Merit was starting to get boring, so we had to have a new hot topic. We also have a new category of DT source. TMAN made me a DT2, so he must be a DT source. It isn't quite like merit though, he doesn't get his DTs renewed every month.

Je comprends pas très bien l'intérêt... A quoi servent les applis et le bluetooth? Le but d'un hardware c'est justement d'être méga sécurisé pas d'être facilement accessible non? Le principe du mien en tout cas c'est d'être utilisable uniquement avec un USB, stocké dans un coffre et que je sors que pour les grandes occasions  Y a des gens qui utilisent un Hardware wallet de façon quotidienne ici? C'est quoi l'intérêt par rapport à Electrum du coup?  Renseigne toi sur comment fonctionne un wallet Hardware. L'appli c'est ce qui est installé sur le wallet et te permet d'y stocker différents coins. Une appli pour bitcoin, une autre pour ethereum etc. Ledger Nano S souffre d'une mémoire un peu réduite qui ne permet d'installer qu'une dizaine d'applis en même temps. Donc si tu as plus de 10 coins que tu utilises régulièrement, c'est emmerdant. Le bluetooth ça ne change rien. Usb ou bluetooth ce n'est qu'une interface. Le stocker dans un coffre c'est inutile aussi. L'intérêt du wallet hardware c'est de pouvoir l'utiliser sur un système que tu ne contrôle pas, en toute sécurité. Si c'est pour un stockage en coffre fort, un paper wallet est plus sur qu'un HW wallet : pas de risque de panne. |

JohnUser est donc DT2? Il est DT1. Je suis DT2. Si ça ne change rien c'est que tu as les mêmes réglages que DT pour cet user. Cela fonctionne très bien pour moi. Je me vois en +31 avec mes réglages et +15 avec ;dt. |

Bisher sind seine Bewertungen leider nicht für alle sichtbar gewesen, da er kein DT ist. Wäre schön, wenn sich das ändert. Danke für das Angebot! Gerade beim Übersetzungs-Spam kann das sehr hilfreich sein. Oder wenn jemand ein offensichtliches Ponzi promotet wie hier. Das Problem hier ist das er in Projektentwicklung gepostet hat. Dort ist Trust nicht zu sehen. Der thread sollte vom mod woanders bewegt werden wo Trust sichtbar ist. |

It might be cool to have a “View as DT” button somewhere, and when activated everything you see on the forum is from the perspective of DT. That way you wouldn’t have to mess with urls and could click your way back and forth if you wanted.
It's better that it requires some "effort" to view as DT. We don't want to give any more legitimacy to DT. People should make their own trust lists, DT is meant to be just the default setting for newbies. People that would use this function already have a custom trust list. This means they know the limitation of DT. I doubt this would legitimize DT more. |

Already exists  BPIP parses all records using default trust. Install the extension and you click on any user profile to see their default stats. Do you have a separate ann thread for that extension? Or do you maintain it in your bpip thread? Thank you anyway, again. |

Maybe a rollover option like in the "Last Edit", just put the pointer over the trust score and you see the ;dt. No need to open profiles you can directly see the scores in the thread.
That wouldn't cover the feedback page tho. |

Hello, I made this proposition in the original updated DT thread by theymos. Since it is getting drowned in the discussion whether the changes are positive or not and various drama I am posting my proposition here. I love the new function "see as dt". When using this I would love the ability to browse the forum pages without having to add ;dt again at each time. For instance : 1- I visit a profile 2- I add the ;dt suffix 3- I browse to the users feedbacks, and ";dt" is still there. Removing the dt reverts to basic navigation. I guess this shouldn't be too hard to implement, and would prove very useful. Your thoughts?
For reference About that one, would it be possible to make it stick when clicking on links on a page you loaded with the dt suffix.
For instance I want to see a post using the dt suffix, and then want to click on the trust ratings of someone in the thread, without having to add the dt suffix each time again.
