The new wallet is almost ready for distribution, just a few more tests left for PoSP

Good news yan.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: January 19, 2017, 03:50:31 AM
So we shouldn't buy PSB from other exchanges  Huh

You can buy PSB from wherever exchange you're comfortable transacting with - as long as they have PSB listed there of course  Wink

wala naman pong limit kahit magkano ang pumasok sa account mo within 24 hours ah, baka yung sinasabi mong limit ay yung cash in at cash out which is sa pag deposit ng pera at pag cash out lang, hindi yung pagpasok ng mga bitcoin transactions :/

Actually same yun. Pag pasok ng bitcoin transaction kasama yan. Check with support. Incoming transaction whether bitcoin or fiat, same limit applies.

so hindi pala totoo yung word na CASH sa "cash in"? kasi based sa word na yan pag pasok ng FIAT ang may limit e dahil pa naman considered cash ang bitcoin kung yun yung papasok di ba? yan sabi ng support sayo?

Darling, may corresponding peso value yung bitcoin nyang 1.5M. It's a big amount, labag sa transaction limits nila dahil regulated sila ng gobyerno. Anti-money laundering act.

If the red flags for me would have been cleared, then I would have invested a lot more into this coin/project, but Jimmy's post doesn't raise any new red flags for me.
So she was a developer for another coin before? Big deal. I was also, but that still doesn't make me a scammer, does it?
My opinion? Innocent until proven guilty. That's the risk you take when you enter an ICO.

You're right, Gizfreak. I stand corrected. Being an altcoin developer doesn't make one a scammer unless the coin created doesn't reach an exchange and is thus worthless so the dev has to return investors' BTC, right? So will wait til ICO ends and see what'll happen then.

Likewise. Security Bank ako, mas madali. Walang delays. Then of course bank deposit din sure na sure. Na-extend na ang cashout. Til 12 nn na ang bank cashouts.
648  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: January 18, 2017, 12:30:11 PM

Best to ask support.

Yes all I have been watching and waiting yet you're all in the same situation since when I last commented here and a few users seemed to have gotten the hint so far whilst others are truly blind.

I got tired while searching but found a connection with more recent transactions from the last address (From Dormant Addresses used at the same time) with the same spend addresses down the road to now when going in depth searching + Googling who owns and has quoted them addresses + on https://archive.org/web/ in case they deleted them "WHICH THEY HAVE, BUT LUCKILY ITS STILL DOCUMENTED", maybe if someone else wants to do some digging and confirm, seems she was involved in PirateCoin ?

Use: https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC or https://blockchain.info and look for spend links inside addresses Wink

According to my experience, based on previous Pirat Crazy Giveaway.
If Pirat long enough not appear, it is usually he announce the giveaway will ended. But the point is when he comes back, he will give what he have been promised to accounts who didn't receive the Bonus yet. Then the giveaway is ends.

This coin seems very familiar, ICO, Giveaway... oh shit She's the Pirate Dev !

Jimmy, you're wickedly brilliant. Sadly, Triswardhani doesn't mind all the flak and just shrugs them off and so do supporters here. I don't blame them because they're really believing that this ICO will end well and that the internal exchange will give them profit and it will be good if it did benefit investors. I do wish them well. But if this ends badly, I'll feel sorry for the lot here that refused to see all the signs flashing "scam". If this happens, there'll be just one winner. You guys know who it is  Sad

651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: January 18, 2017, 05:44:21 AM
Then everybody will wonder why and want to use them. The ban would not work anyway and it will make the government look really bad. There is a country in South America that has banned it but I dont remember which onw.
It looks like the ban can never reduce the use of bitcoin, until now there has not been countries that approved the bitcoin, but users continue to grow each year. Just like drugs, many countries that prohibit, even in my country, drug seller can be sentenced to death, but the drug circulation persists, and drug prices continue to rise. I am sure there is no problem with banning bitcoin.

I agree. Prohibiting bitcoin use won't stop bitcoin circulation and use even among citizens in a country that banned bitcoin. It'll just continue to spread. I know Russia has banned it but many Russians still have access to it and use it. It was also banned in China, but among bank employees and not among common citizens. Bangladesh has also banned it, though I'm not sure if Bangladeshi would dare engage in bitcoin when in their own country as getting caught doing so will result in a 12-year imprisonment.
652  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: January 18, 2017, 03:23:35 AM
There are ways to track kung saan galing ... kung medyo malinaw. There is no way to find out for sure. There may be suspicion, but there will also be doubt.

Bitcoin is supposed to be fungible anyway, dapat lang wag na makelam ang mga exchanges like coins.ph o rebit.ph o btcexchange.ph. On our part naman, wag ka masyadong garapal na diretso withdraw from a casino straight to coins.ph , eh, masyadong obvious.

Gumamit kayo ng desktop o mobile wallet ... Bitcoin Core parin the best.

I agree, good to use mixing services kung super laking transaction then wag lahat ipasok sa coins. Unwise yung ganung action.

Will checkout bitcoin core, so far kasi hanggang blockchain, coinbase, xapo, jaxx, exodus pa lang ako. Thanks Mod!
653  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: January 18, 2017, 02:24:15 AM
Nalalaman nila yan. Remember yung MMM scam?

Is that true?
654  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: January 18, 2017, 02:02:02 AM

Xanidas, now alam na nila reason mo  Grin kasi this is their official thread.
655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: January 15, 2017, 11:54:13 AM
The reason why bitcoin occupies the top spot is because bitcoin already has an established market - a large community of adopters; a feat that other cryptos have not yet achieved. It continues to gain popularity because to date, it's the main crypto used to reward participants for instance in crypto campaigns; merchants that accept bitcoin are growing in number, and in trading sites, it's like the base currency in a trading pair...

657  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin will get vanished? on: January 15, 2017, 11:08:06 AM
Pano ito tumaas at pano ito bumababa if walang nag cocontroll? napaka hirap hanapin yung sagot nito kasi purpose ng bitcoin is to be anonymous yung user.

So lahat pwedeng i-analyze at i-validate.

658  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: January 15, 2017, 10:03:50 AM
Who in the world controls the bitcoin? I don't understand where it appeared and how it began to be one of the official currencies?
Who controls the course of Bitcoin?

From what I've gathered, nobody controls bitcoin. It was designed so that everyone on bitcoin collaborates in maintaining, validating, and sustaining, the transaction chain. Balances are stored in a distributed network and cannot be altered, and all transactions can be transparently consulted via a public ledger/bitcoin explorer. Although, from an altcoin white paper I've read, there might be a tendency for bitcoin to become centralized because of its PoW system. There was an argument there that said the wealthy and able can kill competition and acquire the most bitcoins by way of large mining farms. So bitcoin cannot be controlled but it may be centralized.

660  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: January 14, 2017, 06:35:05 AM
The coins that the FBI had seized from Silk Road were allegedly sold at auctions

30,000 Bitcoins seized during the Silk Road bust were auctioned off by the U.S. government on July 1st 2014

Whether they remain in circulation now and did they actually sell them to an independent entity (or a group of these) is a big question, though. As I understand it, the law requires to sell confiscated property at special auctions, but if the authorities are not interested in doing that (for whatever reason), they certainly have the ways to sell this property to affiliated parties (basically, to themselves)

Looks like they're in circulation. Check the address 1Ez69SnzzmePmZX3WpEzMKTrcBF2gpNQ55
