is it possible to mine zcash in flypool using this miner ? what should be the .bat setting ?

You can mine zcoin, not zcash. Order bigger glasses.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ZEC with a dadicated linux server? on: November 02, 2016, 12:33:57 PM
maybe like this?

https://github.com/kost/nheqminer

got it working with Dual Xeon L5640

what hash rate are you getting with that dual L5640?

Well, not much, for about 13Sol/s with 16threads.
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.3 (Windows/Linux) on: November 02, 2016, 02:43:39 AM
Firstly I'm going to release fast ZEC miner, not dual.
Please don't spam my PM, I don't send/sell pre-release version. As soon as it is ready, I'll make it public.
It's a lot of work to create a good miner, I think I will release first version in 2-3 days.

Nice too see you around again and thx for the updates looking forward to your zcash miner.  your 100H/s target is insane to work on but no doubt am sure a master like you will get this or exceed or come close to it.

Given how under utilised the GPU and FB/Memory Controller usage is on RX480/290x even when getting 35~45 sol/s I think 100 sol/s per card will definitely be attainable.

You're right, but you can enjoy low consumption at least for a few days Smiley

645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Genoil's ZEC miner: AMD ZCash miner for Windows - 0.5 on: November 02, 2016, 02:15:37 AM
Is their any way to set -k zec for different cards some with and some without? Would like to know how this can be done as using on 480s works a treat however 390s I need to try but also in rig is a 280 and it dont like em lol.

make 2 .bats , with different -g params according to your setup , like -g 3 4 5 -k zec zec , and second with -g 0 1 2 -k zec

whats is -g ? mayeb you mean -P ?

it's gpu number which you'd like to use

I start it on Windows and it just crashes. Does anyone knows a solution?!
Maybe there is a way to use genoils miner but with this pool?

Maybe windows, can't understand your red commands...

Thank you both for answers.
Will test it with GTX970 and GTX1070.

No, if I remember correctly, Vork mentioned that each miner/card (instance) works on its own.

Yeah for some reason after 5 minutes of mining it always shuts down one gpu. No errors and no crashes. If I mine eth on one and PC on the other it's fine though. Lol.

I have the same problem.
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: The Nugget Project, shut down. on: October 18, 2016, 05:08:27 PM
This project is dead for me, don't even try to re-launch, it's not good idea at all.

Single 1070 running for the last 12 hrs got 1 block. Not impossible to mine to with one card still.

Anyone notice the AMD references that are finding blocks? You think they're just messing with us?

AMDWRAPP3R
RX480TST

I think so, you know, you can call your miner ANTMINER, or whatever.

dev's ignoring all requests for algo change,
fooling people, it's not GPU algo, it's ASIC,
do a favor and make a poll for algo change,
otherwise it's not interesting at all...

660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Each coin own program, miners & blockchain? on: October 13, 2016, 06:01:37 AM
Mind my newbie question, but does each coin (that is not bitcoin) have it's own seperate coin "core program" and it's own blockchain that runs totally on it's own seperately from the bitcoin blockchain that one can monitor at a place like blockchain.info?

If so, does that mean each coin has to find it's own ka-zillion miners, or does everything basically run through the exact same blockchain regardless of what type of (alt) coin it is? If each coin does it's own thing with it's own program and block chain surely it must be a mission to find so many dedicated and devoted miners for each new alt coin?

Do these different coin programs' somehow talk to each other or each other's blockchains by default? How does it all work? Thanks

why for god's sake, don't you make a little, a really fucking little research, before you start asking dumb questions?
now you looking like a total R-tard, fuck this world with people like you, give me everything, right here, right now, on the plate, in front of my nose, without any effort from your side.
I'm sick of this. If you have an IQ5, don't do crypto then...
Pissed off once again, can't read this forum so often.  Huh
not sure if you drunk, or just trolling, or sleep walking, or what.
