Yes, but it will need a mass adoption, with more people using it, it will be more difficult for someone to manipulate the price, but to be able to become mass adoption still a long way, it will need the government approval to become mass adoption, mass adoption will decrease the fluctuations but won't stop the fluctuations, so still need time to observe whether the stores owner will be willing to accept a crypto with low fluctuations

Rare is not the correct word but its more like limited, bitcoin price could be expensive because it is limited, and the one that makes it more and more expensive is because the demand is a lot, when bitcoin become more popular more people will want to invest, and that is going to add the demand of bitcoin and bitcoin will become more valuable

Beside of the list there are still other ways to earn like faucets, offering your services, lending, but like the OP said you need to find the most suitable way for you to make money, usually I will suggest the trading because in trading you can start from low capital and make limitless earning, but of course it will need time to learn and experience but once you already good with it, you will enjoy making money with trading

Taking a loan to buy risky coin is not a good option, the profit from crypto is very good, sometimes you can see your investment multiply in just a short time and it will cause most of the people to be greedy, but greed is the start of disaster, crypto market is so unpredictable, one miscalculation can be causing a huge lost, when its your money it still okay but being debt because of your greed is something not right at all

Yes I am interested in trading but to be successful in trading is difficult, I have learn so many technical analysis, reading chart, and learning candle stick patterns, but my speculation still not too good, the fear of losing money often making me cutting profit too soon or hesitate to make a trade, although I lost some money in trading I believe trading is a good way to increase my investment and I am still excited to becone trader

Eliminate ICO is not the answer, making a regulation is more appropriate solution, some ICO got a good feature and can be potential in the future, 90% of the ICO can be scammed because there are no one supervise it, there are still so many people interested in ICO, because ico is actually a very profitable investment, just need more patience to make profit

You can start with learning the basic of trading, learn the trading analysis and reading chart, after that look for a reputable exchanges like bittrex or binance, for wallet you need to look for yourself because each coin got different wallet, the only legal thing is you need to prepare kyc documents when you want to used the exchanges, some of the exchanges got a bad security so you need to be careful when you choose exchanges

I dont see any good from legalising marijuana, its a substance for making people high and can do thinga that they  dont realise when they high, and even if the marijuana bring a lot of money to the economic, but the country will need extra money to hire paramedic and police because people will do stupid things when they high, so I think legalising marijuana might not too good for the country reputation

That is a cool routine and its sound that you are a professional traders, that is the routine of all day traders, but I am curious about how you handle the dropping coin, you set a 1 - 5% profit, but you don't mention when to cutloss the coin, and as a traders I think alt coin also can give you  alot of profit, it maybe shady but there are so many pumps that happened in alt coin, it can be the opportunity to make some money

It's an interesting idea but I against this idea, if there is some software or technology that able to retrieve coins from the forgotten password, its mean it also can retrieve coins from the active wallet, it will makes bitcoin wallet sound so vulnerable, it can caused huge problems, because there is no way to determine whether the coin is in forgotten wallet or the owner left the coin for long tern

Are drugs a good thing? No, but when its being used for relief patient's pain it become a good things
Why gambling consider as bad things? Because there are people steal for gambling, bet his fortune in gambling table, even sell his home to gamble and that is a bad and irresponsible gambler
