment but after a few wins that will get our mood excited, we think we will make more money, it is business.
Business for the casino owners but for individuals, it ain't a business.

You'll be ending easily if you treat it as a business and yet you're new to it. But the feeling is real that you have explained, that's what we think whenever we're winning.
6284  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Airbnb next to accept Bitcoin ? on: November 20, 2020, 08:32:47 PM
Wait until they make an announcement.

Just like the rumors about PayPal which has startled the community all of a sudden, they were the ones to confirm it.
6285  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin Talk - Music Central on: November 20, 2020, 07:54:52 PM
There is a thread with 13 pages about what you listen to at the moment.

But this looks like your personal thread for the music that you listen ATM.
6286  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you really need in your trading? on: November 20, 2020, 07:26:03 PM
Everyone's business style is different and my type of business has the power to make a profit using my own intellect. Bot trading is unnecessary to me and i have never tried to learn it. I feel comfortable trading with my own ideas where the amount of profit is very low but the risk is very low.
You don't your ideas.

You have a strategy, and I think that's what you mean as you trade.

It's better to have that expectation of low income than to have a huge expectation of higher profit.
6287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Another person losses $20k to Fake Uniswap on Google Play on: November 20, 2020, 06:55:37 PM
What happens is that scammers can freely create and publish their app on Google Play. They'll only be stopped if Google receives several reports for that app.

$20k is a lot of money considering that we're seeing a jump in price.  Embarrassed

I'm sure that there are many programmers in the forum that are just remaining silent but also works as a software developer.

Kotlin is also a popular PL.
6289  Other / Off-topic / Re: in what business would you invest ? on: November 20, 2020, 06:12:14 PM
Rental property is one great investment. But you need high capital for you to acquire a property for you to rent it.

You have the property and you can rent it anytime. And it's value appreciates yearly so you're in the win-win.
6290  Other / Off-topic / Re: Happy New Year 2021 is going to arrive soon! on: November 19, 2020, 01:20:39 PM
Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year.

Early to greet but this is giving positive vibes for those who somehow forgot that we're approaching those days.
6291  Other / Off-topic / Re: How can we get up after trials? on: November 19, 2020, 06:11:04 AM
how can crypto help us to survive?
Being educated about crypto will at least help you survive and be at an advantage while tackling these trials. The pandemic has shorted a lot of businesses and made them close which resulted in the cutting of jobs and the employees have no salary to receive.

Just like having money, you will sustain your needs through it as long as you invest or trade properly.
6292  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC.com - Withdraw Disabled, is it scam ? on: November 19, 2020, 04:23:55 AM
I am wondering why the OP can't do it for himself and will require somebody to help him? It is better to submit the KYC documents rather than ask for someone to do that for him. He may encounter more problems if he will ask somebody. As the record of IPs in the site will change. And the exchange may tell him some suspicious activities, which may further harm his chance of withdrawing his funds. The money we are talking about here is not really small for most of us. So for me, better follow the instructions of the support rather than look for somebody out here.
He doesn't want his identity to be revealed on hitbtc or any exchange or anyone that will ask him to do so.

i don't want to share my personal documents with anyone.

6293  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin, Altcoins, DeFi and what's next? on: November 19, 2020, 03:49:47 AM
IMO, the next trend will be the same as the cycle before.

What if ICO will come back in life and PayPal will start it out? Citibank is also showing the sign of its interest or they have already had an entry to it and they'll start the same hype as before?

Just my thought too.  Cheesy

PayPal was hiring blockchain developers back in 2017 . I am more than sure they already developed a project for 2021 year also if I am not wrong people from US can buy crypto through PayPal . About ICO I am not sure if there will be still a hype for this since DeFi replaced it
I was thinking that the action they've made is for the feature that they've just announced lately. But there is a possibility that they are silently developing another thing and it could be more than that.

It is difficult for ICOs to get back to the way they were in 2017, investors are tired of the promises of ICOs and they don't want to invest in new ICO projects.
I don't know what the next crypto market trend is, but I will continue to invest in the top altcoins in today's market.
Well, if you PayPal's name on it. Investors will bite it.

IMO, the next trend will be the same as the cycle before.

My thought is it depends on the trend of the market: bull or bear. Big positive news always boosts the market up but its effects often are bigger in bull trend and smaller in bear trend. The same goes for negative news.

Companies come and go and news are from them and their future development plan, more products for bitcoin/ crypto are only reasons whales use to boost the market and retailers wait for such news to FOMO.
You're right, the trend is bullish this time and more projects could come in and they might create something new which will cause another FOMO for most investors just like those ICO days. It could be or couldn't be the same as the ICO but it will create another hype.

6295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is an entertainment? on: November 19, 2020, 02:22:03 AM
I think gambling is an entertainment when you do not bet with too much money or do it just for fun. Otherwise it can start making you addicted to it and it could not end very well. So, we should be careful about it too.
The description depends on your purpose.

If the purpose is for entertainment, you'll never spend what you can't afford to lose. The budget is little than the usual.

Because if money-making is the purpose, you'll understand that you will be bust out if you only have a little in your bankroll.

6297  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to buy bitcoin anonymously on: November 19, 2020, 01:20:34 AM
Most exchanges will require you to comply with KYC. Which country do you live in? maybe there is a bitcoin ATM near you, you can purchase there anonymously.

P2P trade also will do just like what's happening in the Currency Exchange section.

6300  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many hours you sleep in this Pandemic Situation? on: November 18, 2020, 05:36:05 PM
As adults, we need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. But this pandemic situation has affected our time table. Almost all of us are sleeping more than the need. For example, I am sleeping 10 hours a day. Also, going to bed lately. Sleeping more than need is causing bad for our health. I am curious to know about you. How many hours do you sleep? How are you managing your time?
With the study that I've read before, as an adult usually we get to sleep 4 hours as the normal sleeping time. We have more responsibilities and things to do and that's why our body wakes up earlier than the advisable sleeping hours of 7-8 hours.

I manage my time of doing things that are important and my sleeping hours vary. Sometimes 4 hours, 5 hours and so on. But it's my desire to have 10 hours straight sleep.
