641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The market does not respect anyone on: May 15, 2020, 08:25:54 AM
The market can't have respect, there's no feelings in the markets, just numbers, no emotions! Either you will
do things right and make profit, or you will get busted! We people are the ones who get emotional and we are
the ones who make emotional mistakes, and after that we get emotional for loss!
It's one of the advises you can find all over this forum, don't get emotional while you trade. With emotions
you will make more mistakes. Do your research, try to be objective, leave emotions on a side when you plan
to trade and you will have more chances to make profit!
642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be invested in Crypto while staying away from gambling? on: May 15, 2020, 06:23:55 AM

Staying away from gambling is one of the hardest thing to do for those who use to play gambling everyday. You cannot stop gambling instantly because you brain may be damaged due to stress. The best thing that you need to have to stay away from gambling is self control. You need to decrease the budget you use in gambling slow until the budget comes to zero. You can also spend more time with your family so that you can completely forget about gambling. I hope you can stay away from gambling soon.

Winterlemon912 you gave a good advice to ThePatient! He need to think about limiting his funds, to try to
lower the time he spends gambling, that will require a self-control, he needs to work on that, steady and slow
and to think about it every day, and practice it!
I think he doesn't have to stay away from gambling for life! If he learns how to control himself, he can limit
his bankroll and gamble for fun with money he can spare, if he can't do that then it's better to quit gambling for
good!
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING: Skill-based vs. Chance-based on: May 14, 2020, 05:29:30 PM
Chanced based games gives me a lot of excitement for some reason because you are against a system you know that there is a house edge but you prefer to continue to see if luck is in your side at this time, skill-based is also good, but if you are playing with players who knows how to read your face and reaction and you do not know how to interpret your opponents moves you are in trouble.

I like to bet on sports, but the games I like to bet on are canceled! This pandemic turned me to chance-based
games, and I agree with you Aioc, there's a lot of excitement while I play this games. Even I bet with minimal bets
and I don't win a lot, nor I lose much, I enjoy playing crash game and dice game!
When sports events start again I will go back to sports betting, but for sure I will play chance-based games
when I have time and money to spare!

I think we just need to stick with our own position and not have to follow what is there, if we already have a very mature plan, then the best results we will get, I think it can be the thing that I feel right now only needs to determine what is indeed the best for us

Sticking to your own position is long-term holding! It's how I see your statement and I agree with that! Mature
plan can only be long-term investment in project you believe in. This is what I do, I choose projects by their ideas,
and how they plan to realize that! For me crypto-currencies are the future, and this early period is great for
making long-term positions while prices are low and we can afford to invest! Not everyone can buy whole Bitcoin
now, in future it will be more expensive, it will be the same with many alt-coins, buy them cheaper now, or pay
more in the future.
645  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betcoin.ag Spring2020 bonus review on: May 14, 2020, 06:16:08 AM
Hello, this is my first time doing this, and I'm just looking for some general feedback! Thank you in advance for any feedback.

https://bitbettingsites.com/betting-news/betcoin-ag-100-deposit-bonus-review/

Why would anyone risk the whole Bitcoin in a shady casino!? Are you aware that there are many opened
scam accusations against betcoin.ag casino?
Almost every crypto-casino offer a deposit bonus, especially the ones with slot games! I never gamble with
their bonus, wager requirements are too high! It sounds attractive, but to take money from casino is not
so easy as it sounds! I prefer to gamble with my own money, and to be able to withdraw in any time I want, how
much I want! With bonus you have rules to oblige!
646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the main purpose in gambling, always to make more money? on: May 14, 2020, 05:17:52 AM
Gambling is really entertaining and there are still instances where it leads to addiction. So we should not think that gambling will give us money because if we keep pushing, we will just keep losing. Others say it's a bonus to win a prize in the event of a win. Because they really go to gamble to have fun, enjoy and experience the unique fun it brings.

It is fun when you win, and it's not fun when you lose! But that is the excitement, most of us know that
nobody can win all the time, or lose all the time, the thrill comes from playing to win, when you win, but
losing makes winning even better!
People who got addicted are the ones who think only about winning, and they spent a lot of money trying
to make huge profit! In one moment addicted gambler pay to get even, but actually he just dropping down
more! Play to have fun and don't think about the profit all the time, if you do that you will never be gambler
addict.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: here comes the alts days? on: May 13, 2020, 07:34:44 PM
I didn't get what you said, how can you buy ETH, XRP, or USDT will get BTC? You are like saying you buy a pizza, but you want to get a cup of coffee. Please tell more specific
It is an age old technique to purchase all the pump and dump coins and wait for them to rally so that they could exchange them with bitcoin pairing and then wait for the bitcoin to rally and then make a fortune  Cheesy. That was possible when the ICO frenzy started as all the coins used to rally and it was basically pumping without any base but the market has matured and moved from that situation.

