6421  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The End of Crypto Signal Groups on: September 22, 2019, 06:08:08 PM
You are right, signal groups are currently dying a slow death. Finally.

Anyways, I skimmed through your article. You should rather tag it as an advertisement, the headline is only covered in a few self-repeating paragraphs, the way larger part of the article deals with the benefits of social trading platforms like yours. Social trading is just another way of luring people who should definitely not trade into trading with false promises in my opinion.

Crypto Signal Groups are already dies out as there is no signals which can be given in the current market. The altcoin market is almost dead. However i do think that once we will have a bull run again, then again we will see lot of signals groups coming up and demanding small fee for their so called premier signals.  Cheesy
It is better to learn trading yourself, rather than giving these scam trading signals group money to get fake signals.
6422  Economy / Economics / Re: Forms of converting cryptocurrencies into cash on: September 22, 2019, 06:00:57 PM
Forms of converting cryptocurrency to cash or fiat is made possible by the cryptocurrency merchants. There are cryptocurrency merchants in almost every country helping in the conversion of cryptocurrency to fiat and vice versa. Also, trusted escrow services can be of great use if merchants do not work on a 24/7 basis.

Converting from fiat to crypto and vice versa is not difficult at all as you will always find buyers and sellers of bitcoin everywhere. You can use localbitcoins.com or any of your local exchange or you can even search for people who live nearby you whom are willing to buy your bitcoins for cash.
6423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Marketing And Religion on: September 22, 2019, 04:42:36 PM
Then it looks like indeed promoting a gambling site is forbidden by Sharia.

But I want to say that that only proves once again the incompatibility of old religions with modern day life. If you work as a taxi driver, a pilot, a train driver or a captain of a passenger ship, and you say to someone "Sorry, I can't transport you because you have alcohol with you.", you will be fired immediately. Or, if you are an electrician and you are called to a restaurant to fix something for them, you can't accept the payment, if they sell alcohol and/or pork because "He also forbids its price". WTF?

Why do want to make things complicated here. If we think so deep then there will always be something which will not be allowed and we might end up stuck.
In the above example. the electrician and taxi driver will not be doing the sin because they themselves are not alcoholic and they are not responsible if anyone is selling or drinking alcohol.
6424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: September 22, 2019, 04:24:40 PM
It is correct that it is the reason why crypto players skip casinos that has KYC implemented in it. If they are in a country where it is not legalized gambling then they can't play in that site. If the site is compromised then their personal data might be compromised or get stolen.

Most of the gamblers are playing gambling illegal as it is either not considered good in their family/friends or it is prohibited in their country. But the online gambling has given easy way to bypass all these restrictions and play gambling anonymously.  But now few of the sites have made KYC compulsory, this has lead to uneasiness among those gamblers who do not want to disclose their identity and remain hidden.
6425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: September 22, 2019, 12:32:21 PM
It is all about the interest on one field, if the person is wishing to have gambling as their passionate job then they need to cultivate them to be good gambler and make money out of that with his or her strategy.
Mostly people not getting that luck factors works on their side, if there is the best way to make money in gambling means such gamblers may reveal that to us.

Gambling is never been a job. A job could not be so risky that you don't even know that by the end of the day you will gain anything from it or simply lose all your money.

snip~
Gambler professionals are not poor they have other businesses elsewhere. and doubling their money in a unique way and they believe they can double it. but if you risk all the money and only hope with luck I think it is not worth emulating and not the least that ends in losing everything.
a healthy gambler is a gambler who has another business,
and healthy business people are not addicted to gambling, they know when to gamble, and when to stop,
My ex-boss is a gambler, once a month he goes to Macau just to play gambling,
he said "gambling is my side profession", he is not greedy and able to control himself,
when running out of capital at the gambling table he will stop and not force it to have to sell assets.

