It is a possibility that we could see another parallel league starting up like Kerry Packer or the ICL even before the IPL but the ICC has the authority to ban the players playing those tournaments and will put pressure like they did but because there are many cricket leagues around the world for T20 it is a possibility but the ICC and the other cricket boards will kill them as they have complete control over the players as they will never play another international match if they go against them nor they will receive any pension, so none of the players will dare to go against the board. In current system small leagues are not danger anymore but ally for any cricket board and ICC. dynamic has changed in World Cricket when we look at financial set-up, But Imagine any board going against the ICC and What if that board is BCCI? |

Every Team has international commitment to play against 5-6 different teams in every 2 years cycle or so. What low standard Royse? they dragged their defeat to 3rd day, its a big win IMO at one time they were struggling at 13/4. I think ICC should work on some kind of Plan so that they can divide all Test Nations into 2 groups for more competitive games. Group A : Top 5 ranking Teams + One team who tops the Group B Group B : Rest of the Test playing Nations

Bangladesh is trying their best to put some runs on the board so that the people who took tickets for the first 4 days will get the opportunity to come to the stadium . The Indian pacers are too much for the Bangladeshi batsman and the way in which the bowlers are delivering i would like to see them bowl in green wickets and they can pose a challenge to any team in the world, if this bowling unit along with Bumrah travel to New Zealand in their next tour then they can make history by winning the series as i am pretty sure they never won that in New Zealand. Shami hitting the batsmen and ishant, umesh showing no sign of mercy as well. 7th wicket down, all belongs to pacer and spinners are at sideline so far just enjoying the view. |

Sourav Ganguly first gig turning out to be good for Test cricket so far, he left no stone unturned for this. Inviting Bangladesh's Hon. PM Sheikh Hasina along with first test team of Bangladesh. i really hope after this he will take care of spectators concerns regarding stadium facilities etc.
So BCCI is inaugurating the day night Test match with a bang and there is a reason for that, if the match could attract the audience interest which they are looking for and it will become a grand success in the grant scheme of things then we might see day night matches quite often and their main focal point will be TRP rating and stadium audience. All tickets are sold already for first 4 days. Imagine if this was in between Australia and India :-D
