карту можно оплатить только биткойнами. О причинах можно рассказывать долго, основная - недобросовестные пользователи, оплачивающие пейпалом или картой, а потом делающими клэйм на чарджбэк. Пейпал и пр. в качестве доказательства отправки продукта принимают только трекинг номер, которого при заказе виртуальной карты или пластиковой со стандартной доставкой просто не существует, соответственно, мы тупо теряем деньги (и репутацию, т.к. пейпал после нескольких таких случаев блокирует аккаунт компании). К сожалению, процент таких "махинаторов" в определенный момент превысил некоторый допустимый барьер, и мы вынуждены были оставить только оплату биткойнами |

Нет, вы меня не поняли. Вы просите $17 за карту, но не гарантируете её полную функциональность (лимиты). Теоритически проблем быть не должно. Скорее всего вы даже без проблем примите русский счет за коммунальные услуги, раз мы с вами тут на русском языке общаемся. Но на практике, я решил проверить как работают подобные вам сервисы, и оказалось не всё так просто. Все кроме вас предлагают верификацию заранее. И это правильно. Я не хочу обрезанную карту потому что вам не понравятся мои документы. Статистика такая: до заказа(создания) карты, просто нет счета, который верифицировать, есть только биткойн-кошелек. Верификацию осуществляем не мы, а банк-эмитент. Конечно же на 100% гарантировать верификацию мы не сможем (наверняка помните, где дают 100% гарантиию из Ильфа и Петрова), но оказываем всяческое содействие. Из опыта, в большинстве случаев банк принимает документы на русском. Что касается сроков (и в нашем случае, и в случае альтернативных сервисов, что вы перечисляете), тут зачастую зависит не от самих сервисов, а тоже от банка. Как правило, верифицируют за 5-7 рабочих дней, однако иногда бывают серьезные задержки, и приходится в ручном режиме пихать банк по конкретному случаю. Повторюсь, мы в этих ситуациях прилагаем все усилия, чтобы ускорить процесс на стороне банка (банально долбим их). Если все же боитесь рисковать 17 долларами, есть вариант заказать дешевую виртуальную карту и пройти верификацию, а карту можно будет потом проапгрейдить до пластика, доплатив разницу |

I topped up my card , says was successfull but also hd a notification& email saying withdraw failed and to contact support , BTc isnt on card as of yet.
edit: just tried topping up for a slightly smaller amount and it worked fine!!? maybe maximum is setting level too high??? strange used max before fine.
we have been implementing some fixes lately; have you contacted support and received a reply on this issue? |

Also it has nothing to do with external top up, we fund our debit card by btc, not by paypal or credit card. Full of lies. At least don't use them until they solve their bullshits and start talking honestly.

Why are you mixing it up with topping up the card? Why do you keep saying there were no warnings when there were e-mails sent out to all customers? Please, either be constructive, or just don't say anything. Have asked you about particular problems - no answer. Have asked you for your registered e-mails to have support address the problems (if you actually are having any) - no answer. Are you trying to make a name for yourself, or are you just getting paid for posting numerous negative comments? We don't own the wallets in your website. You own them. You said "To ensure all top ups from external sources clear". But we topped up our debit cards with btc. So that doesn't make any sense. All I asked is to inform your customers and put some warning in your website. You can remove it whenever you want if it's only temporary. So people won't lock their money in your website. Stop accusing people, answer your support tickets quickly and fix your problems. Don't do shady things secretly. I told you that a few times already. Struggling to understand you now, to be honest - are we talking about the same thing, or is there just a gross misunderstanding? Firstly, all users of our platform have individual wallets provided by BitGo and secured by multi-sig (unlike with many other services) Secondly, which operation are you talking about? The limitation in place is for transferring BTC out to other wallets. Cards can be topped up not just with BTC, but via bank transfers and alternative payment methods (like Alipay, Paypal, etc,) and that's where the potential concerns come from, that is the reason for the 3-day hold. As for doing things "secretly" - how many e-mails do we need to send out and how can we possibly check that everyone reads them?.. If you had not read them, it doesn't mean we had not notified anyone, can't understand why you keep accusing us of doing anything "shady".. |

