6541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make governments accept bitcoin? on: April 19, 2017, 07:20:38 AM
I have a question for you. How to make governments accept bitcoin and not see it as a threat? So that one could use bitcoin in daily use, such as paying taxes or grocery shopping. What is there, other than anonymity, thats making governments fear bitcoin and cryptocurrencies?

Well it is a possibility that has a low chance in becoming which in other words impossible. The whole system of Bitcoin, on how it works or as it is, makes it impossible to transform it to be an ideal asset and for the government to legalize it because there are factors which can't be change and stay as what it is.
6542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: April 19, 2017, 07:17:10 AM
I don't know why but I always get a feeling to gamble, after then losing my money, I quit for some time and then continue, but I know I will lose my btc Sad

Why is it so addictive?

Gambling is a way to earn a lot of money and that is precisely what makes gambling so addictive. Well we should also take into account that gambling is also a way to lose a lots of money in just a snap of your fingers. It is of great advice that you should stay away with this if you don't want yourself be placed in a risky situation but if you insist then it is up to you.
6543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: April 19, 2017, 07:05:13 AM
As we enter 2017, Bitcoin begins with a fresh start making it worth nearly $1000 per coin. Users, banks, and even governments are becoming more interested into Bitcoin, and its underlying technology called the Blockchain.

Now, as we progress into making Bitcoin more scalable and efficient than ever, I would like to know what are your thoughts for the pioneer cryptocurrency in 2017?

If all goes well for Bitcoin this year, it might increase its value more than $1000, as well as become closer to being used as a mainstream currency. What do you think?  Smiley

Bitcoin in this year 2017 will have more users to be drawn in and a lot of opportunities will rise up along with this. You see I'm very positive with Bitcoin this year but who knows what surprises may arise this year but I hope it is not a negative one though.
6544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What gambling method are you using for Dice? on: April 19, 2017, 06:57:09 AM
i have been playing dice for a very long time and all this time i have been trying so many different gambling strategies.

1) martingale strategy (the common way)
the normal/common way of using the 2x multiplier and increasing the bet size 100% on lose.

2) martingale strategy with different multiplier
the same thing but with different multipliers hence different increase on lose.

3) Anti-Martingale
also known as reverse martingale. which is the same thing as martingale but you reduce the bet on loss and increase on win.

4) Random bets
whenever i am tired or just want to have some fun i make random bets. i choose some random amount, multiplier and click roll and this is actually pretty interesting strategy because the outcome always surprises me.

5) if you have any other strategy please share it here with us.

Edit: i am not talking about a dice method for 100% win rate! that would be absurd. i am asking which method you like better, and enjoy using or have better results.

I set up with 66% and 200% increase in bet each time I lose which is effective actually but what you really need to avoid in this strategy is not to be so greedy. Also you should notice the patterns if its lose for over, let's say, 6 times already then we can assume that the next will be a win so what you ought to do now is to bet with a much higher stake but beware that it is in no assurance that beyond those 6 consecutive loses is still a lose one in the 7th.
6545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people use dice bot? on: April 19, 2017, 05:46:46 AM
Whats the point of buy it ?

Not all dice bots are to be bought because there are some that it already has. Well you don't want to just click and click it again for more than a thousand times which makes you so bored and also waste your time which you can use in a much more productive way. Less hassle and a better time management are the main reason why so.
6546  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: April 19, 2017, 05:14:13 AM
I cannot rule out the possibility of paper money to dissappear but it will take more than a century. Most digital currencies including Bitcoin are still in the middle stage and therefore cannot make paper money to dissappear so quickly.

I agree with you. Bitcoin is only at the implementation stage and he has a great future. But for the time being it is becoming popular, Fiat will be used more than the crypto currency. I agree, 50-100 years will still exist paper money

Paper money will remain alive and kicking for many years actually. The net worth of paper money or specifically dollars transcend far enough which may take super long to reach. For now the future of paper money still continues to live and it is impossible for now and the next years to come for it to disappear.
6547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: April 19, 2017, 04:59:22 AM
What is bitcoin for you? Is it a chance or a scheme to get rich? Or is it actually to keep your wealth to yourself.
What lead you into bitcoin world and what's keeping you here?

BTC for me serves as a convenient way of earning money which really suits my style, hooby or what you may call it. Since I face or used up my time in internet, gadgets, computers hence this is a perfect buddy for me in order to make money through a platform that I specialize about.
6548  Economy / Economics / Re: USD vs BTC on: April 19, 2017, 04:34:30 AM
is bitcoin more popular than US Dollar ?

USD really is much more famous than BTC because if its the other way around then Bitcoin should have a lot of opportunities than USD can give that us jobs which offers more for BTC to serve as salary or as daily exchange but unfortunatelt not.
6549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: April 19, 2017, 04:21:22 AM
I have think of it and i have save up bitcoin just a the small amount because i have plans for it to have fun like travelling didn't even save it for future purpose. so i wanted to know what are you going to do with your bitcoin if you save bitcoin. Why do you save bitcoin for? and why? what is the purpose why you save up bitcoin to your wallet and not to spend it.

Both I should say. It needs fun for me to earn bitcoin because I tend to be bored too fast. Also bitcoin is an accessible platform in order for me to easily create an account to store it and earn it just by staying at home which I think is very convenient not just for me but for every one else.
6550  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: April 19, 2017, 04:16:50 AM
Technology is not always a good thing.

One example is with the children.
In the old days, children used to play outside with their friends.
Now majority of them are just staring at their iPads.

