6301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who here lives on crypto currency daily? on: December 10, 2017, 07:00:09 PM
Personally my daily spendings is obtained from fiat exchanged from my earned bitcoin, since  I started earning crypto I have been having stable income all my financial inadequacies has been catered for and majority of my income is obtained from offering services in this forum  which has enable me to buy stuffs like phones, clothes and  pay  my bills etc which is even more than  my daily job salary.
6302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if a person died with BTC!! on: December 10, 2017, 11:35:35 AM
What will happen??

No one will have the BTC address. Hence will them isolated?

In FIAT, people can handover money to someone.. So, i predict BTC will be disappeared gradually.
It is always good to share your wallet password, private key to a close confidant like your TRUSTED wife or kid by doing so there won't be any cases of lost bitcoin if such a person dies, it is very obvious there are a lot users who kept all their bitcoin details in secrecy this is absolutely uncalled for because those coins will be held  unclaim and wasted in the network.
6303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you ❤️ crypto??? on: December 10, 2017, 04:59:58 AM
I love the way crypto can connect people from a different culture.
With crypto you don’t need bank account who needs al your private data.
Just make a wallet and you can receive payments from everyone in the world.

But my question is why do you love crypto?
Why are you interested?

If you like please take a look at our project ✅ https://www.blunner.com
Crypto has given hope to the hopeless, crypto is the future bank and has given us alternative to saving our money in banks, crypto has made impossible to be possible, I never belief that I will ever have the opportunity to earn online but crypto has make it realistic even earning more than my daily job, crypto has helped us to create many jobs for the unemployed and had made many millionaires as for me I continue to love crypto because it is turning around my fortune.
6304  Economy / Speculation / Re: All coins down???? Whats happen? on: December 09, 2017, 05:59:40 PM
All coins are going down down down
Whats happen today?
This is anormal, all money leaving the cryptocoins?
Bitcoin is also going down it is presently at $13K+ having pull back from the highest high of $16K this is almost 50% correction I think other cryptocoins are also down due to market forces too I believe this is the right time to buy because it is very obvious investors will pump in funds in days ahead and the price will rise up again.
6305  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: NiceHash Hacked: $62 Million Stolen? on: December 09, 2017, 03:13:38 PM
A hacker successfully breached cryptocurrency mining marketplace NiceHash, resulting in the theft of up to $62 million worth of bitcoins

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/bitcoin-mining-marketplace-nicehash-hacked-62-million-stolen/?utm_campaign=crowdfire&utm_content=crowdfire&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter#883473539394875395-tw#1512677281295

Is this true ?
I believed it is high time programmers should look into blockchain technology with a view of tracking or tracing those stolen bitcoin by hackers, this will go a long way in completely discouraging or eliminating the stealing of coins, it is very obvious that an insider must be linked to the stolen $62 million of NiceHash this increasing daily cases of stolen bitcoin will also discourage potential investors and could mar the future of bitcoin.
6306  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Tracking down stolen Bitcoins on: December 09, 2017, 02:58:14 PM
There are a lot of stories of stolen bitcoins from hacked websites or fooled people.

I was wondering, since all transactions are in blockchain, is it technically possible to make blacklist of wallets where stolen funds where transferred (by claims of victims) to track transfers of those funds and report when the owner can be identified (for example when some goods where bought and delivery address is known)?

Or perhaps just block those blacklisted wallets and don't support them on the network (bitcoin) level?
Untraceable stolen bitcoin is one of biggest treat in blockchain technology, I hope programmers should look into cryptography in blockchain technology and device a formulae to block or blacklist those proven stolen bitcoin transactions because there has been  cases of hacked accounts which is a major setback in cryptocurrencies world.
6307  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know when to sell? on: December 09, 2017, 02:41:03 PM
Can i anybody put me through the basics of knowing when to sell and when to hold?...
I actually don't know much about market rise in demand and supply and it's affecting me in daily trade of cryptocurrency.
Try and research for profitable cryptocurrencies  strategies through google and YouTube whichever one you adopted practice thoroughly by demoing (practicing using a virtual currency) with time you will be consistent with it so as to know when to sell or buy because trading is not just to sell and buy there is much attached to it.
6308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid phishing websites? on: December 09, 2017, 01:35:53 PM
yes maybe here a lot of phishing website, because do not know. actually to distinguish the phishing website can be seen from the top left corner, there is safe writing or not, if not then the website is phishing.
To avoid phishing sites it is always advisable not to visit your favourites through other links rather than the bookmarked, recently this phishing forum similar to this forum was detected
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2270578.520  and it could very difficult to differentiate that forum with bitcointalk.org for an unsuspecting members someone must have already entered his or her username and password to this phishing site before realising that it is fake.
6309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: future of Bitcoin In this world? on: December 09, 2017, 01:25:05 PM
World government where the currency will threaten the value of the national currency. can you share with me how the future of Bitcoin and what will Bitcoin do in the future? one day Bitcoin be taken over by the world government for the circulation of this currency can be controlled? Why do you believe in Bitcoin, when this currency is not recognized by any government?
The evolution of bitcoin has become a major threat to many national currencies just as you rightly said, but be as it may it will become very difficult for any government to restrict the usage of this virtual currency because of it's feature of anonymity and decentralized nature.
In the comfort of my room bitcoin had made it possible to transacts business without any government or banking inference in view of this I can rightly said bitcoin has a brighter future.
6310  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Rising or Falling? on: December 08, 2017, 05:22:11 PM
The numbers of people using bitcoin had increased tremendously in recent times resulting in the surge of the price and moreso the rising price is likened to speculation rather than it's fundamentals after all there is no upcoming hardfork although the bubble had halted and presently falling back (correction).
6311  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will it crash in the next few days? on: December 08, 2017, 11:30:58 AM
I've been pulling my hair out trying to 'cash out'. My transaction has been stuck for 12 hours and I've already lost a good deal of cash waiting for it to go through.