I would suggest that a healthier businessman is the one who plays gambling part time and not the other way around. If you play and take gambling as your main job or business then you are not doing good with yourself. You should find a better reliable way to earn consistent income.
6426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of gamblers are rich or poor? on: September 22, 2019, 11:10:24 AM
I have not more experience about the gamblers financial condition. Because I am not meet any real life gamblers face to face yet. But my idea is most of the gamblers are middle families and they are mostly addicted with alcohol and other such type of addiction. They go to casino for being rich in short time and some of them get rich and some of them lost Everythings. Its the reality I think .

I think gamblers belong to all the classes and are not limited to middle class only. I know some gamblers who are very rich and therefore they gamble for fun only. They have so much extra money that even if they lose some portion of their money in gambling, that will not hurt them.
It is only the middle class or lower class people who take gambling seriously as they cannot afford to lose the money in gambling. These people play gambling with care and if they lose, that will really effect their lives.
6427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times have you gone against majority on: September 22, 2019, 10:57:03 AM
Many times, I do this whenever I'm in the mood and had a small amount to bet and doesn't care whether it will win or lose. I just want to feel the thrill.

So what is your percentage of winning or losing when you go against the majority ? I tried it few time but failed most of the times. The Majority of the bets are placed on the ones gamblers think will win based upon the past performances, and it is very rare the upsets happen and the less favorite team wins.
Unless you are the one who like to take the risks, it is better to stick with the decision of the majorities.

I think he lost a lot betting on that.

I did try that and most of the time I lost.

I did win and that really satisfied me but I did not do that again. Taking higher risk really give you higher rewards gives higher thrill and excitement but that is still high risk and you will usually lose because of that.

When everyone is losing they why take risk ?
In most of the bets it is better to go with the majority but sometimes it can go well in your favor if you are selective in choosing which match you will go against the majority. Also do not spend big amount as those bets have higher odds.
6428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Online Casino has the Most Fun Games? Recommendations? on: September 22, 2019, 10:34:03 AM
Like many of you, I've been struggling to find genuinely fun games to play at online casinos.

I've already gotten tired of crash type games, so have moved onto quirky card games.

I'm currently having fun playing Bankers Bull at BetHash, but looking to try out some other cool games too.

Any recommendations?

The fun games at the gambling sites are not very popular. Most gambler prefer to play the traditional gambling games like Dice, Mines, Roulette , Wheel and poker games. There are few sites which offer story based gambling games but these are not so popular and most of the time it will be impossible to win such games.
6429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BAKKT launching tomorrow but BTC price falls? on: September 22, 2019, 06:59:23 AM
Why isn’t the official launch of BAKkT driving btc prices up but instead it’s going the opposite way?

Are investors afraid of a massive dump coming up or what are the possible reasons there isn’t any traction for BTC price ?

I guess no one is really excited about bakkt, or there are manipulators behind and push the price a bit so that they can buy cheap coins prior to the bakkt launch. Anyways, this bakkt offering is long overdue and people are not that very enthusiastic and eager to say the least. But we will see the impact in the long run though, it's supposed to be the next catalyst for a bull run so let's stay relax for now and see how it goes.

As always is the case, before every bull run we see an unexpected dump. Lets hope this is the last dump and we move upwards after this. BAKKT is a big platform and there are chances that we see big increase in the overall market cap.
6430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: September 22, 2019, 05:10:23 AM
I think that if a person adheres to the rules of his religion, then he will not play gambling. The rest can gamble either for fun or for making money. Because it is very difficult to combine earnings and entertainment.
It totally depends on the religion and their belief. There are other ways to entertain ourselves if we are just treating gambling for fun but because there's money to risk it became exciting. In my view, money that earned from gambling is not different in other source to earn, its just that how you accumulate it is more on luck since you have no assurance if you'll going to grow your money or not.

Many people do not care about the religion and only care about what they think is right.
If gambling is not allowed in anyone's religion, then the profit from it will also be wrong and illegal.

Many people think that you should work to get the money and anything which you get from speculation is not the right form of income.
6431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 5Dimes founder found dead in Costa Rica a year after abduction on: September 21, 2019, 11:42:46 AM
Even the $1-million ransom paid by William Sean Creighton's wife to the kidnappers was to no avail.

After having being reported missing for almost a year, the founder of 5Dimes sportsbook was found dead in Costa Rica, the local police confirmed.