We do know that beyond the myriad advantages of technology to our lives it also has its disadvantages. Everyone should ought to know that it is up to us to be responsible enough to handle these technologies and take it to moderation that is for example computers which are abused.

Less hassle and a better time management are the main reason why so.
6551  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: April 16, 2017, 04:46:29 AM
Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?

No it can't be. Dollar is very powerful and yet they will just let it? And in terms of legality and uses then dollar is on the upper hand. Bitcoin can be used like dolars but as we know Bitcoin has no concrete form which is one of the reasons why it cannot defeat dollars with many more reasons.

6555  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are we brainwashed? on: April 08, 2017, 02:19:01 PM
I look around and see people no longer have goals.
We are perfect consumers. And I can't help thinking that over time, we have been "gently" pushed in this direction.
No more goals, no ideas, ideology, morals or principles. Just having the latest iWhatever, fast car and sleep with plenty of women. Like a new special breed of zombies.
In the past people fought and gave their life for freedom. And now I think we are less free then before. It's just that we are persuaded otherwise. Like in ancient Rome - bread and circus.

It is of ignorance that we let ourselves be brainwashed. Brainwashing appear in a lot of forms that stray us from our principles, morals, righteousness, and etc. It is important to nurture ourselves from what is right and wrong; and educate ourselves so that we can't just be carried freely in the direction that the flow wants to take or to be. We have our own mind, heart, and will so we must use it and not let it rust and be wasted.
6556  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: April 08, 2017, 02:13:40 PM
So I see 2 threads of why islam hates people or why people hate Islam. I dont see the point of such a mundane debate based on religion any debate for or against religion would be stupid. Either you are stupid to believe what a prophet / god / divine entity said or you are stupid enough to believe you can change the minds of the bleak minded people who follow such a prophet / god / divine entity.

But since its fun let me initiate my own brand of 'why do' topic.

WHY DO ATHEISTS (like me) HATE RELIGION ?

Seriously what has to happen in a person's life for them to seriously give up hope on the one true everlasting brand (of religion) which their ancestors have followed for generations.

Everyone has their own story even I have mine, so lets hear some of it.

By putting myself in an atheist shoes, I think that those who believe in religion tend to be ignorant in their eyes together with the rituals that they ought to see as nonsense that blinds the peope with lies. Also, the existence of the corrupt religion leaders that use the worshippers as their puppets by using the name God irks them and make them feel irritated.

There are a lot more as I myself is not truly an atheist but I am aware that these issues are happening but often times people just don't give enough attention regarding these matter.

It is to be taken in account that every advantage has its disadvantages. Positive effects shoulders negative effects.

Technology has help us to make life easier however it also makes the life of many, mostly teenagers, to be in a worst state.
It is rather on us. The choice is on us to how will we use it. Let's be wise and be responsible in using technology by educating ourselves of the positive and negative effects of technology.
6558  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Talking about Atheism... on: April 08, 2017, 08:35:30 AM
Out of the normal relaxed atheism, as it used to be, we seams to have a growing branch of a special "atheists" that act as much as the next religious fanatic!

This "special atheists", pretty much common at US, so we can call them "American Atheists" (or AA) act like if they can't live without strict good and evil, they uphold their beliefs as it were the supreme truth, like to call it facts and often scientific facts to things science doesn't even come close to, such as human philosophic affairs.
Let's then start to examine this "new religion":

- It's mostly based on "studies" from "experts".

As result there are now thousands of concurrent "studies", most without any scientific value at all (sample too small, bias interpretation of data, non-repeatability, and so on) and paradoxical to its peers, and here, as religious do, they cherry pick the "studies" they found convenient to their belief.

- Anyone denying "MY" facts is an idiot.

The "supreme morality" of the group makes them so wise... It looks like they don't believe there's no God, but instead there's a job vacancy for being God and they want to apply for it.

- If you're not with us, then you're against us!

This is common ground to religious fanatics, they deal quite harshly to any criticism on their views. Moderation is out of the scope.

- The Dogma

The so called harmful part of religions isn't their crosses, crescents, yin-yangs or whatever symbols they use, isn't also praying - praying is somewhat the psychologist of the poor -, but the dogma: The incontestable truths they are meant to react violently if challenged! And in here, the AA's have a LOT of them!
Some are taking just as "to look opposite of what they recognize as their opponents", for AA's this means Christians, such as being "pro-choice", others are plain bull as feminism, lgbt rights, free-for-all economics and so on...

It won't surprise me that in a short these groups start to resource terrorism.

As for me, atheism are people who refuse to believe in god and hence they are believers who believe that gods don't exist. We should respect them and not force them what we believe. In case of those rude atheist who disrespects and force their ideals on us then let's just show the morals and values we have obtained in our own religion to show them that if good is in god's hand then I'd rather stay with god then.
6559  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: April 08, 2017, 07:41:06 AM
If so, why?

No. I don't hate muslims but I hate people who put their nonsense ideals in a situation that badly affects the innocent ones which they don't really deserve this kind of misfortune.

It is in fact that the term terrorism and muslim have been used interchangeably which in fact that not all terrorist are muslims but most of them are muslims. I do undetstand that these muslims who became terrorist have history that can explain their becoming.
6560  Other / Off-topic / Re: Poll: Which religion is the best religion? on: April 08, 2017, 07:28:10 AM
The battle is on!

Which God, gods, or lack thereof will reign supreme?

You decide!

You are allowed to vote twice, and can change your vote at any time.

If I forgot your religion, post a comment yelling at me

There is no best religion in a non- bias and assuming every-religion-is-real perspective
But there is a good religion, bad religion, or having a characteristic of both good and bad.
