6381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: May 28, 2019, 08:47:41 PM
Despite that Barca president supported Valverde after loss in final of Copa, it looks that he will be sacked. Roberto Martinez, manager of Belgium, most likely will replace him. For me it looks like a great choice.
And there is big match fixing scandal in La Liga and Segunda division. Several players and president of Huesca has been arrested, you can read more about it here:
https://www.goal.com/en/news/former-real-madrid-star-bravo-among-those-arrested-in/1bnrwkqeoamkc1ke978xwoc2oy
If you look at matches in Segunda, probably you will notice some strange things there. But there's some games from top division is also under investigation, for example Valladolid - Valencia.

OP, I have nothing against you, but I just want to say that's risky to buy used hardware wallets. It's only adviced to buy it from official website and authorized resellers.
And if someone would be interested to buy wallet from you, would you agree to use escrow for the payment?
6383  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Please make me know the usefulness of this forum as a new member. on: May 27, 2019, 08:42:51 PM
In general, Bitcointalk works same like all other forums. People who are interested in crypto discuss here about trading, economics, crypto adoption, politics, technical things and etc. There is probably one thing why Bitcointalk is different from other forums - it's signature campaigns what is unique thing which can be found only on Bitcointalk. But you just registered here, this thing shouldn't be your point of interests.
Maybe you should ask yourself first - why did you came here and how you want to benefit from this forum. Do you want to gain knowledge here. Are youvplanning to do business here or you want to earn money here?
I think you should start with pinned topics on every board and rules of Bitcointalk. Read it - it will be a good start.

Sayapun bertanya-tanya apa yang ada dipikiran: actmyname by posting like this.
@actmyname, a DT member who hates spam, but most of the writing can't be read, what he does.
This becomes one question what happened to @actmyname.
This makes everyone wonder why he did this kind of post.
Could you translate you first sentence to English? I tried with Goggle translate, but it didn't helped much.
Well, it's so difficult to read this text, so i didn't even tried to do that, I had to convert it to normal style. I can't call this message as spam, but probably it had to be deleted.
6385  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Worst Online Crypto Wallet Ever! [Poll] on: May 27, 2019, 08:10:35 PM
I voted for Xapo without any doubts. It's just terrible. First, they have fees for incoming small transactions, what is ridiculous.

localbitcoins does this as well. tbh, i suppose it makes some sense as a hosted wallet provider. users probably inundate their wallet with small unspendable outputs and they need additional fees to sweep these outputs in order to let customers spend them.
You're right about it. In past lot of faucet users used Xapo wallet. Usually faucet users receive lot of small transactions and it's not good thing. Back in 2017, when Bitcoin transaction fees become huge and there was network congestion Xapo implemented fees for incoming small transactions because such small transaction wasn't beneficial for their service.
Now I just remembered that in past Xapo, same like Coinbase had no transaction fees for their users, they covered it from their own pocket. This policy helped them to attract huge number of users.
6386  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bonusbitcoin.co unable to login on: May 26, 2019, 10:17:32 PM
They are currently under maintenance they have extended downtime due to server failure according to their twitter account.

You can check it from here https://twitter.com/BonusBit/status/944696482292146176
LOL, this tweet is from 2017 Cheesy. They haven't posted anything on Twitter since then. And this issue with Bonusbitcoin aren't resolved for long time already and seems that owner aren't doing anything to solve it. Their other website - Moon Bitcoin is also facing problems in recent weeks. Very often this website become unsvailable.
6387  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Worst Online Crypto Wallet Ever! [Poll] on: May 26, 2019, 10:10:52 PM
I voted for Xapo without any doubts. It's just terrible. First, they have fees for incoming small transactions, what is ridiculous. Second, their transactions fees is really big and if you want to send big priority transaction you have to overpay a lot. Third, it's impossible to login here without using mobile app. I'm not even talking that they are randomly blocking users accounts. And cherry on the top - you don't have control of your crypto here.
Blockchain.com in my opinion is really good as web wallet in my opinion, I don't have bad things to say about it. Oh, guy above reminded SegWit, but it's tiny issue comparing with other wallets.
Freewallet.org - I haven't used this wallet, but I heard mixed opinions about here. But from what I saw at least their supporting is active here.
Btc.com is neither a good wallet, neither very bad one.
Coinbase - I'm not sure that they should be considered as wallet at all. As wallet it's bad obviously, as exchange - there are many worse options in the market.
6388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: List of Smaller Bitcoin Sites? on: May 26, 2019, 09:43:03 PM
It's not true that Google only shows biggest websites in the search results. You need to open next pages of Google search results to see smaller websites. But it's normal thing that biggest websites are shown on the top. There is usually not many reasons to use these smaller websites
You can find almost exchanges on Coinmarketcap and similar websites.
If you're looking for websites other than exchanges, you can look at this Bitcoin websites directory:
https://cryptolinks.com/
There are so many various kind of crypto websites listed, but probably you won't find everything what you're looking for here.
6389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who are the strong candidates who will get this year's Ballon D'or trophy? on: May 26, 2019, 09:04:56 PM
This year there will be very difficult choice. And maybe it's a bit too early to give predictions - UCL final and Copa America results may have influence.
L. Messi have great individual performance this season. Probably his influence to Barca was biggest in recent seasons. But failure in Champions league and Copa makes his chances to win this trophy worse.
V. Van Dijk - well, why not. It's been a long time since defender won this trophy. But as other above says - he only can win if LFC will win Champions league.
Other players have only minimal chances to win. There we have two more Liverpool players - Salah and Mane.
And this year I don't see Ronaldo even in top 3.
6390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Playoffs Prediction Pool(REGISTRATION CLOSED) on: May 26, 2019, 07:56:50 PM
I'll just post my prediction here.