It not an old age technique! This still happens from time to time! Bitcoin goes up and down 10% usually,
while some alt-coins are making 100-1000% rise. That happens, but you need to be a master trader, to have
a good signals or you to make signals for others, if you miss the right moment for pump and dump you will
be left with worthless coin.
Alt-coin days are here already! And it will get even better with time, some of them have to rise a lot in next years.
Periodically every alt-coin in past year had tops and bottoms, same like Bitcoin, but when Bitcoin make new ATH,
some alt-coins will do the same.
648  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price of BTC after halving on: May 13, 2020, 04:11:26 PM
Halving is successfully completed. We have seen several moves on price of BTC. What we can expect now? Who will control the market? Bull or bear?
I know the expectations are very high now that the halving has been completed successfully but I do not think that anything is going to happen immediately, it is going to take a few months for the market to feel the smaller supply coming from the miners, but even then I do not really see the market conditions for a bull market to take place, but a bear market is also unlikely so I really expect that this particular year is going to have its ups and downs but it is not going to be anything as impressive as what people want to see.

South Park, I think it would be better to say some people have high expectations, but not all of us! Like the
last time, FOMO was at peak as the halving day was closer, but now after halving we have a calm situation. The
price didn't react, but that is normal, for me the best thing is that we had a very high price at the moment of
halving, and that can be a great start for any future rise, and that will come, we just need to be patient.
649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if you have 1 btc what would be the coin that you buy and hold ? on: May 13, 2020, 09:51:51 AM
if you have 1 btc.... give us the strong coin that you will invest in and hold it and why
Please don't be stupid to look for another strong coins mate because
Bitcoin is already the strongest coin in this market
and nothing can beat this.i think if you really wanted to have altcoin
in your holding then better diversify and use the
40% of that 1 bitcoin to buy altcoins like BNB and ETHREUM.so these
2 will be added in your holding and wait for the
end of this year to take your price but make sure you are ready for an extension in case the market don't give you good
 movement this whole year.

It would be a stupid call to trade the whole Bitcoin for any other coin, even Ethereum! Diversifying
is the best what can anyone do with $8500. But safer investment in crypto-currencies can't be found,
it's Bitcoin!
40% or less would be a reasonable decision, and every future investment needs to be appropriate,
to keep portfolio with +60% of Bitcoins and everything else to go in alt-coins, the ones on top! I would
leave, as I did in my portfolio, less then 5% for new promising projects.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best Telegram Channels? on: May 13, 2020, 08:28:48 AM
I don't use Telegram like I did before! I had few groups where I was active, but now in most groups there
are so many people, so many advertising, sometimes it's hard to follow what's going on in the chat! I use
telegram just for my researching now, and when I need to contact someone directly.
Publish0x is a good place for me lately! Many good articles, and you can read what someone wants to say,
comments are available for extra inquiries! And you can earn some tokens from tipping, and if you are a good
writer you can earn from that to!
651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your favorite gambling game? on: May 13, 2020, 07:13:15 AM
I would like to recommended to @OP to add sports gambling game because this is one of the famous and popular today.

Sports betting is one of the best gambling games, not only that, it's where we have the highest chances
to make some profit! I like to bet on sports, it's my favorite.
But at the moment there are no interesting sports games for me, and I am on pause! Therefore I voted
for dice game! It's interesting for me to play dice game, I never played dice game as I do these days, due
pandemic I have more time and I am trying different strategies that I find here on forum or other places.

652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: A Passive Income on: May 12, 2020, 10:13:21 PM
And people still believe in this sky-high passive incomes
People never change. There were experiences that were shared already how they've just lost their money in masternodes investing not with the popular and established coins rather than still risking themselves to coins that's promising such gains.

The formula is very easy to understand.

Consider the volatility of the market and it's going to be scary if too many of the people you hear are always saying the same thing praising an investment and guarantees you with returns.

Sunsilk you are right about that, people never change! Many still believe in promises about huge profit, all
you need to do is to invest some money and you will be rich in no time!
By the way I saw IQ.cash signatures and advertisement. They have many active bounty hunters and you can
see IQ.cash everywhere! I saw what they offer, but I am not interested in their big promises!
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in this new IEO on: May 12, 2020, 07:41:41 PM
lately it has been difficult for me to find the best IEO all projects conduct IEO in small markets obviously it will create a risk in investing IEO, my advice is better to wait until there are projects that are able to do IEO in large markets such as binance

You are right about that Mekar, lately it's hard to find a good IEO outside Binance! Every other exchange
that conducts IEO's has a low rate of successful fund raising, and most projects from there end up bad!
For now Binance is a leading exchange with the highest rates of successful sales and later projects that got
listed on their platform.
Sometimes it's better to wait and save money for something good and less risky, than to try to invest in
first project you run into.
654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia Banned Crypto Trading on: May 12, 2020, 04:23:42 PM
They won't be able to do it because they won't be able to control it anyway

