6441  Economy / Services / Re: Need ESCROW for info item verification on: April 25, 2019, 10:42:06 PM
Maybe check this list of escrow providers, it was updated more recently:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5047302.0
Try to provide more information about thing that you're trying to buy. It possible that some escrow providers rejected your offered deal because they don't have enough information about it and they aren't 100% sure that's legal.
6442  Other / Meta / Re: Digital goods section is a mess on: April 25, 2019, 10:31:06 PM
I agree with you. Selling illegal things isn't allowed here on Bitcointalk. So we shouldn't see sales of cracked accounts, KYC documents, activation keys and similar things there. Seems that this section isn't moderated much.
But I don't agree with one your point - I don't see nothing wrong with low value stuff like gift cards, coupons. I don't think that we should create separate section for it. Main thing in improving digital goods section would be removing of illegal stuff.
6443  Other / Meta / Re: [Another one, if possible, please] Is it possible me to find my "lucky" number on: April 25, 2019, 09:25:52 PM
If it's possible, I also would like to know my lucky number. Unfortunately, even AI of our forum don't know answer to this question...
6444  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Verify short links before clicking on: April 24, 2019, 09:52:12 PM
Thank you OP for sharing useful stuff. Despite that I'm quite experienced member here, I wasn't aware that's possible to verify shortlinks in such way. It's good to know now that such useful tools existsClicking shortlinks is always risky, especially if it's been posted by new member because you don't know where this link will redirect you. So, websites like you've posted is very helpful. To the bookmarks!
6445  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ★ Be careful before joining a signature campaign ★ on: April 24, 2019, 09:36:14 PM
I don't think the main reason behind Yobit campaign's punishment lie on its spamming encouragement. It involves shady behaviors of this exchange (if not scam):
You have a valid point, but I think that biggest problem of Yobit campaign was spam. I agree that Yobit don't have good reputation. But I've been in their campaign for years and nobody haven't complained, even DT members that it's not OK to advertise Yobit on Bitcointalk. Until the day when Yobit relaunched their campaign. Then lot of members started to talk that Yobit is shady exchange and some even suggested that campaign participants should be tagged.
6446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 24, 2019, 09:20:34 PM
So, Atletico won against Valencia 3:2 after very difficult fight. This result means that Barca can become La Liga champions on Saturday if they will beat Levante.
There is one big surprise tonight - Levante just trashed Betis 4:0. It's important win of Levante. Now they are in 14th place, but just 3 points away from relegation zone.
Tomorrow's main game will be  Getafe vs Real Madrid

Last 10 game has ended with 10 wins to Madrid and a score of 37-8  but this is the first time I ever have considered to bet on Getafe, Real Madrid seems to be ending on the 3rd spot, but Getafe have to win to keep there number 4 spot and champions league next season.
It should be interesting to watch. Maybe I will risk and make small bet on Getafe win. I think it's more important match for Getafe and they will be more motivated. Their recent big win against Sevilla just shows how dangerous this team is.
6447  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Whether there is a new Yobit fraud coming? on: April 23, 2019, 10:52:30 PM
OP, these Twitter accounts are fake and not related to Yobit in any way. Some smart cheaters noticed that Yobit have shitty customer support and decided to found baive victims on Twitter.
Someone already contacted Yobit support about this thing and they replied that these accounts on Twitter are made by scammers.
6448  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ★ Be careful before joining a signature campaign ★ on: April 23, 2019, 10:35:24 PM
Ok, another topic related to Yobit signature campaign. So, one point for discussion. I've been participant of Yobit campaign for long time. You're saying that this campaign encourage spam and I agree with you. But I'm not sure that's a reason to avoid this campaign. They aren't forcing you to make 20 posts/day. You simply can make 5/6 or just 1 posts per day and still get payment. It's not my business that others particpants are spamming hardly to reach biggest earnings. There is just one problem in this case - by wearing same signature as all these spammers you simply will be asociated with all these spammers.
6449  Other / Meta / Re: In the process of willingly locking mdayonliner [locked] on: April 23, 2019, 10:20:22 PM
Damn it @mday, you're real drama queen lol Cheesy. Man, just take a break and eat Snickers.
Personally, I don't like to see that you're leaving forum. You just got offended after these things against you, but I would like to continue seeing you here. Offcourse, it's your own decision. But I'm sure that you will come back sooner or later. Maybe using alt account, maybe using your main mdayonliner account. Anyway, good luck.
6450  Economy / Reputation / Re: Cabalism13's Reputation Thread on: April 23, 2019, 09:49:56 PM
Personally, it's not a problem foir me if your wife will use her old Bitcointalk account to join bounties. I think it's nothing wrong to do that as long as you both don't participate in same camapaign and don't sent crypto to same coin address.
Is it your wife's account?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1228706
As @khaled0111 said, after you posted this stuff above, this account can't be considered as your wife's acccount anymore. It's common on Bitcointalk that accounts of wife/brother/sister or other family member are considered as altas here. As long as you and your wife aren't abusing bounties, merit and trust - everything will be ok, but maybe neutral tag from DT members are needed to show that both these accounts are connected? I'm not sure about this...
6451  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should I leave the Yobit signature campaign? on: April 22, 2019, 09:51:43 PM
No one is going to tag you for joining Yobit sig. campaign I believe.
I know this guy LTU_btc, who is using Yobit signature for a long time and not a single DT member tagged him yet.

