641  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: March 24, 2014, 10:30:55 PM
I hope ASICMINER has like 1 PH/s online hashing for shareholders before Rockminer gets 1 single chip.

That should be the case in a perfect world but hey, only time will tell
642  Economy / Auctions / Re: Have 10BTC to increase my hash rate. on: March 24, 2014, 01:46:35 PM
How about this for a deal:
12 x Sapphire Toxic 280x (Brand new in box)
2 x Asrock BTC-PRO Motherboards (Brand new in box)
12 x USB Risers (Brand new)

Mine new scrypt coins or even scrypt-N, scrypt jane (Asic proof coins) and see a ROI WAYYYYY quicker than you would with any asics mining btc...

And not to say the least you have AWESOME resale value compared to asics that wont have ANY resale value other than scrap metal after you have ROI

644  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: March 22, 2014, 02:02:25 PM
It should be noted that 46%, as stated on havelock at time of posting this, is a pretty attractive yield and considering that we are nowhere near our initial guestimated hashing power, I myself feel that the shareholders/investors are doing a considerably great job keeping the share price at a stable price of approximately 0.07btc. The 35% reinvestment fund is the make or break part of this operation. If we can get to the 8.68gh/share real quick and the reinvestment funds are used adequately to keep up with the difficulty increases then this could most probably be the best mining fund out there for its value. I see cryptx is taking his time out each week to update shareholders with information of what the dividends consist of, which is fair play, but the schedule of mining equipment coming online has not been so forthcoming. Seeing the difficulty rises have not been as cut throat as many have expected, I think it is safe to say now that the development and supply of mining equipment has been delayed across the board and has not just affected this particular mining fund.
645  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: March 21, 2014, 02:00:17 AM
Being a gpu miner myself from early days I am very much against scrypt ASICs myself.. That being said though the market is open for it now and our competitors are making a killing out of them through pre orders, so now that the ship has started sailing, I can't help but to say that if there is a will and a way for asicminer to profit from this demand, then I think it would benefit all of us. So I'm all for it if friedcat thinks its a road we should go down
646  Economy / Gambling / Re: Race a horse in Australia on Bitcoin on: March 16, 2014, 01:26:30 AM
Just so we can clarify things here, how is Big Poppa Pump a 3 yr old horse when it was racing between 2003-2007? Can you verify it's more "recent" races in case we are looking at the wrong Ballarat horse?
647  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] GPU Mining Rig 3.4 MH on: March 13, 2014, 09:32:28 AM
I have rented 30MH of this guys miners in the past and they are very stable solid miners! Good luck with the sale blazed, if you lived closer id   be bidding myself
648  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: RitzGrandCasino Scam, not provably fair, deleting replies in thread. on: March 13, 2014, 05:24:18 AM
He is making a tonne of money running this scam but when it all comes down to it it's obvious that the moderators that have viewed this thread can't justify the evidence laid out and it's not enough to prove he is scamming as he is still legimately paying out at the end of the day.
649  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: March 12, 2014, 12:46:50 AM
YAY! were hashing at a wopping 1 gh/s per share... actually its more like .82 gh/s per share.. and this is what a month after "deployment"? your seriously telling me that after putting hundreds of thousands into hardware they don't consider you a priority or that they aren't giving you additional hardware to compensate?

I've been trying to say this since we deployed but it seems people are happy to pay out of the arse only to cop it in the arse without any lube
650  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: March 11, 2014, 01:08:33 PM

CryptX do you mind giving us an update on the delivery schedule for the next week or two?

This would really help calm allot of our nerves Cheesy

keep up the great work dude, an update every few days, good news or bad, goes along way to keeping all of us sane Smiley

Thanks,

Judging by the hash rate, it looks like they've installed new hardware.

78TH? I see no changes.. Same old hardware, same old hashrate, nowhere near the 288TH we were going to start with a couple of weeks back. Very very far away from the new "initial" 700TH
651  Economy / Services / Re: 30,000 KH/S Mining Contract!!! Litecoin! 1 Month! on: March 11, 2014, 01:34:15 AM
Use escrow with this guy lads, 30mh makes almost double that amount in a week. I run 60mh myself so im speaking from personal experience.
652  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Want To Sell 1.5 MHs Litecoin Mining Rig on: March 10, 2014, 03:37:07 AM
If you can share the info on how u can get 6mh/s mining scrypt with only a 1200watt psu, I have a 60mh mining farm for you here that needs some adjustments if that's the case lol
Either it is a non-sense question or you didnt study my answer b4, I told you about my plan for this Rig i didnt tell you i am running i told you i planned for 6Mhs per mobo so i have 1200 psu in advance for my further GPUs.
My bad mate I thought I picked a winner here and seems like I got my parties muddled up. Leave u to it mate best of luck with the sale.
653  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Want To Sell 1.5 MHs Litecoin Mining Rig on: March 10, 2014, 12:30:59 AM
It is kinda high for a miner.  I guess it could be a dual purpose computer if you lower the intensity down to 13-14 or so.

