I'm not sure that bitcoin for such a short period of time will grow to 10,000 dollars. He already has good competition and any bad news can slow his growth.

I see three problems with this: scalability, scalability and scalability. At the moment bitcoin is still not ready for the volume that amazon would bring and i'm afraid that at the current point it would do more harm than good. Once the network is able to process at least one million transactions per second, (and reduce fees) this would be a completely different story.
