I just quickly gone through with merit dashboard and found out that there are 44 Hero members still didn't sent any sMerit from their initial airdrop of 1000 Merits and also there are 44.133 Merits (around 22K sMerits) hoarding by those 44 Hero Members alone.
The airdrop was 500 for 95% of the Hero members, not 1000, and i'm pretty sure the sMerit that was received from the airdrop was absolutely not a 2:1 ratio. (So 500 Merit ≠ 250 sMerit.) It was wayy less. Exactly, I got 1000 merits from the airdrop and the sMerits I received were around 70 if I remember correctly of which I only have 12 remaining. I doubt these heros got 250 each. If I remember what I read about this it depended on activity at the time and on how many activity/posts you made in the last 6 months or something like that.

Thank you for contributing guys...
There's a number of c.2011 registered accounts about that have recently been reactivated for spamming.
Unfortunately, you're right. The good thing is the fact that, they're using "Newbie" accounts and this can easily be fixed with adding that website into " suspicious links blacklist (in case an admin reads this [the sooner the better])". Not sure you linked the topic you wanted. Is there a topic thats lists suspicious link posted around here? As "suspicious links blacklist" seems to indicate?

Just report them.
Not telling you how to do your jobs or anything but I think deleting the posts and giving the account a security ban would be much more appropriate in dealing with this incident just in caase someone remembers owning that account and questions why they were blocked from the forum at such an early time... What do you think we do with them? Politely ask them to stop and offer them a back rub? I believe what he means and what I also have witnessed many times, is that people clearyl deserving a ban rarely get banned fast when reported. I have myself reported some spammers several times. Their posts got deleted in a timely fashion, but they wouldn't get banned for a few days while it was being obvious it was automatic posting.

Maybe you could provide a direct link to his profile, since the posts have been deleted, that would make it easier for any mod wanting to do it, or for us other that would like to flag him ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yeah I know I can search for him : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=29027

This guy only got 3 feedbacks (check his trust) by sockpuppet accounts, and all within the same week back in february.
I wouldn't trust him to translate anything.
If you are seeking translators you should look into local boards.
