Yeah, I also don't trust any ICO rating websites since all of them have the same possibility to manipulate the rates. The team members/developers of ICO projects can pay some money to the ICO rating websites, and finally give fake rates for the projects.
So, if you have experienced friends or trader/investor telegram group, you are better to ask them. It can be more effective than taking a look at ICO rating websites. Or improve your knowledge to find out good projects through own research.

It is good news for investors or traders from US, they will have a chance to join Binance legally.
So, I don't see the issue about "US government trying to control crypto" there.

What do you mean by "came at wrong time"? It is about the time or the marketing strategy or the quality of the project itself?
I think there is no wrong time if it is a good project made by quality team members. They must know what crypto market needs and how to make an ICO be interested. The marketing strategy should be the point, but don't forget finally the quality of the project will determine the success or failure in the end.

So far, it has been known that many ICOs are often failed, scams, or even be dead after the ICO is ended/ Only few ICO projects that are exactly a success, and only some that will survive in the market.

The presence of IEO may help to be one of the problem-solving. However, it is not easy. For many of them also only use the small exchange. Whereas an IEO must be also trusted, if the exchange is good enough or popular at least, it will be okay enough.

Both are the same, there is no guarantee to win or earn money. It should depend on how you do it, I mean about your strategy and experience.

Yang namanya aset, pasti ada resikonya. Intinya pada nilai aset yang bergerak up-down. Terkait dengan Bitcoin, karena pada dasarnya memang sifatnya terdesentralisasi dan purely bergantung supply-demand di market, maka sebenarnya tingkat resiko dari investasi ini sangat tinggi. Maybe some cryptocurrency does have a centralized system. However, not all of them use the same mechanism. In this case, it is back to one of the initial objectives, namely some crypto which was created for a decentralized system, anonymous, and also with its volatility. However, about the KYC process for some crypto projects or exchanges, they are true, but it doesn't mean to generalize that it will be centralized at all.