Could have saved some decent money by maximizing the system:

cut down the cpu

4-8 GB RAM plenty

no need for hydro

simple Dual r9's something like that

Only need cd drive once to install OS, if on Windows

SSD not necessary

1TB  HD not needed

stand alone OS could be on pen drive or 64GB stick or 500GB and smaller HDD

850 Watt psu enough to run 2 r9 290s stock.
I accept your point but let me tell you I am a Miner I want my system to be good and i didnt prepared it for single card mining so its looks some extra, i made this rig to mine with atleast 6 MHs so i have plenty of ram, Hydro to keep my system below 80 which will save my GPUs for long term, CD drive is not of thousands its just of a cup of coffee so thats actually doesnt matter same thing is for SSD or a 1 TB HD, may be iof you have a good market reserch then you may find out 1TB is some how more better then SSD now for use and for price both. Psu 750 will be also suitable but i having Gold 1200 for long term is more better then changing 750 Psu every month.
This system is not made for sell its made for mine for myself, I am selling this because i am moving and i dont want to send it via courier paying $650, I am going to make same (For 6 Mhs) rig where i am moving.

If you can share the info on how u can get 6mh/s mining scrypt with only a 1200watt psu, I have a 60mh mining farm for you here that needs some adjustments if that's the case lol
654  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: RitzGrandCasino Scam, not provably fair, deleting replies in thread. on: March 07, 2014, 11:25:59 PM
Its amazing that people will advertise a site that is not provably fair.  Hes trying to offer higher sig so that he can get others to promote and draw traffic to a site that allows one user per house hold. meaning im sure the software lets you win a couple of time then starts taking from you.  Since if you make a new account and start all over again you can keep beating there system.

Not necessarily zolace. The system is designed in a way that the overall payout percentage can only be incorporated across the board at any one time only. You can't change the percentage for certain games or certain individuals. So if u play your cards right being the casino manager u can make a pretty large profit by reeling everyone in this way:
Set large payout percentage to begin with, run at say $100K loss. Everyone sees how easy it is to win, they invite their friends, they have evidence that they are being paid out so it's a no brainer that the casino actually pays out. Then once u have a big enough customer base placing good sized wagers drop that payout percentage to a bare minimum and let the good times roll. Squeeze all the players out of their coins until there's no one left to squeeze. To top it off all of your "trial/free mode games" have a seperate payout percentage to your real games so you can trick newcomers into thinking they are very lucky with this casino and it really is "probably fair"
655  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 4500 KH/S Scrpyt Miner running 6 Asus R9 280x's on: March 06, 2014, 11:36:44 PM
2 points:

first: 1162/1825 is crazy high and could possibly melt your house down.
second: no pic, so it likely never happened.

It's crazy high, but not out of the realm of possibility. I ran my toxics at 1150/1800 for a while when they were 2-3 to a rig. That's about 810KH/s ea. I have 5 to a rig now, and I have to keep them down clocked because of the heat they throw off. Still getting 783KH/s each, and that's undervolted.  Wink

That said, 880KH/s ain't gonna happen unless you've got some ungodly kernel, and mint GPUs.

Sorry but how undervolted are we talking? What are your settings and do you know how much power u are drawing at 780kh/s?
656  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: March 06, 2014, 09:47:01 AM
Given the relatively 0-content update I'm really not too surprised that the share price is dropping.  I suspect it will continue to do so until people actually see some new hash coming "on the line".  :p

Common sense prevails. Who the hell would pay that much per gh? When we are mining at 8.68gh/share then the shares will be worth what they are worth then. But for now even the ridiculously overpriced cex gh are more than three times cheaper to invest in than this scheme. No offense to all the hard headed strong willed investors that bought above IPO or just invested heavily, but where are the cointerra promised compensation miners at? Anyone? Maybe hashing on the side? To be added soon? How soon? 700TH? U sure? Coz for the life of me I only see 64. Still.
Agree. Update should include detailed deployment schedule. If the deadline cannot be met, a new update should be posted before previous deadline.

Oh but there was an updated deployment schedule my friend, in case you missed it...

Quote
Deployment schedule:

Cointerra

Currently:             26 TerraMiners fully deployed
Next week:          4 TerraMiners

Bitmine:

Currently:             8 Coincraft Desks fully deployed
Next week:          62 Coincraft Desks
Week 10:              55 Coincraft Rigs
Week 11:              55 Coincraft Rigs
Week 12:              55 Coincraft Rigs

Week 13-15:       250 TH/s of custom hardware together with the first reinvestment units

We're also behind on that schedule too

News from a Chinese miner forum:http://cybtc.com/article-655-1.html

Rockxie, who is the exclusive distributer for Asicminer's mining machine in China, announced that he will produce his own miners.
The sample miner will be availble in April and the chips would be AM's Gen3.

specification: AM gen3 chips, 40nm, 1TH, 500W.

Indicates 0.5 W/GHs and that the tapeout was successful?  Am I missing something?

Interesting..
"另外彩云比特从烤猫处了解到第一批三代芯片已经销售完毕。"
tanslate: BTW,FC told CYbtc that the 1st bach of Gen 3 chips has been sold out.

That's unusual.. Friedcat doesn't do preorders unless I've missed something here?

Any pics/vids of working miners? Be good to see these buggers in action mining steadily before this is over..