Source: https://www.bitcoinsportsbetting.co.uk/news/5dimes-founder-found-dead/

They demanded 5 Million dollar from his wife but she only paid 1 million dollar to the kidnappers. Maybe the kidnappers were not satisfied with the amount and they finally killed him after he was being missing for an year or so.
He was an amercian book maker and made a lot of money through betting and gambling.

We don't know what the real reason behind and why the wife only pay $1M instead of paying the full amount for the safety of his husband. The case of this incident only shown that being recognized to have a huge amount of money will lead you to risk your life. It's best if possible to keep being anonymous and keep your identity secret especially online.

5M dollar is a big amount and maybe his wife and family did not have that much amount to give to them to rescue her husband.
I think the killers had some other intentions and not only to get the money.  1M dollar should have been enough for them but these rich people have lot of enemies around them and also many people are jealous from their fame and money.
6432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: September 21, 2019, 11:35:57 AM
~snip~
I know this is a sensitive topic but why didn’t Ben Stokes stop them before publishing this story, as sun has stated they received no objections from Stokes family.
If Stokes was not famous then do you think any newspaper would bother to publish a story that is buried 31 years ago? The main key here is Stokes. They brought up this story because they know that this will bring their paper on tea table.

Personally, I do not believe anything these media gives as their excuse. To defend them from losing their market they can come up with anything, and they would not bother to lie. We have seen this from history.

May be they did not even ask Stokes before publishing it. What I know is that they went for interviewing Stokes and his wife and they denied to talk to the media about it.

Media and channels do not let go any opportunity which give them attention and fame. And that is why we see so many scandals about the famous personalities.
What is more concern to me is what was the reaction from Ben Strokes after this news was made public. Did he accept it was true or he denied it claiming to be a self made story ?
6433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Cock Fighting on: September 20, 2019, 09:57:59 PM

You will not find Cock fighting on an online betting sites because this sports is not popular and is limited to very small population / people of the world. Mostly the gamblers who bet on this cock betting are traditional gamblers who manually bet on these fights. In most places it is illegal and be considered as an abuse of animals. Many NGOs may consider these fights as violation of rights of the animals.

They already said there is, they do have a website. I think there are more of it. Quite not a common gambling game for all but looks fun to watch. It will only be illegal when money involve needs to be taxed by the government. Animal welfare should also try checking spiders fighting, they fight to death like the cocks stabbing knives.

Do you have the name of that site ?  I am sure it would be a local gambling site and will be interesting to know how they bet on it.
Do they have tournaments on it or it is a betting on an individual cock? There must be name of the cocks mentioned too  Wink
6434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Cock Fighting on: September 20, 2019, 05:22:28 PM
This gambling game is a fair betting which used breeding cock which is conditioned, and fight other breeders raced. It's really fun and unpredictable, but always provide every participants a chance to grab the luck at their best pick. Hopefully the online and live betting game will be more visible to cock lovers all over the world, and this is advantage when crypto will be used.
honestly I have never seen cock figting in online, how it works and whether it will be prone to manipulation ot not. Moreover, cock fighting are rarely shown on television or even none at all. if you want to gamble like this, just go in many villages, there is still a lot of cock fighting there, and socialize with the villagers, they are very friendly and ready to gamble with you.
I have always loved the game since the days I watched it on TV and I wished to play but gambling in public is against my faith and this, with the way gamblers are seen, I can imagine what would be said of me if I involve publicly in gambling and cock gambling at that, it will ridiculous.

I think having it online is a very great idea, though I am yet to identify any site that does it but I belief the information would be released soon and this might even be a good reason for some already existing casino sites to make provision for cock fight betting. It's from here we would know the casino sites that are concerned about the needs of their players and ready to deliver. It will be my utmost pleasure to play on any site that offers this service.