TORONTO to beat GSW in game 7, end of an era!
Wow, brave prediction! Raptors made something amazing in conference final, but personally, I don't see how they can beat GSW.
@leonair, I sent you PM with my prediction.
6391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: May 26, 2019, 06:34:59 PM
^^
It was a good race, even if we didn't saw many overtaking attempts. Monaco track is just to narrow and cars are too wide. It was very difficult win of Hamilton because his tyres was in poor condition for very long time and probably in any other track he would lose 1st position because he didn't had pace today. Mercedes also failed a bit with Bottas by piting him on the same lap as Hamilton - it cost them 2nd position. A bit sad for Verstappen - he was driver of the day, but that 5 second penalty means that he didn't even finnished on the podium.
After failure in qualification, today Leclerc had nothing to lose and he risked a lot. But when he got puncture tyre, he had to drive slower to save his car.
6392  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2!! on: May 26, 2019, 03:27:32 PM
Is 4% yearly interest still being paid? I don't see anything on their website about that.
If they paid still it cant be a good profit 4% yearly is too poor interest comparing with others it is better investing on good altcoin which may give a lot of profit.
Maybe 4% interest doesn't looks very high, but even banks in my country aren't offering anything even close to 4%.
@Bitcoinsummoner, can you offer something better than Freebitco.in gives? Investing in altcoins or ICO's doesn't sounds like alternative because it's just too risky and doesn't gives guaranteed returns.
What else do we have? Money lending? Investment in casino bankroll? Well, all these investment have different levels of risk and there are no guarantees that you will get profit.
6393  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is there any way to hide a word in an Internet browser? on: May 26, 2019, 12:10:39 PM
Maybe the firefox (it's also on Chrome) add-on called "Advanced Profanity Filter" might work? It has option where you can pretty much filter or substitute any word you want on websites you visit...Haven't tried it, though, so watch out for giving it too much permission on your browser.
Great suggestion. I have checked and this add-on is available on Firefox and it works on Android version too. I tried this add-on and it really replace words that you blacklist with your chosen alternative word. So, @jackg, you definitely should try it.
6394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: May 25, 2019, 09:46:41 PM
When I saw that Roberto is playing as forward, I started to worry that something will go wrong. First half was something awful. In second half Barca started to play something what they supposed to do, but it was too late - you have to play your best footbal from the first minute in the final. And on the last minutes Barca players looked extremely tired and weren't able to create something dangerous. Well, we were close from winning treble, but at the end we only got trouble...
@tomahawk9, I'm afraid that Valverde won't be sacked, even after this failure, but I hope that I'm wrong with my prediction.

And Valencia, top 4 in the league and league cup champions...One of the big teams in Spain is recovering its glory.

