Yah ICO can still be good but now you must be super careful with tons of crappy ICOs coming out. Harder to have open faith in ICOs but if you do the correct research you should be okay. Avoid ICOs until this bubble bursts

I have noticing that Ethereum is stagnant between 290 - 300 . While Bitcoin had sureged 500 upwards in last 10 days.
I do not see any momentum evenethough there are so many tokens are using ethereum tokens ERC20 platform for their ICO and listing.
Simply because ETH and BTC aren't related. If Bitcoin is appreciating that never means ETH will increase too. Rather opposite happens to altcoins when Bitcoin appreciates, then altcoins usually experience a dip as happening right now. But, gradually they recover from the drop and start attaining momentum along with bitcoin. Regarding ETH, it is way too different from Bitcoin and has its own price driving factors. They both have their own market and fluctuate independently of each other. You are correct which ETH and BTC prices are not correlated to each other which means they do freely move without depending of each other.There are really different driving factors why do price behaves on that way.If we do try to see on the price of bitcoin as of now it did actually reach up again and break 4500 price which is really great which i do suspect that the upcoming fork is the main reason. Yup btc is in $4.5k again which may continue to grow this week. If another fuds will be made from the hard fork that will let the users specially newbie panics then dips may happen again and be a time for ETH to have some move. But ethereum already broken $300 resistance and this time the price of ethereum stay in above $305 which determined as a good way to the ethereum. I should think the price of ethereum will be following the bitcoin regarding the bitcoin and ethereum hardfork in this month. |

I do not understand why investors are selling below the ICO price. I take it when I find cash.
The investors are feeling worry about the future of the status in when we already seen kin project to be the better competitor for the status project. I say a lot of people are thinking to get the bitcoin gold too and try to sell all of their token as fast as possible and they don't care about the price. |

I need to make a good leap between projects like Tenx, Monaco and Centra. Otherwise, it's very difficult.

Would you be interested in a cryptocurrency with its own blockchain that can easily be mined on both android and iOS phones?
These is the first time I am hearing about Mining through mobile but how can it is possible. Many people are spending a lot of amount for Bitcoin mining and how can they simplify the code with the simple APP. I think it is very difficult to develop the APP. Actually, mining using mobile phone is impossible because the mobile phone is not as fast as the personal computer. If you will use mobile phone to mine bitcoins, it is surely very difficult for you to earn and the mining app is too heavy for a mobile phone. So, there's a tendency that your mobile phone will stop working even if you will uninstall all the app of your phone except the mining app. Not fast doesn't mean impossible, it can, even you can mine with raspberry pi, but just not as fast as using computer or as profitable as using computer. Mining with phone is basically a waste of time and energy consumption, but as I've seen so far that there's only very few coin that supplying an app to mine from mobile phone. |

I think that things work just like that, have you seen kickstarter for startup project that make fundraising by making IPO and finding private investor, 90% of them are fail but 10% the rest could have the potential of becoming unicorn company, maybe in the future, the ICO market will look likes what you've said but don't miss the opportunity of investing into another "big" company in the future.

I made my fortune in altcoin trade. You need to study first the coin that you pick. Read the white paper and feedback. Know the people behind the team. Always update yourself on the news so you will know when to sell and the perfect time to buy. even if you do that, sometimes, the coin that have poor quality of project and whitepaper can get pumped out of nowhere, it sometimes really confusing because it's against the nature that people have repeteadly saying here that a good project will result good coin. Until now, following the hype is the only way for me to always get profit from this trading activities. |

I experienced this problem too and I got worried. I checked my balanced in MEW. Everything was fine. Ethplorer also show the balance truly.
I think that was another glitch or bug, but that will be resolved as fast as possible, is there a recent announcement regarding what already happened with you? It seems my balance is find right now. I just think other still get the same problem with you. |

