Well I will said it depends on the condition and the strategy, holding is better idea than selling it, but it will be better if we can used it or trade it, but not everyone know how to trade, and if we make mistake in trading then we will lost money, and there are some people become rich by only holding bitcoin, so we can't say that holding is a bad strategy

I found its a good strategy, some of my friends suggested the same technique, which is to diversify and got some backup cash to buy again if the price fall down deeper, just a suggestion if you are a newbie buy a famous coin to invest, it doesn't necessarily buy hitcoin you can buy xrp or eth, dont buy ico or cheap alt coin, because it will need time to rise and maybe the price won't rise, follow some trading signal group could be helping you to trade

If someone really pay maybe it can rise the price, but it's not rising that we want, it will be only temporary rising as the hackers will sell the coin as soon as they got the chance and it will be tainted bitcoin reputation, so when it got correction, the price will fall down deeper, hopefully this is just a hoax news, the market already in bad shape, if any incident stir the market again then it will create more chaotic situation

Postponing might be a better idea, the ICO launching need to be on the right timing, when a positive trend is happening on the market it will attract more investors, if you force the launching then the result might be not good, and when the start is not good then it could affect the growth and the reputation

Prediction or speculation is like guessing, but its better because the professional speculators usually speculate with data and history chart, but it can't be correct 100%, so don't hopes too high when somebody predict the bull run and don't get caught in the fud when people predict the bear market, need to be wise to see someone's prediction, this is crypto market the volatility is very high, so it is very hard to predict the outcome

I really don't like regulation for crypto, I dont like that the governments or banker involve in crypto, but they got power, in ordee to become big we need their permit, if most of the countries banning crypto then the crypto growth could be stuck, if the government doesn't interfere anything then we don't need the etf, bakkt to elevate the price, the investors just need a more secure investment, an insurance that their investment won't suddenly being block

I agree that gambling is a very risky things and praying wont increase your chance in winning, you need to be smart in gambling, don't expect profit in gambling, the house edge makes the winning chance better for the casino , just have fun with gambling don't be too serious and dont try to chase profit