It's what I think too, they can try to ban it, but they will not be able to do it fully! People will always
find a way to do what they want to do, and Russia is big, there are many crypto-users there!
This is not official yet! In past few years I saw many headlines about China, India and Russia and how
they plan to ban it or to try to regulate it, but until now nothing happened. We still have people from there
and their number is getting bigger!
655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC Halving and its effect on gambling on: May 12, 2020, 01:46:52 PM
I don't think that BTC halving will have any effects on gambling. People who gamble with crypto-currencies knows
how to adjust their bets when crypto-currencies rise in price, or when opposite happens. And what else can happen
after halving, price can either go high or will drop at some point before it rise a lot. But in the same time for us who
gamble with minimal bets, we will continue to do the same, if price rise we will have a bit higher bets equivalent to dollar
value, but that can be a good thing!
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much have you earned in one year on: May 12, 2020, 11:44:52 AM
I participated in a couple of bounties last year that lasted more than 3 months, I still wait those tokens
to get listed and then I will know how much money I earned last year from bounty campaigns. From this
year I decided to put bounties on a side and join a signature that pays in Bitcoins!
I think that it's possible to earn from crypto-currencies, people should think about earning merits on
this forum, gathering more followers and friends on social network, and with real effort and good choice
of bounties or signature campaigns people can earn. I am satisfied with extra coins I earn, I keep them,
because I invest money from my salary too! All that is going directly in my crypto-portfolio!
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COVID-19 is helping to expand the crypto world on: May 12, 2020, 08:16:44 AM
The way I see it, you're wrong about this. You only got interested in investing your money in cryptocurrency because you have enough money I guess. But that's not the case for most people right now. There are lots of people who don't even have enough food not to talk of having extra money to put off as an investment. And in most countries there are those who have lost their jobs.

Most of my friends that came to me recently to teach them about cryptocurrency are not talking about investment, they are talking about making money right now with Bitcoin, and I told them it doesn't work like that. But I did recommend that there are other things they can do, like the bounty campaign, but that will also take time for them to build their account from newbie to at least junior level.

TheGreatPython you are right, many people are without basic needs, what is worse is that some people lost their
jobs due this closing and now they are without any income. It's a struggle for surviving! You can teach them how to
start with crypto-currencies, bounties, faucets, PTC sites, writing articles on Publish0x or other platforms for that, now
there are many of them. Creating any social network account and building their followers base! Every start is hard,
but they need to start from there and learn about crypto-currencies, only way to skip all that is to invest a lot of money,
but as you stated many don't have starting investment!

658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Some Alts for long run investment. on: May 11, 2020, 01:44:41 PM
I don't see any potential coin in your list maybe you should try to find more altcoins like ethereum, litecoin, neo and ripple will be the bedt for longterm . But if you think that 5 altcoin in your list is potential it's up to you but I recommend my potential coin for longterm and Im really sure they also think what I gave to you is good for longterm for many people too.

Bitcoin31 I agree with you, in my opinion in the OP's list there's no any potential alt-coins. Instead to add
more Link, NEO, Tezos, or from many other very promising projects, he listed unknown coins for all of us here.
I wouldn't go with entire list of unknown projects, it's risky! With so many good projects around it's better to
choose some of them, they are risky too, but not risky as investing in new and unknown projects!
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinmarketcap or Coingecko? on: May 11, 2020, 11:55:54 AM
I use Coinmarketcap more than I use Coingecko! For me Coingecko is there to check some numbers
I saw at Coinmarketcap.
Now we can expect things to get interesting for Coinmarketcap. Now Binance will be in charge for this
site and I believe we will see some changes, I am just not sure what kind. It's a nice move from Binance,
I hope they will make one of the best places for crypto-currencies.
660  Economy / Economics / Re: Btc going to 2k or 3k or 7k or 9k on: May 11, 2020, 08:10:27 AM
Bitcoin has proven that the price can exceed the current $ 10k price. it's just that, when it reaches the price of $ 10k, the price of bitcoin is like being pushed back and back below that price. so far, I'm still pretty sure the price of bitcoin can reach $ 9k in the near future, and return to $ 10k. it's just that we don't know whether it will last, or the same as before.

Bitcoin is struggling to break that resistance at $10k for more than a year. Few times we saw Bitcoin over $10k
but soon after it went back down.
Some talk about whales manipulations, others about not enough new people, but any reason can partially be true.
I like where is Bitcoin now, check last halving and see on which price they were, and compare them with price at the
moment and this halving tonight. We have a nice range and once we break from here we will never go back under $10k
again.