Has he actually been on the campaign all this time though? I thought it shut down long ago and there's been quite a few inactive and barely active users that still seem to bare yobit's signature, but I just assumed they just never removed them or never joined another campaign. Has it been ticking over all this time? There were very few people left on that campaign from what I remember.

I was in Yobit campaign since 2016 until today. They were still paying, but with huge delays. It took 3-6 months sometimes to get payment. This is one of reasons why most of users left this campaign. From what I saw, there was up to 20 more or less active participants in this campaign before relaunch.
6452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's UEFA Champions League Football Preditor Pool £25 in btc to join on: April 22, 2019, 09:07:34 PM
But even with VAR the correct decisions are sometimes not made. We've already seen incorrect decisions happen using it. Sometimes decisions go in your favour and sometimes they don't. Sometimes people get punished for the same offence where no action was taken in another. Sometimes a foul is given when it was a complete dive. Sometimes they're not given when it's an obvious foul. Sometimes a player is fouled in the box but they keep on going rather than go down and nothing comes of it, but if he had of gone down a penalty would have been given. That's one thing I like about Messi. He hardly ever goes down and keeps fighting even if he's been hacked at and will usually try stay upright at any costs, but he could just as easily fall on the floor and get a penalty and in many cases I think he should have done, but that's the game for you. It's swings and round abouts. Where there's a human involved then there is both opinion and room for error and that won't change with VAR. It's good that it helps makes the right decision but at what cost? Ten minutes taken out of the game whilst refs decide on what to do over a few instances some of them very petty and made out of desperation from the opposing team?

If we're not going to rely on the officials then we might as well get rid of linesmen and maybe even referees all together. Maybe just let the decisions down to VAR or even just an algorithm so you take the human error out of it. Nothing is ever going to get it 100% right but we need to take the positives and negatives into account. VAR is only something that going to be happening in top flight football anyway whereas anyone else playing the game whether professional or amateur is still going to have to carry on the same without such technology.
The main problem of VAR system is human factor. After watching all replays decision still should be made by referee. In football there are lot of room for interpretations and every referee interpret rules differentely. This is why sometimes we see different referee decisions in same situations. In other sports like tennis, basketball, ice hockey rules are very clear and there not much place for interpretations, so in general everyone is happy about video replays in these sports.
I agree that VAR reviews is taking too much time. So, I think that football need something what we have in tennis - it's challenges. For example, every team can ask for VAR review only once per match. If VAR review shows that referee made mistake, team which asked VAR review can ask for replay in same match another time. If after review VAR shows that referee was right, team lose their replay challenge.
It's normal that we have VAR only in top level football. Same like Hawk-Eye is only used in biggest tennis tournaments. But I heard that FIFA is preparing VAR for lower level football also where matches is only filmed with only 1-2 cameras.
6453  Other / Meta / Re: Yobit spam on the forum on: April 22, 2019, 08:37:51 PM
I participated in Yobit campaign since 2016 and I can't say that I was happy when I saw news about ban of Yobit signature campaign. But probably it was right and best solution made by theymos. If Yobit don't care about this forum and can't even hire manager for campaign, I don't think they should be allowed to have campaign here.
Probably it's first time when I see signatures of certain company banned here. Even signatures of worst shitcoin bounties weren't banned. This shows how bad Yobit campaign was.
@theymos, if after this ban Yobit would decide to start normal campaign with strict rules, manager and other needed stuff, would you allow them to do that?
6454  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Yet another Yobit topic because I'm a hypocrite] Yobit shitposting participants on: April 21, 2019, 10:43:02 PM
Personally, I can't wait for the avalanche of "yobit is teh scammz!!!!1!!!" threads when participants get (silently) removed by the "very conscientious Yobit campaign management" for spamming/shitposting/alt abusing etc and they don't get paid their 0.00012000 btc per post. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
Today Yobit posted this (I'm not sure that's their official account):
Quick update: We have found many users abusing our campaign with multiple accounts.  Anyone signing up multiple accounts WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED from this signature campaign.  We haven't gotten around to removing accounts with negative trust yet but they will also be removed after our next update.

