So what is the problem to lend small amount of cryptos?

It's like giving money to a beggar on the street.  You're instantly surrounded by every beggar in the neighbourhood....

I wrote a post last night, today I wrote a copy of it to bring up the topic and the old one couldn't delete. the forum itself has given a warning that you can delete your message only after 24 hours or you can erase it and leave it blank.
will it be considered spam?

Look at the lower left.  You have links to LOCK a topic and MOVE a topic.  You should move unwanted topics to "Archival"
maybe I'm wrong to describe - but the topic was not created by me, I only wrote in it a message as a user, and to close and move I can't.

Ah, so you posted in a topic to "bump" but couldn't delete your old message?

I wouldn't worry about it - mistakes happen and no one will judge you unless you do it repeatedly.

6545  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Getting access to BTC in event of death on: June 01, 2018, 01:32:34 AM
I've got a good amount of BTC in various exchanges and wallets. Each of these exchanges needs username, password, and 2FA code from phone to access. I'm looking for suggestions on a solution that, in the event of my untimely demise, my wife would be able to access everything. Let's throw in the option of my phone being destroyed along with me.

Don't complicate things.

LastPass has an Emergency Access feature that lets you give trusted contacts access to your password vault. To add a trusted contact, open your LastPass account and click Emergency Access. Click Give Emergency Access and type in your contact's email address. Choose a wait time for how long that contact will have to wait when they request emergency access (anywhere from "immediately" to 30 days). If your contact requests emergency access, you will have this amount of time to reject their request before they are automatically granted access.

We can't expect the forum to be totally against spam, that would be impossible.

??  What makes it impossible?  With a nice mod/user ratio, a forum can be filled with useful posts and no garbage spam.  Smiley
6548  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bought Account Detected on: June 01, 2018, 12:22:04 AM
I do not understand why is it some people are wasting too much time looking for accounts being sold or bought. It is NOT illegal.
Are they being paid to "police" this forum? Stop wasting too much time and have some life.

Many people earn a partial or full income from this forum - changes that degrade quality affect them, so they "speak up".

People who want to bypass the normal promotion routine on this forum usually have some nefarious scheme in mind...

It says straight, FSMN will be backed by crypto mining, most of the investments will go to mine crypto's that will bring long-term profits for investors.

Are you just some teenager who thinks he can make a living buying and selling coins?  Why do you need a million?  Cost of living?

I would prefer to lock any topic after a week of inactivity, and if there's someone who wants to post something serious (not just a oneliner spam), can click on a dedicated button, post a reply, but first the mods should review the post if the quality is OK to reopen the topic to include that post.

A week might be too fast, but I like this idea.
6551  Other / Archival / Re: Mods please lock a thread from 2014 on: May 31, 2018, 05:01:51 PM
I just came across this 2014 thread which was revived yesterday by a spam bot or shitposter, then followed by shitposter after shitposter. I expect more to come.
Please lock the thread before it gets big Smiley; I am sure that the original poster doesn't need those answers anymore.

Edit: then you can also delete this thread.

You can use the report to moderator link.

Also, you can lock and move this thread to archive yourself.  Smiley  (Control at lower left)
6552  Economy / Reputation / Re: User providing fake translations on: May 30, 2018, 01:43:33 PM
I see how he edited his original post, and then created a new one that he locked right away.

Untrustworthy behaviour, but one that can be easily fixed by stopping.
6553  Other / Meta / Re: Help me! on: May 30, 2018, 01:22:59 PM
In the bounties(alt coins) thread has lots of people doing same thing with me. Why do they not banned?

We are working on it.  You were just an unlucky one that got caught early. :/

Not take your verdict with some maturity and move on...
6554  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 7.5 ETH loan for 40 days - 10% interest - Collateral + escrow on: May 30, 2018, 12:14:14 PM
Hey guys

As title states, 7.5 ETH required for an investment I will put up 130% worth of Zebi tokens as collateral, should the value drop I’ll top it up. Zebi is to be held by the escrow, we’ll use a reputable one from this site, you will pay the tx few & I will cover the escrow.

Once your have your funds, you'll have no obligation to "top it up".  :/
6555  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Community Management Startup. Need Help! on: May 29, 2018, 09:25:23 PM
A community manager, manage the social media accounts, blog, forum and every platform the company is using. You're supposed to generate content that gets the community active.(content to generate, comments, likes and any other interaction you can imagine) You have to provide support in all the social platform the company is using. You need to create a SMM strategy etc, there are a lot of others things a community manager has to do. (article writing, video creations, social network posts, calendar, blog updates, analytics...)

To build on this, a community manager will be right minded - imaginative.

Do not use a programmer (like a telegram bot writer) because they will be left minded - logical.
6556  Other / Meta / Re: Merit for helping on moderating the forum (?!) on: May 28, 2018, 09:52:39 PM
Merit is not a good moderating reward in my opinion cause people can make 500 alts and boost reports on the main account Roll Eyes
I agree with this logic. People can easily rank up their main account using this trick.

You two don't understand how the merit system works.  500 alts would have 0 sMerit to give away.  :/
6557  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a loan of .05 BTC - 100% interest in 10 days on: May 25, 2018, 06:47:03 AM
I have a trading bot sitting on a server that I don't have access to at the moment.

Because you ran out of money.  Which means your bot isn't as good as you think.  :/
6558  Other / Meta / Goodbye to Merit History... on: May 25, 2018, 02:30:15 AM
All good things must come to an end.

Today marks 120 days since the merit system was introduced, and as Theymos said, old entries are going to start dropping off the file:

https://bitcointalk.org/merit.txt.xz

If you want a complete list of merit entries, you now need to keep your own historical records.

Oldest entries (120+ days) will also start disappear off of individual merit pages.

6559  Other / Meta / Re: theymos, why are trust/merit pages not available to guests? on: May 21, 2018, 11:19:38 PM
I don't see any point of limiting pages these to logged-in users.

How would you display trust to someone that is not logged in?

6560  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod abusing reputation system on: May 19, 2018, 07:11:03 PM
Except he is not a policeman and has no authority whatsoever to make accusations without proofs

?  You admitted your guilt.

You are also illiterate now? You are nobody to make accusations without proofs

Sigh.  I accused you of "Asking for no collateral loan" which you admitted to doing.

I'm not going to bother responding anymore.  :/
