6461  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: January 10, 2019, 05:03:55 PM
I will be read only for now but definitely will going to make some good comments on other user's analysis. Just waiting for a good point of view from other users.
I am looking forward to see some analysis here however I doubt it will be accurate. There are still a long time to start the tournament. By this time any team can have massive change.

Hey yes analysis here will definitely help in deciding whether one should play on the match or not, but I would advise caution as no one can get all predictions right. I'll once again repeat I feel team England are top contenders to win it, due to their home advantage. I feel they only have two obstacles team India, and team Australia and particularly it'll be interesting to see if Australia play smith and Warner in the cup. Also make sure you'll keep a close eye on the injuries picked during IPL, as it'll be Important to analyse those heading into World Cup.

Alarming situation in camps of Murray and A. Zverev, latest info: Murray won just two games in a practice match against world number one Novak Djokovic as part of his Australian Open preparations. The Scot, whose movement was laboured, held serve only once and was trailing 6-1 4-1 when they called it a day.

A. Zverev: "Alexander Zverev goes down hurt in his practice match against Marc Polmans. Tried to continue playing but ended the match two points later with some sort of foot injury." The German was already a questionmark due to a hamstring strain.

Hey Andy was suffering from a hip injury which he had carried from last year, and even before coming he had stated he was feeling the pain it looks like he's going to pull out. I didn't see Zverev injury news but it'll be really sad if he's not fit for the tournament, I do hope he recovers in time. I feel if these two pull out,Djokovic will have a walk in the park with virtually no competition.

I saw Chelsea linked with Higuain, I know he’s getting older but he would be a good stop gap signing. He is certainly better thsn Morata.

Hey it's true Chelsea is indeed pushing a move for Higuain, and I believe his experience will be vital for them and most importantly he'll bring goals which they're lacking. It seems Morata is living on borrowed days at Chelsea, and currently Sevilla are front runners for him. Manchester United has been linked with Persic and Koulibaly, the former makes no sense to invest in but the latter is definitely needed.
6464  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: January 10, 2019, 08:08:50 AM
Looking back at 2017 and 2018, one thing became clear and that is the never die attitude of the true Bitcoin investor/user. We are as stubborn and tough as a Honey Badger and we fight to the bitter end.

Ask yourself if any other disruptive technology like Bitcoin would have survived this long, bearing in mind that we are being attacked and challenged from all sides. <Governments and Banks and competitor coins>  Huh

We took these challenges like scaling and we ran with it and our developers came up with a novel solution <Lightning Network> and now we are getting back up and running with that.

Let's wake the Honey Badger within us and continue the fight to Bitcoin to Mars!  Wink

Hey it's true no technology has survived such brutal attacks, especially from the governments, mainstream media and bankers who have continuously tried to write it off as a bubble waiting to explode. I feel the key for bitcoins survival was people's faith in technology, rather than it's prices which keeps on fluctuating. I'm optimistic we shall see some rally going ahead in 2019, but it's too soon to compare it to the one we saw in 2017 end.
6465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: January 10, 2019, 04:11:19 AM

I don't like PSG, as I think they have the money to create a better squad than the current one. I think that a barrier may be that players do not consider the French League so competitive so they are discouraged to make a transfer there. Apart from that, I can agree that PSG has a great chance to win against Manchester United. Man. Utd still tries to find their pace after Mourinho left and i think they still need time to do so.

The problem with PSG I think is the fact that its players still see it as a small club, they have no respect for it. You have a guy like Verrati being arrested for DUI at 3 AM two days before a game, Rabiot saying he doesn't want to play 6, Neymar who misses practices to go to Ibiza...
That's probably why these guys have never been past the quarters in Champions League, they lack the professionalism. They're not winners. They care more about their Instagram account than about the results of the team.
They need a firm hand and that's not the one of El Khelaifi.
There are things players do at PSG that they probably would never do in "bigger" clubs.

Are you serious?  I didn't know that...  Lol.  Did all that sh*t with those players happen this year under Tuchel or before him?

...  I don't think Tuchel will allow bs like that under his management.  But they prolly should hire Mou if he is.  Cheesy

Hey I'll agree when it comes to PSG all I can say is with money you can buy players, but not class, or history and fans. PSG is not a big club infact people will remember leicester city for winning premier league despite all odds, than Psg winning their leagues. Also if you see all the transfers from Neymar or Mbappe were only for money, and I feel Manchester United players have 100% chance of taking down Psg because they're playing for the club, the fans, the badge on their shirt and most importantly their manager Ole who's a champions league winner himself. Tokeweed i'm happy you'll be playing on Manchester United, I'm confident victory shall be ours.

6468  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitDice's 2019 mBTC Christmas and New Year Celebrations [2+ BTC in Prizes!] on: January 09, 2019, 08:25:42 AM
2nd place is now occupied with a new face! A few more days left until the wager competition ends!

And seems we've got some decent BlackJack action:

I'm not surprised that the second spot was claimed by someone else, I do expect plenty of competition for all spots except the top one. Also it's good to see some blackjack bets too, and as we enter the final phase of the competition things are heating up. If you're waiting to get in and claim your spot on the leaderboard then I feel you should get started now, as only a day is left for the winners to be declared.
6469  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Do You Think 2019 Will Be Different? on: January 09, 2019, 04:28:42 AM
Yes I believe that 2019 will be special for bitcoin market. Some experts team assure that running year bitcoin will rise highest and some expert team assure just opposite.

Hey I'll agree the year 2019 has a feel good factor to it, and I feel we shall soon see it's impact on bitcoins prices. I'll however warn you the so called experts got their predictions horribly wrong last year, hence I would advise you not to solely depend on them. I feel if the adoption continues even further we may see 5k levels soon, and once Bakkt is launched and Bitcoins Etf approved we may just touch 10k levels but it'll happen in the long run.
6470  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prediction of Bitcoin Prices (BTC) in 2019 on: January 08, 2019, 05:42:34 PM
2018 is not a good year for Bitcoin (BTC) because the price of BTC has declined throughout the year, starting from Rp 220 million at the beginning of the year to the lowest price of Rp 45 million last month. Overall, all cryptocurrency is still experiencing a bearish trend for now.

Although this year is one of the worst years for Bitcoin, famous Bitcoin investors still predict that 2019 will be a bullish year for Bitcoin because large companies like the Nasdaq and NYSE will launch Bitcoin Futures contracts (Bitcoin Futures).

In addition, people hope that the SEC can approve the VanEck Bitcoin ETF at the next hearing on February 27, 2019. All of this news has a positive impact on Bitcoin.

Hey yes 2018 was not the year we Bitcoins enthusiasts expected, but it proved one thing that big or small no expert can predict bitcoins prices accurately. I'm optimistic for the year 2019 that we shall touch 5k levels in short term and 10k in the long run, as we're seeing slow but steady adoption by the masses. It's also pertinent to note with Nasdaq Bitcoins futures just days away there's not been much momentum in the prices, hence now the key events are Bakkt which is delayed and the impending approval of Bitcoins Etf by the sec.
6471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The VAR - Video Assistant Referee Discussion Thread on: January 08, 2019, 11:18:45 AM
The VAR should be added to all the Championships, even to lower Leagues. The VAR will remove some part of referee judging impacting the game. Many games have finished with a different result because of "referee human errors" which we all accept by default but it shouldn't be like this. I think VAR is a very helpful tool to the teams.

I'll second that Var will be a great introduction in all leagues, especially in those matches where the title can be decided. I saw the Var effect first time when it was used to award penalty to, Manchester United in the Fa cup and I was impressed by it. I feel with time this technology will only keep getting better, and there will be lots of criticism for it too but in the long run it'll silence them all.
6472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help a newbie on: January 08, 2019, 07:53:44 AM
Hello everyone I'm new on here and I'm trying to find a new way to earn crypto apart from
1) faucets
2) trading
3) mining
Is there any other way?

Hey those are preety basic ways to earn cryptos, you could join bounty campaigns here or participate in airdrops but do your research as many of these coins go bust in long term. Another way to earn is to sell services, and accept cryptos as payments if you don't have any services then you could become a reseller and sell here. Lastly you could lend cryptos, and earn interest over it but make sure you do your due diligence before you lend your coins.
6473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am a newbie for bitcoin. Friends please clear my doubts on: January 08, 2019, 03:56:11 AM
Friends all we know bitcoin is transaction is not allowed in india. only few indian companies are available that also require KYC. I dont want my details to get exposed. i have some doubt in purchasing bitcoins. I have listed my doubts below please clarify it.

1. If someone buys bitcoin from blockchain in another country, for example (US blockchain user). And if they send bitcoin to my wallet address(Indian block chain user). Can I able to receive bitcoin or not
2.If I receive the bitcoin from that user. can I able to send it to other wallet id such as zebpay or coinbase or localbitcoins etc..

Please clarify these doubts as soon as possible.

Thanx in advance

Hey one can definitely buy bitcoins from any corner of the world, and then can store them in a wallet I would suggest you to use Electrum for it. Also you can definitely send your coins to any wallet, however do note if you intend to send to any exchange wallet, which requires you to verify yourself you need to tell tax authorities you brought bitcoins. I would suggest you to pay taxes on it, and then trade in it, also you can buy and sell it on local bitcoins India, do make sure you read ratings before conducting a deal.
6474  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price: Analyst Willy Woo Says Bears Still Have the Upper Hand on: January 07, 2019, 05:27:08 PM
we will soon see him and all those like him who are either crying because they missed the chance or shorted at a bad time or we see them laughing their asses off because they misled others Wink

I don't believe completely in his words, or for that matter any big personality who comes out and gives his predictions as bitcoins is to volatile to predict it. Also bear traders will never speak of bullish trends, they'll always try to put the market under the impression that bears are ruling the market. I feel if bitcoins can sustain 4500$ for the next few days we may see 5000$ levels soon, which I believe shall be the new resistance but we need more adoption and stability for the next few days.
6475  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Bankers Say Cryptocurrencies Do Not Threat The Global Financial Stability on: January 07, 2019, 02:44:41 PM
India probably realized that when those companies leave they stop paying taxes as well, you can't pay taxes when you are not open for business. India wanted to regulate it heavily and saw the companies leave and decided to step back on their approach. This will be the stance for many "middle ground" countries in the future as well.

There are countries like Switzerland and Malta and Ukraine that is quite pro-crypto that will get many crypto business starting there and paying taxes there.

There are a lot of countries who still doesn't have a specific crypto law established yet and look at it like an exchange for foreign currency instead (license to buy and sell dollars-euros and so forth applies to being capable of buying/selling crypto in many countries even to this day) and there will be countries like India that will have crypto laws but bend it somehow until finding the right spot.

Hey from what I read India is trying to get laws to regulate cryptos, after terming it illegal now their top Bank says it's not a threat. It's pertinent to note that India has record breaking transactions, and if those were to be taxed it could open a new source of income for the government. Also many states in USA are accepting tax payments in cryptos, and many other countries will follow suit too in accepting cryptos as tax payments.
6476  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will market price be BULLISH this 2019? on: January 07, 2019, 11:47:59 AM
I know everyone is expecting that the market price will bull last year as what happened last December 2018, but it didn't happen. Do you think that the market price will be bullish this 2019 like in 2018?  Huh

Hey there was no bull run in December 2018, we witnessed it back in December 2017 and in December 2018 we were seeing recovery from the damages done because of Bch civil war. I'm optimistic that in coming months we shall see a rally in bitcoins prices, but it's too early to say if it'll reach 20k levels again. I would advise you to read current events, and learn more about the volatility of bitcoins as you seem to be lacking basic knowledge about it.
6477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC still have the hope to apply ETF? on: January 07, 2019, 08:29:57 AM
We almost had it, the longest period of stability ever where the price sat at 6500 dollars for many moons. However, this hope was destroyed by greedy BCH creators, thanks Craig Wright and bitmain for ruining everything

Hey it's true that Bch civil war cost bitcoins, and other coins due to their greediness but now markets are slowly and steadily rebounding. I believe there's a good chance Bitcoins Etf will be cleared as three out of five members are bitcoins propents, and most notably their chairman had indicated it may be approved. It's pertinent to note that the hearing has been scheduled for 27th February 2019, and we may see it finally approved.
6478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: January 07, 2019, 03:37:44 AM
Real Madrid suffered another loss - this time they lost to Real Sociedad 2:0 at home. I'm not fan of Real, but I think they got robbed by referee because there was 2 obvious penalties weren't given - in first half there was foul against Ramos and in second half Sociedad goalkeeper fouled against Vinicius.
Since Lopetegui was fired, Real won club world cup, but they continue to waste points against mid table teams like Sociedad, Eibar or Villarreal. If such results will continue, I wouldn't be surprised if Perez will sack Solari. But maybe now they will focus on UCL.
It was perfect weekend for Barca because almost all teams from top 6 dropped points, only Alaves managed to win. These results let Barca to increase their lead. And by the way, win of Barca gainst Getafe was very hard - Getafe had some great chances to score, but they missed or ter Stegen saved it.

The way Real Madrid began with giving away a third minute penalty, set the tone for Sociedad to dominate the match. Also the red card for real completely turned the game against them, I find it odd there was no place for Isco in the team. I feel now Barcelona can win the title with ease, they're in a comfortable position and it's only a matter of days before Mourinho is back at Real Madrid.
6479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With a booming on 2017 and difficult time on 2018, will Bitcoin recover on 2019? on: January 06, 2019, 05:58:40 PM
Hopefully Bitcoin will recover. hopefully in 2019 bitcoin will achieve the highest price again. not only bitcoin, but the crypto market including the altcoin price will also recover. the market has been declining for quite a long time until now.

I'll agree we all have to be positive that this shall be the year we see improvements in bitcoins prices, I'm hoping mass adoption is one the key reason we see prices increase. Also it's pertinent to note many traders are accepting cryptos as payments, and some countries are even accepting it as part of their tax payments. I'm not sure if we'll see 20k again, but I do hope we can touch at least 10k levels soon.
6480  Economy / Speculation / Re: How/Why to Buy Bitcoin in 2019 on: January 06, 2019, 02:53:18 PM
The only reason why we should buy bitcoin for this year 2019 is because BTCs price drops down to its limit and it will turn out great after. We are looking forward for the green market maybe in the middle of the year, but im sure it will happen this year. If you would buy now, you will sure be thankful after.

Hey Bitcoins prices rising shouldn't be the only factor you should be considering, you should buy because you believe in the technology too. Also I feel that there's a high level of sentiments in the crypto markets, that institutional investors shall be adopting into cryptos. I also feel the fud has disappeared from the market which shall pave the way for further growth in the crypto market.