Thanks for everyone that has joined and keep in mind that short spam posts will not be tolerated in the future.  If we find you burst posting short one liners you will be removed from this campaign when we do our manual checks.  Aim for at least 3-4 lines and please fix any grammatical errors and always stay on topic.
I hope it's not just a words and they will start acting soon. Unlimited number of participants (over 350 in just few days), no merit requirements, everyone can join as long as he have at least Sr. Member account even with red trust and make up to 20 posts per day - it's terrible combination. Probably this campaign produce more spam than most of bounties in the end of 2017 - start of 2018.
6455  Other / Meta / Re: [EXPERIMENT] Testing the Limits of Shitposting on: April 21, 2019, 10:21:15 PM
$30 or $60 an hour is actually pretty good in first world countries. In third world countries, this is enough for a days expenses.
I live in EU country, and minimal hourly wage here is about $4. 1 hour of intensive spamming would bring same earnings as you would do dirty jobs in factory for 2 days. I'm not even talking about third world countries - you can become rich and earn for a fancy living just by spamming here without putting any effort. No surprise that therevare so many people who are "working" full time on Bitcointalk instead of going to common job.
6456  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: April 21, 2019, 09:42:36 PM
Is the refer link no more sharable on twitter (blacklisted) ? I can't share it any more!  Roll Eyes
Probably it was blacklisted. Same thing happened on Facebook long time ago already. Social networks don't like referral links and similar stuff because it's one of main sources of spam. If you still want to promote your reflink on Twitter, you may try to use shortlink services like Bit.ly
I have a question when this Lambo event start and where?

Tried to find this on Freebitco.in but I couldn't and I have read a few last pages of this thread and I see members talk about this but there is no exact information provided on how and when will it be?

Please share some info and let me know exactly what is going on with this Lambo event.
It will start on 1st May, not much time left to wait. You may check image posted by @TheQuin above to see how you can win Lambo on Freebitco.in.
6457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Playoffs Prediction Pool(REGISTRATION CLOSED) on: April 21, 2019, 09:32:16 PM
Hhampuz with the lead on 5 points! This definitely wasn't the Boston I expected in the playoffs, They've stepped up their game big time, or maybe it was the Pacers that weren't up to par.
I expected that Pacers can win 1-2 games in this series. And every game in this series was very close. Unfortunately, star of Pacers Oladipo is injured and this is main reason why Celtics won 4:0.
There is few series which are fun to watch - Nuggets vs Spurs now tied 2:2. And Clippers vs GSW is somewhat unexpected. GSW leading 2:1, now I'm watching game 4 and after Q3 GSW is leading just by 3 points.
6458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 21, 2019, 05:36:09 PM
3rd might be good because Madrid still can playing on champion league next season but for them still possible to taking over second position from Atletico and finish on second position will be more good instead of 3rd because if they can do that then they will automatically went to group phase without playing on qualification match
It doesn't matter will they finnish 2nd, 3rd or even 4th because all top 4 teams from La Liga qualify to UCL group stage without any qualification matches. But team who will finnish 2nd will get chance to fight for Spanish Super Cup (if Barca will win Copa del Rey).
Today Getafe reached very important win in fight for Champions league spot - they just trashed their direct competitors Sevilla 3:0. Now they have 54 points, Sevilla 52 and Valencia 49. Valencia have chance to reach Sevilla today if they will beat Betis. With just 5 rounds remaining, fight for Champions league spots should be hot.
6459  Economy / Reputation / Re: Yobit and campaign manager discussion on: April 20, 2019, 11:11:21 PM
Yahoo, please take this job because this campaign urgently need manager. It's terrible to see what's happening on Bitcointalk in these days when campaign was relaunched. There are so many spammers wake up after long period of inactivity who joined this campaign and making 20 shiptosts/day. 20 posts max limit, no campaign manager, no rules, it's terrible combination. With unlimited number of participants situation on Bitcointalk can be out of control. Now we can see Yobit spammers shitposting almost everywhere. And I hate to be asociated with these spammers. Even Merit and trust systems can't help now, it's enough to have high ranked account and voilą, you are in campaign.
And I think 20 posts per day limit isn't a problem if campaign have manager who is doing his job properly. Nobody is forcing you to make so many posts, for example I rarely make more than 5-6 posts per day.
6460  Economy / Reputation / Re: [FABLE] The Resurrection of YoBit on: April 19, 2019, 10:02:57 PM
Oh, brace yourselves, spammers is coming. I've been in Yobit campaign since 2016 and I remember how bad everything was back then until hilariousandco started to manage campaign and banned most of spammers from campaign. From what I see now, things doesn't looks good - I see plenty of users with 0 or very few earned merits or even with negative trust wearing Yobit signatures. And some of them definitely will try to hit 20posts/day limit. It's interesting how many slots for participants is available in this campaign.
I don't know what's with this campaign before but all possible effect that it might bring is huge spam to the forum. Greedy participants will surely try their best and force their limit just to make 20 posts per day even though the quality isn't enough to be considered as a Good quality post. Do campaign like this really allowed to run? This is the first campaign I've ever seen that has overkill posts requirement. It seems to be just fine but I feel like it's forcing their participants to spam all over the forum.

Luckily the campaign only accepts Sr. Member and above but who knows if some of those participants lose their post quality just to get paid. But there are surely lot of Newbies who will try to promote that campaign which will lead to spam.
Forum rules doesn't regulate signature campaigns. So, 20 or even 50 posts is OK as long as you're not breaking forum rules. Nobody can force you to make so many posts per day, I rarely make more than 5-6 posts per day. Offcourse, if you come here to earn for a living, then you're "forced" to reach 20 posts limit.
I don't understand your last sentence. Only Sr. Members and above are accepted, so how Newbies can try to promote campaign? Or you're talking about bought accounts?
