У  BEAM есть 2 типа кошельков: постоянные и одноразовые.
Одноразовые действуют 24 часа.
Отправитель понятно что онлайн, но у получателя есть минимум 12 часов чтобы подключится к сети после оплаты, или транзакция не пройдет и деньги останутся у отправителя.
Возможно сейчас лимиты другие, но основа такая.