6435  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: People are tired of talking about Binance.... on: September 15, 2019, 06:24:00 PM
Especially their former USA clients.  We all went to other exchanges like Coinbase Pro or Kucoin.. Let's just bury the hatchet already and move on.  Can we?  Undecided

Binance is still the No. 1 exchange and as far as i know they will launch a separate exchange for their US customers. I am sure US customers will be happy to be part of binance again. I do not think they will shift to Kucoin. Also we are waiting for the Baktt launch as that exchange can really be a bigger exchange than binance.
6436  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: i failed in day trading on: September 15, 2019, 06:14:43 PM
i have learn technical analysis and practicing it for many months now i am good at it , but when it comes to day trading stocks move as market moves if markets go up stocks go up and if market falls stocks fall where does technical analysis , how to do day trading

Why are you mixing stock market with crypto market ? If you are asking about the stock market only then this may not be the right platform as you will get information about the crypto market trading here.
In crypto market, day trading is not easy and even the experienced persons fails when it comes to day trading. You need to be very precise in your judgement, when you do day trading.
6437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will There Comes A Time That All Online Gambling Sites Are CryptoCurrency Based? on: September 15, 2019, 06:04:05 PM
Anonymity and popularity of Cryptocurrency are two of it's the best attraction.
And Cryptocurrency games are more transparent.
Will, there comes a time that all online gambling sites will be Cryptocurrency based?

Most of the gambling sites are already crypto based and people prefer to use crypto instead of fiat when playing online gambling. But some gambling sites do give the option of deposits through credit cards and they will continue to do so until fiat is fully eliminated.
6438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on with BTC? on: September 15, 2019, 04:32:50 PM
Bitcoin is unpredictable, even if you cite more factors that in your point of views would affect the price of Bitcoin, still it is unreliable cause sometimes when you think that you could earn while expecting price surge then the dump happens.

You cannot correctly tell bitcoin price and in most of the case the bitcoins moves in the opposite direction as predicted. This is what i have learnt from last few years.

This is the question we encounter now because of the price of bitcoin now is not increasing to the predicted price of bitcoin that will hit to 20k this year. It was stock on 10k.lm scared of the price to get lower again. It really takes more than a year lve waited to climb up to the price of 20k, the highest expectations of the many by this year.

You cannot say that since bitcoin is stable at 10K, it cannot reach 20K or more. It will take a week/month for bitcoin to move from 10K to 20K. Once bitcoin starts pumping you never know when it will stop and what will be its final price.
6439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still excited when there is news about the real Satoshi coming up on: September 15, 2019, 02:23:14 PM
There is now a lot of news about Satoshi Nakamoto coming up or uncovered are you still excited every time there is news about new discovery on who Satoshi Nakamoto is and his whereabouts.

We have fed by so many lies about this Nakamoto pretenders some of them are good storyteller some of them might be true I have a hard time analyzing the best version of the story.

Of course as bitcoin ethusiasm I want to know who is the real creator of bitcoin, I am not losing hope someday the real nakamoto satoshi reveal their indentity in the right time. 😀😀😀

What benefit will you get once you come to know who is real Satoshi ? This information is irrelevant and of no value. I have never been eager to know who is the actual creator of bitcoins. Also now it will hard to believe who is the real satoshi as there are so many people who are claiming to be the real creator of bitcoins.
6440  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Libra Disrupt The Financial/Economic System? on: September 15, 2019, 07:06:51 AM
If a stable Libra coin is issued, of course, it will greatly affect the existing financial system, because the level of its distribution and use will be supposedly large. Since this stable coin will be supported by various generally recognized national currencies, as well as other financial assets, its price will be arbitrarily set and various abuses will be possible here, and Facebook has repeatedly been exposed in them.

I am even more interested in this Chinese CBDC digital coin, which should simply become a digital renminbi.

A stable coin, similar to Libra, which will be based on various fiat currencies, in my opinion, should be issued jointly by manufacturers of these fiat currencies. Relying on the issue of global financial stability on a private corporation is very risky.

I do not understand that how can a stable coin change the financial system of the world. The important thing is that Libra is more sort of centralized coin because to keep the price stable you have to control it and this will make it centralized coin.
The hype of Libra is more only because of Facebook and when the actual Libra coin will be available in the market, it will not be much worth.