No, e-coin has never sent any notice to anyone. Is there anyone who has received a notice of change about the withdrawal delay? NO. So stop trying to lie. Why don't you post a notice on your website? It's been more than 2 weeks since you imposed the withdrawal delay. Just put a warning on your website. But apparently you don't want to. Why? Because you need our money. All liers say "Don't worry", but it assures nothing. please, post or PM your registered e-mail and we will forward the notice e-mail(s) to you. First e-coin said 3day hold. Now its 3 business day hold. Why all this?
buy bitcoin is still in beta and we are now improving it. The 3 business day hold is to make sure all top ups from external sources clear properly. This is only temporary as we will release bitcoins much sooner in the near future. This is only a security issue and we apologise for the inconvenience. You should have stated this earlier. Now I got my card but I can't use it. What's the logic in that? Taking in consideration I Paid for my card... what do you mean? You can use your card to pay or withdraw cash as normal, you can load the card the same way you always could, the limit on transferring BTC to other wallets doesn't affect that. And it was communicated earlier, too |

if a card is blocked, it's blocked by the issuing bank, not by E-Coin. In most cases there is a good reason for that, although sometimes there could be a misunderstanding on the bank's part. You need to contact support@e-coin.io so that we address the issue to the bank if the card is blocked .. why still loaded, and still receive btc/usd load ?? im using this card just for withdraw from atms .. and i don't think that i made any mistake made this card blocked. i tried to contact e-coin support this morning but no answer .. im waiting . thanks please, post or PM your e-mail so that we have support look at your case |

Ребята, я запутался, wirex, e-coin... Прошел регистрацию на e-coin. Как пройти верификацию? Хочу сначала пройти её и только потом карту заказывать. Ну и не понятно, где это всё делать, в новом приложении wirex или на сайте e-coin в админке? На e-coin вообще не нашел, а в приложении wirex какие-то ошибки при атаче файлов и вообще не ясно, отправились ли фотографии документов, какой вообще статус у заявки и создана ли она.
Ребрендинг это клёво, но зачем такая чехарда? Делайте полный переход одним рубильником, а не так что у вас два продукта работает одновременно и не понятно где и как воспользоваться услугой.
Есть E-Coin - платформа, сфокусированная на сервисе по загрузке биткойнов на дебетовую карту. К которой постепенно добавлялись и добавляются новые фичи. Скоро будет Wirex - более широкий сервис с более широкой функциональностью (в т.ч., по переводам) Мобильное приложение Wirex уже сейчас работает (с ограниченной функциональностью) на платформе E-Coin, через веб-интерфейс по-прежнему e-coin.io, переход на Wirex будет сделан одним рубильником. Мы регулярно рассылаем информационные емэйлы зарегистрированным пользователям, видимо вы просто зарегистрировались недавно, поэтому не получали их. Что касается верификации, пока нет карты (карточного счета в банке), верифицировать нечего. Карту можно заказать и начать ей пользоваться (до определенных лимитов), не дожидаясь верификации. Параллельно можно загрузить документы, чтобы к достижению лимитов точно верифицироваться, но заказ карты первичен, т.к. до этого момента есть только биткойн-кошелек, пользование которым не требует верификации в принципе. guys, if you haven't read the warning it doesn't mean there wasn't one. Via e-mails, on the forum - everywhere. Please, don't make any blaming negative posts without checking first. Just to re-cap once again: we are currently improving our 'buy bitcoin' feature. To ensure all top ups from external sources clear without problems (from those external sources), we have imposed a 3-business-day hold on all bitcoins bought. This 3-day hold will be temporary until our 'buy bitcoin' feature moves out of beta phase. In the meantime, your high-security multi-sig BitGo wallets will still hold all your bitcoins safe and secure. |
