Earlier this month the Korean government announced that they might be banning cryptocurrencies or impose strict regulations on them. At the end of January one of the biggest Korean based companies is announcing that they will produce Asics for cryptocurrencies. I am confused.  Nothing is confusution, this all are the way of fluctuating the price of bitcoin in market trading, they wanted to dump the bitcoin price so that news came and now with this news they wanted to pump the price of bitcoin. I read an interesting theory that Bitcoin was started by the US treasury, and that it was an experiment to help them design a new world currency. They saved the output from the first year's mining to help them control prices later down the line. It's starting to look as if Bitcoins are being removed from the market, and this is a good omen for long term price trends. It will mke it unusable as a payment method though, except for large transactions of course.
So it means that Bitcoin is controlled by the US treasury and all telling about BTC as decentralized is all wrong, then it means that in coming future it can also die. |

No I don’t think so because bitcoin and dollar both are different things and they are not same so bitcoin is down it will not affect bitcoin price and the position of bitcoin will remain same and it will not be changed till now bitcoin as gain a lot of potential and strong future so just be with bitcoin and hold it till it changes for better and safe investment. Dollar is increasing or decreasing it will not affect but dollar in my country is now gained more value and price. If dollar falls the price of bitcoin will effect and may raise more because in this day the price is more than 18000 dollars while one dollar is equal to 110 in my local currency and when the dollar falls the bitcoin price will go up because then we will have to pay more dollars to buy bitcoins. In these days while all the countries are using their local currencies for buying and payments, the markets will be effect more than bitcoin, because bitcoin is a digital currency and it will remain the same. What you are saying is correct, even if the dollar price is down it wont affect much as each user converting bitcoin to their country fiat currency so on their fiat currency conversion they get profit. |

You correct, but for alt market 10 btc is king . If i put 10 btc the coins to moon Ya it is true that 10btc is very big but you have to first check which coin you are going to raise as if it has lot of coins then your 10btc will be wasted and it will be only gain for that coin developer or holder , who will dump all his coin to you and will just go away happily. So just like that investing in a coin will make the coin value to moon for some time until that coin is not dumped by the developer or any other big holder. The way you are telling is nothing that you are going to waste your 10 btc and soon will come here and cry of getting scam. |

More over Segwit2x is also now cancelled so all left is bitcoin cash and as it got success and their is reply protection of transaction is good. That is why now miners are moving to bitcoin cash blockchain for the transaction to confirm. So i think their will be a big competitive for bitcoin against bitcoin cash. |

I went to my bank today to change money to foreign currency because I will be traveling abroad soon. I asked the lady what are the current annual interest rates if you decide to give your money to bank for certain period of time without being able to withdraw that money (Savings Account).
She said proudly that zhe interest rate is 1.3% which is the highest in the country. I was holding my laugh and smiled kindly to her and I said that even 1.3% is not enough for me.
What do you guys think? I think 1.3% per year is a joke. Money can lose that much value in one year so you didn't actually profit at all. What kind of interets rates do you get at your banks?
Which country you are living i dont know but here in my country the interest rate for Savings Account is 3 or 4% for national bank and some private banks are giving upto 6 to 7% interest rate if you keep balance in your savings account. |

We have seen a lot of Bitcoin forks with the Bitcoin name being used to piggy back on it's popularity. These coins market themselves with supposed superior brands and names like Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Cash.
These names might become confusing with every new fork, because we will soon see forks like Bitcoin Platinum and Bitcoin Ultimate.
Why should we not officially rename Bitcoin <BTC> to Bitcoin Original for people to make a clear distinction between the original Bitcoin and the rest? New investors might buy one of these Alt coins, mistaking it for the original/legacy coin?
Just a thought. What would the technical implications be? What needs to change? ^smile^
Now nothing can be done as the symbol and name is familiar with everyone and even now almost all exchange are trading on that name and symbol. |

Just now read in twitter about that SegWit2x is cancelled and it wont happen, whether it is a good news or bad dont know but market reacted and it is moving around 7k to 7.15k price. Whether to hold or book profit as i had purchased at 5k price.

OMG, price is very at the moment..sigh..  ..is this coin dead already? i have 100k of this coin. Price dropped badly indeed. Pioneer isn't active here anymore, no news and no one knows if he will comeback. However, by checking the explorer, people in the rich list(top 100) still remains and holding their coins. Though no assurance, there is still a possibility that the price will pump in the future. more then two weeks it is that the price is dropped and their is no trade at present i have sold all my icob coins at 15 sat as i lost the hope in this project, i have my buy order @ 2 sat from the profit which i got in this project in hope that developer will come back and give some hope in this project. |

It seems I'm not only who's just worried about ICN price fall. now it's already too long a period of declining value of ICN, I selling part of my icn when it touched $4, now i ask myself why i did not sell all of them  The same question is every investor is asking himself of why not sold it when it was high, i have also sold almost 90% of my coins and this 10% of coin is my profit so even if it goes dead i am not worried. But i think in near future the price will be very high. This is hardest decision ever for every investor to take a decision to sell out at high price even this sounds strange but this is reality of crypto-world. Now this project has been turned into long term investment so who don't want to lose his money than he should have to wait for few months while price get recover. Now what we can do only waiting icn price recovery, but i will buy again if have some money so i will averaging down to reduce losses, because i think icn price maybe will not under $1 The main reason of this coin price getting bang was that developers decision of changing the dividend system to buy back the coin and burn it. As most of the users who joined this coin for dividend earning reason. Apart from that developers are developing the coin but they are not interested in the price of coin as they are only developing the projects. But if you properly research about this project then in long term like six months to one year it will surely give you very good returns if you invest in today price. |

However, I found ANN and Whitepaper translation are more valuable and will earn you a good amount of bounty and also it will increase your opportunities in such future campaigns as well. If you are really good in translation then it is very good opportunity to earn nicely as so many ICO are coming who are in need of translation work and the bounty is also good. Airdrops joining is not that much profitable in recent Airdrops as they are getting fulfilled so soon that you cannot join it easily. |

If i was in the OP side i wont do this because no one can guarantee that it will surely increase because anything can happen to any investment. So it is always good to invest only 50% of our income in cryptocurrency and balance invest in fiat currency savings scheme. So if any of the either goes wrong their is always another investment to save you.

Hi Friends, Is it possible to do BTC--USD ( not any other coins) day trading? Which platform will be good for this? I tried in coinbase but their fees is too high. I tried to do with 1 BTC and I end up loosing money. I sold 1 btc and they charged $80 then when I bought back again they charged again $80 so instead of making some money when btc price increaased about $150, I lost $10 because of fees.  So, is there any other platform that charge less fess so that at least I can make money if btc price increases about $150 or so? Many Thanks  Why dont you try some exchanges like, poloniex, bittrex they are very good in BTC-USD trading and their fees is also low. The trading volume is also high so you can trade very easily. |