If I drops rapidly over the next few days, I'm going to lose my mind.
Bitcoin pullback popularly known as correction had started having reached a highest high of +$16000 you better hold it because bitcoin always  pullback to 20% to 30% of it highest high before continuing the uptrend movement please relax and wait there is better days ahead.

6313  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is 50% correction on BTC possible? on: December 05, 2017, 09:34:19 AM
With the current continuing rise of Bitcoin price, we expect a correction coming soon. Do you it can reach around 50%? Give us your thought and own prediction.
I don't believed correction to 50% is realistic because the movement of the price bitcoin always defies technical analysis unlike forex trading.
In spot trading  technical tools like Fibonacci analysis, Gann analysis which can accurately predict 50% price retracement may not work in cryptocurrencies.
6314  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Starting trade with small amount on: December 04, 2017, 04:57:37 PM
How to start a trade with small amount?
I am not a millionaire.I have jaust some money.I want to trade with my small amount.can I do this? Then how?
The amount of bitcoin or money you started trading does not matter, what matter most is to trade and make profit consistently although you may incur some few losses but with a good money management you will be able to grow your capital and become a better trader.
6315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook & Google creating its own Cryptocurrency! on: December 04, 2017, 02:47:28 PM
Your thoughts on Facebook and Google creating its own Cryptocurrency. I know BTC is the pioneer in cryptocurrencies and currently has the highest value but if this two giant companies will release their own cryptocurrencies I don't think anyone would want miss that. Its not impossible right? Similarly Other companies like twitter & Youtube and even UBER can also dig into cryptocurrencies. If major companies can consider BTC as their main cryptocurrency, BTC value will definitely skyrocket.
This shows that decentralization has been adopted by the two IT giants and there is the tendency of other firms to follow suit invariably popularizing cryptocurrencies globally and many investors will participate in their upcoming ICOs and this going to boasts the cryptocurrencies market.
6316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 11k plus is the price of Bitcoin Now. my fear is..... on: December 04, 2017, 06:28:43 AM
Bitcoin might drastically go down deep following the sudden surge in price. If am wrong you can correct my impression thank you.
There is no cause for alarm as regards to the price of bitcoin,  in recent times it has been strongly bullish movement, pullback or correction then upward movement again, recalled during Chinese government clamped down on exchanges the price went dip  and recovered and obviously the price is very predictive and hopefully the bullish sentiment will continue after this present price corrections.
6317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: when you try to explain people about cryptocurrency do they understand? on: December 03, 2017, 07:55:42 PM
at the beginning it took me some time to explain people about this market.
i wonder:
when you try to explain people about cryptocurrency do they understand?
Complexity in the  working and operation of cryptocurrencies had really made it difficult to explain to people  and understanding it.
Personally it took me some time before I could be able to understand and digest every details in cryptocurrencies system, particularly bitcoin how to create a wallet, transactions, conversion of bitcoin to fiat e.t.c.
I had been trying every possible means to teach and educate people on how to use bitcoin and the responses was encouraging while some don't understand it because they are not interested.
6318  Other / Meta / Re: Is Bitcointalk.to same of Bitcointalk.org ? on: December 02, 2017, 09:40:58 PM
I see some of the content is same but I`m kind of confused. There was this NEMEther airdrop topic here which seems to be removed (for who knows that reason) but the same topic still continues on bitcointalk.to ? I don`t understand what is going on???

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2270578.520
Thank you for bringing to the notice of unsuspecting members of bitcointalk.org forum many members must have fallen victim of this phishing site and their password stolen when  I checked that forum it is almost tempting me to use my login details but I wisely closed it down completely.
6319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / US regulator approves Bitcoin trading on: December 02, 2017, 01:10:41 PM
Another major breakthrough for bitcoin as US regulator approves bitcoin trading I believed this is another landmark for bitcoin towards achieving more global recognition and possibly pushing up the price in days ahead.

6320  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Can Be A Savior! on: December 02, 2017, 10:59:24 AM
Bitcoin is  indeed a saviour not only in those aforementioned countries in Africa countries like Nigeria, South Africa where bitcoin is used as an alternative means of payment for transactions due to it's decentralized feature and it is not compulsory necessary to buy btc, services  such as programming, graphic designs e.t.c can be offered online and paid with btc which has equally become saviour in countries with high rate of unemployment.
