Only possible scenarios that I could think of would be the end of money (which is unlikely), higher technology that would make blockchain tech obsolete, big change in economic and financial zeitgeist all over the world, and possibly non usage by all.
I think we are too long way for that ,bitcoins is not totally at its existence and it might be our future money in online as internet is also growing, i only think how about the poor ones who can't afford to buy a cellphone so that they can use bitcoins and any others in the society. First bitcoin is growing and growing, it may be very long time to survive. And secondly if bitcoin or blockchain technology is abandoned due to obsolete, i think it is wrong. Bitcoin and blockchain technology will continue to evolve according to the times, just as hardfork and segwit it is an example of bitcoin development that follows the circumstances and times At the success we are seeing now and it's growing then for sure it's hard to stop bitcoin. Maybe we can see it will die if the biggest authority in this world which is the government will totally ban bitcoin. That is something we can't do anything with because they have the power to do it. |

The future of paper money is good and promising but at my opinion it's much better than digital money on many reasons
I believe the demand of paper money in the future will be lessen because the trend today is already a digital currency and with digital currency it's more secured to us people so we will be confident to transact online. People will be educated in the future especially if the government will support crypto currencies as well. |

You can buy them on tidex or at waves platform, although the volume (according to CMC) is greater at tidex Waves dex is more easier to use as you do not need to send your PBT to a certain exchange but you can see the volume is really low and the price is really cheap. We just have to wait a little longer here, time will come price will start to pump and project will be recognize with its real value. |

I have been some time away from this thread and i was hoping to come back and see a lot of movement and interest from the community in the recent updates... as far as i know the last app i downloaded for some reason i cant login to the account neither create another one ( since the pin version does not support repeated numbers i.e 22, 44,11 55 ) also i was hoping for more news about the pilot project beeing implemented in Africa and Brasil... Opus is VSM killer... Opus is still under ICO and although they gathered a better investment than VSM but that is still low enough. VSM has already made some great improvement and therefore as of now we cannot still tell which is better. of course VSM is way started ahead than of OPUS but looking at the concept, i like more the concept of opus.. but as what you have said, vsm kinda proved something already than of opus. but lets wait and see. yes, kinda agree.. i think the opus already has a physical office.. does VSM also has too? havent heard about it.. no way the bitcoin can be replaced, it is too big to fail. There are too many big guys in it now.
Correct whales have too much invested in bitcoin to let it fail, in fact I think this is why we finally got segwit activated, people began to realize that ETH was getting awfully close to bitcoin in the market cap and that is why everyone said, hey we need to something about it and that is why segwit has finally been approved and we can move forward with a bitcoin that is even stronger. We will see more price increase as it is already happened after the August 1 hard fork. Price now is good but not good to sell yet, the party is not over and when this will continue to happen it's hard to see it being replace by another crypto currency although they have a chance though. |

I still choose to wait, because of the BEEP effect, it seems bitcoin has potential to climb higher the next few days.
That "BEEP" though, the price of bitcoin is quite calm now. And there's something that is stopping bitcoins price to skyrocket. I want to keep the fate of holding some and will have to sell a little bit of my bitcoin, just a pinch. I just have to make sure that I will be prepared if the price goes up or if the price will go down. If price goes down then it would be better not to get panic and sell at lower price and instead hold it till the price gets back to normal and if its allowing to make you good profits then you can sell them and again wait for the price drop to buy more of them. As always practice by all of us. There's nothing to start a panic, if your a year already in bitcoin or more. You know that market is playing that way, giving some panic to the people cause by those holding thousands of bitcoins. But you just have to watch the civil war and on how people will chase up their profits that will regret their move. Those who panic are losers, they will surely gonna miss to buy the cheap bitcoins. You cannot be successful if you are not a risk taker and not just a risk taker but you have to also understand what are the nature of bitcoin, it is a game of volatility to get used to it. |

You are absolutely right, and constantly looking at the same screen constituted serious health problems, I have problems in the eye and eye, and my neck is very sore at the same time. I play only for pleasure, not for profit. With pleasure I can play and on a demo account when the money runs out, this does not diminish the pleasant feelings from the game.
I also play for pleasure or you can say for fun because I don't want to be addicted to these kind of activity. I just want to have fun and spend my time after a tiring and weary work at an office with a boss like a ***k. If i have money and not a problem i will just gamble to make myself entertain and not to be addicted. I will just play a decent amount or low amount of money just to satisfy my hunger on gambling and make fun on it. I will manage my money well and put only a portion on gambling. If i lose i will play again next time. Definitely I would do the same, gambling is fun and it's more fun if you are not worried when you lose. The changes in our decision is when we are desperate of money and we thought gambling is the answer, that's why I think that gambling is only for rich people or those who can afford in this expensive type of game. |