Yeah, it's been a great season for Valencia and now they can celebrate centenary season of this club.
6395  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Announcing BPIP - The Bitcointalk Public Information Project! on: May 25, 2019, 05:47:06 PM
This is a very good initiative and i says kudos. Is there any way that Avatar cab be shown immediately it is uploaded. I had an experience that the avatar I used does not updated for over 12hrs. It is normal or something can be done to improve the refreshing state?
How BPIP website nad your Bitcointalk avatar are related? You probably have to clean your browser cache if you don't see avatar for so long time after you change it.
6396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Playoffs Prediction Pool(REGISTRATION CLOSED) on: May 25, 2019, 02:16:07 PM
Most of our prediction to TOR vs. MIL is in jeopardy and only Hhampuz and LTU_btc would get a 2 digit score in the 3rd round if Raptors could end it at their home.  Cry

Those two does go against the public, Bucks are heavy favorites in this series but they already loss 3 straights, they need some miracle in game 6 to win.
Well, after Game 2 I already started to think why I did made such prediction. I agree that Bucks were favorites before series, but I backed Raptors because they have more experience in Playoffs and it's cleary visible in decisive minutes of games. Giannis isn't the same as he was in regulsr season. Still, I think it's too early to write-off Bucks.
6397  Economy / Services / Re: [SELLING] Greent Trust for just 0.005 BTC on: May 25, 2019, 02:03:26 PM
Good day.

That is what I would like to know:
1 - Does this service not violate forum rules?
2- Why do some people earn a Green Trust on their reputation, while others can do it by spending ~$ 40?  Isn't that ethical?
3 - If any user who has $ 40 can buy a Green Trust for himself, then this doesn't call into question the Green Trust of all the others? Now, seeing a Green Trust in the profile of other users, I will doubt whether he got it honestly.

Btw, I consider this service dishonest and unethical. This is my subjective opinion, nothing more.
1. Trust isn't moderated, so probably this service isn't against the rules.
Offcourse it's unethical and very shady. Some users want to build their reputation in fast and easy way. Others probably want green trust for a bad reasons. It's obvious that's easier to scam someone when you have green trust.
3. Good question. But I doubt that this guy have account with green trust, probably he is just scammer or one of anti-DT gang persons like Thule or cryptohunter.
6398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copa América 2019 Discussion Thread on: May 24, 2019, 11:01:51 PM
Brazil and Argentina are favorites as always
Do you think Argentina, with an inexperienced manager (this is actually his first job as a football manager...crazy), and a bunch of newcomers in the squad, are actually favorites? Honestly, I'll be surprise if they make it to the knockout stages, their recent performances have been awful, with and without Messi.
Honestly, I didn't even knew who is manager of Argentina before I saw your post. And it's strange that they appointed this guy without any experience. Still, despite their awful recent performance I think that they favorites together with Brazil on the paper. Bookmakers also have similar opinion - odds for Brazil win is 2.3 and 5.5 Argentina.
Anyone considering a pool?
Why not Wink. Another chance to lose some money lol. I doubt that we can get many players to this pool, but if there will be at least 10 people interested, maybe it's worth to try to make it. We can use Superbru, I saw that Copa America predictions will be available on their website. Entry fee probably should be something like $10 or $20.
6399  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Google and Huawei - the start of new era? on: May 23, 2019, 10:04:35 PM
LTU_btc, some news say they will launch new OS maybe even this year, or next spring. I think the Chinese are not stupid to play only on one card (Android), and they are working on their own OS for years. With this Google move only losers are actually the ones themselves since Huawei is have almost 15% of market share, and this is likely to increase even more.

I am suprised how good phones they made, those new P30 series is really great. I try P30 and P30 Pro and only doubt is which one to buy, for some €500 it is hard to find better smartphone.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/zakdoffman/2019/05/21/huaweis-new-os-could-arrive-in-2019-and-run-android-apps-chinese-media-reports/#384aab0c3b11
Reports about that they are working on their own OS probably means that they expected that this worst case scenario could happen. But I'm afraid that it can be too difficult with new OS to compete with Android and iOS and we may see scenario of Windows Phone failure. And don't forget that Intel and Qualcomm banned Huawei too.
Yeah Google are loosers in this story, but they simply didn't had other choice because it wasn't their decision to ban Huawei.
And I agree about Hawei phones. They are offering really great flagship phones with amazing camera for very attractive price. But in past I had one of cheapest Huawei phones and it wasn't good experience - it was worst phone that I ever had lol.
6400  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I accept Bitcoin payments on my website? on: May 23, 2019, 09:39:33 PM
If you want to accept Bitcoin payments on your website, you'll need to use one of 3rd party services called payment proccessors. You need to choose one of these services and integrate their plugin to your store. And as you can see from post above, there are many proccessors available. BitPay is the most popular right now. I see that one pretty good service isn't mentioned here - it's Coingate:
