... The onus is still on you to answer why you still think this is a scam, especially in light of being asked following the good faith moves the project manager(s) made in an effort to try and dispel ambiguity and suspicion. ...
Noobthegreat! In light of the project manager(s) running away after making an effort to try and dispel ambiguity and suspicion, here's that condolences gif I promised you. @people who believe (lot auction price) > (market price): That's how I made my fortune. I went around from one grocery store to the next, buying up sausages. I assembled those sausages into ginormous wholesale lots, and sold them (at a substantial markup) to investors wishing to acquire huge lots of sausages without moving the market price.

Why not just keep pumping the money back into the company and receive yearly dividends every Christmas? I'm all for it ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) keep the funds FC, make it a fatter payout at the end of the year for us lol Exactly! But why stop at a year? Reinvesting yearly divs would assure even moar profit! The glorious Soviet economy revolved around "petiletka," a five-year plan so effective that it was always completed in just four years! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fsashkin.org%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2010%2F03%2Fpetiletka1.jpg&t=663&c=XTqT0GgRqhQHyA)

Whelp, another Havelock IPO come and gone. @Havelock: Did you seriously miscalculate the demand for such an offering by such a humungous margin? Or did you try to explain to Mr. CBCM that he will, regardless of Mr. Mencken's words of encouragement, go broke by overestimating the stupidity of the American public?

@Dingir: I have already given generously of my time to educate and warn you. The money you've lost is the price of ignoring my advice [along with common sense]. Begging for donations, and further straining my good will by appealing to various government agencies [for which I pay with my taxes] is beyond egregious ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif) P.S: 10 BTC!? Seriously? And there are more like you out there?

A big %age off IPO price is better than the current price... who's Drivers Licence do you have an image of, have you checked it back to a real persons ID?
Is this him? ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs8.postimg.org%2Ftgiuicdx1%2Fham.jpg&t=663&c=uqaQTIF7Z06fTw) @SamboNZ: Sorry you couldn't get his IP, but since you have his name and address, why would you need it? Just, you know... Walk over to his place and ask for your money back ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)

For the last few weeks I have been doing some in-depth checks into CoinReturn and its founders. Here is a brief summary of my findings and observations for the benefit of the community: Negative Points- Introductory blurb states that the company is registered in Cyprus, however this is not the case. I asked the the CoinReturn team about this and they said that while this was the original idea, they changed their minds on this
after seeking legal opinion and decided to run away instead.
... Fixed a typo in one of your findings and/or observations for the benefit of the community. *Hate to see such an edifying and compelling cautionary tale go to waste...

...At this point I'm thinking a deadline of the 26th of June (ie; 2 weeks since the last contact from CR), just to give CR ample time to respond.
Lol, kids will be kids. Thinking, issuing deadlines, bragging about their mad ignore button skillz, posting whois on mail servers, hatin' on adults... Given:
1) NotLambchop posts "this is a scam" on almost every thread on Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Securities promoting a new "security" 2) 99% of threads started on Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Securities are promoting a scam of some sort
Then: NotLambchop will have a 99% accuracy.
Pretty genius I'd say...
When 99% of the offerings are scams, stop "investing," genius! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

...If they scammed then shame on them...
It's not "them." it's YOU. Shame on you for getting scammed. Repeatedly. And choosing to defend your molesters. Along with your right to be molested. In public, so others could watch. Why must I explain to you just how creepy that is?

...Checking IPs from emails is pretty easy. ...
Sure. But finding meaningful ones is an entirely different story. Let's google Google--Gmail: "Gmail doesn't give the IP address of the sender in its mail headers for security reasons." Oh well, there goes about half of the [real] email addys ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) It's important to shut the stable door before, not after the horse has bolted.