Please you can try to import your mew wallet to the etherdelta just with using your address and private key, if you are successful import your account to the etherdelta and you will see your balance will be appearing and you will be able to transfer your fund into the etherdelta smartcontract. |

Well you can invest a little amount of money and hope that you can make profit. I heard that it will take time in order to make profit of altcoins. They will pump up the price and then you need to sell them. Thats how trading works i heard once that a guy had made 3 million dollars just with investing in altcoins. So its truly profitable.
altcoin trading is different from altcoin investment, with investment you have less risk and you can hope that your coin will go very high and do a good return, with trading there is a higher risk because you play against the market on a daily basis But that will be so easy to predict rather than use the bitcoin as your daily trade, because altcoin will be back again. I meant if you are looking at some coins and the chart looks same in some reasons, that's why to trade in altcoin really profitable. |

It is a good idea to invest in ETH and LTC, both have active development teams who always try to release new features. Both coins have risen a lot in 2017 and still have potential to get higher.
ltc is not moving much its stuck with its current value I guess eth can be much better of you are planning to hold in short period of time maybe buy more eth than ltc but if looking for long term both coins have its owned time frame to stand up and rise its value. ETH is stuck aswell but pretty much following the price of bitcoin, the ltc in the other hand, just there, never move. if there's an ICO with really high hard cap and people really hyped with it, the demand for ETH increase and the price of ETH will increase as well, overall, eth have potential than LTC. |

I also liquidated my Bitcoin Cash a while back I didnt believe in it from the
start and made the decision to support Bitcoin.
It is just slowly sliding downwards.
But it's easy money isn't it? especially if you sell it at the peek of the price, you'll get some load of easy money without doing anything. I don't think so. In the month of November, there will be a hardfork. As far as I remember, the price of Bitcoin before the recent hardfork is just 2500$ or something like that, it dumped for about a week and after the hardfork, in just 25 days Bitcoin is able to reach the 4k dollar mark. I think it won't be able to reach 5k before the hardfork, maybe after the hardfork it will be. And I think there will be dumps as the hardfork is approaching. It reminds me before the hardwork people filled with anxiousness and doubtfulness and see now the price just increasing significantly after hardfork. that's mainly because segwit affect I think. and yeah I agree with you, we will hit ATH when the hardfork is coming, we'll double our achievement after hardwork by the next hardwork. |

250 ETH woow, it is very big for me, if my suggestion hold up to the highest price, we can also use 50% for project ico ongoing, so we can reap other profit for the rest we can sell. we switch to bitcoin because now bitcoin is still very expensive.
50% which equal to 125 ETH, that's too much for an ICO, you better go with smaller amount if you sure that they can give you profit. ICO is very risky for that big money, the project have the chance of failed. did you know that most of the project which start with kickstarter are ended fail? |

Hi Guy's, Where would you invest 10 eth in when you can and why?  I will invest in Bitcoin and some other coin. Do not put eggs with 1 basket!  I also own 10 ETH and was thinking what to do with it. And i know that it maybe isn't the best to keep all eggs in one basket, but i belive that in 2018 ETH will be the most profitable coin. So my decision was to keep this 10 ETH and looking for opportunieties to buy/earn other coins. Ill do the opposite thing, I'm not sure about the future of eth seeing the price always stagnan and following bitcoin ever since. I always try to invest to many coins that's look profitable for me and yes I do bag holding so far everything just go normal and I hope for future also, still get impressed of how ETH switch to pos tho. |

Tax evasion has always been a big issue in China. That is the reason why the government officials are running scared of Bitcoin. They are afraid that Bitcoins may be used to hide individual wealth, and to transfer wealth abroad. Same is the case in India as well.
Tax evasion is not a thing if they give punishment to the evaders, it's not just light punishment but the heaviest one, then the citizens will forcefully reporting their profit, or wealth from bitcoin so that government can tax them. since blockchain is really transparent about every transactions going on, it doesn't make sense if they scared of it. |
