6561  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do with the current market? on: August 19, 2018, 09:11:20 AM
I think to continue to HODL the coins until market conditions return. I don't want to take the risk to lose out by buying other coins, I will stick to my beliefs and coins still hold it.

There are two options here in this bearish Market

1- If you think this crypto world has seen its boom is 2017 and now it is decline to zero and eventually be dead,  Then i think its time you cash out now and do not burn your blood seeing red market daily and complaining.

2-If you have trust in this crypto world, then this is a time to stop watching the market daily as this will make you take wrong decision. Forgot about the coins you invested and come back in December to check the prices.

I am myself following option #2 as i have full believe in Crypto.
6562  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a Retirement Account on: August 19, 2018, 08:54:39 AM
In some countries illegal Bitcoin and those who are not rich enough to use BTC. How does Bitcoin make retirement accounts?

First of all, the countries which have declared bitcoin illegal are still using it because no government can never completely ban the bitcoins. So what you need to do is to buy and hold your bitcoins in your cold wallet for your retirement. Once you are retirement, those bitcoin may may enormous price that you can't even think of. Also who knows by that time bitcoin is legal in all countries , including urs  Wink
So i think Bitcoin is the biggest saving if you can do it now.
6563  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: August 19, 2018, 07:43:47 AM
Yes, patience is required in order to reap the benefit of an investment. But sometimes, too much patience is dangerous. Just imagine those that bought bitcoin at $18000, and still holding it?. Though cryptocurrency is not encouraged for an emergency investor.

Yes, patience is one of the major factor for the success in this field of digital currency.  People who bought bitcoin and altcoins earlier this year must have sold them in the loss and their could be multiple reasons of it. Maybe one needs money to spent and he/she can't block his money for this much long time. Only those who invested in crypto with their free/ extra money and have an heart to hold, will only enjoy the profits. Rest of the people just panic sell in loss and eventually out of this.
6564  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The advantage of day trader on: August 19, 2018, 06:57:09 AM
Potential to make substantial profits. The biggest lure of day trading is the potential for spectacular profits.

Being your own boss. The day trader works alone, independent from the whims of corporate bigwigs.

Never a dull moment. Long-time day traders love the thrill of pitting their wits against the market and other professionals day in and day out.

Expensive education not required. For many jobs in finance, having the right degree from the right university is a prerequisite just for an interview.

Self-employment benefits: As a self-employed individual, a day trader can write off certain expenses for tax purposes, which cannot be claimed by an employed individual.

Any other opinions? Please comment And we discuss any other benefits for someone who uses day trading techniques.

All of the features or advantages of day trading you mentioned here are not the reality in most of the cases. You need to get profits on daily basis in day trading and chances of loss are very much high. Also experience play a much better role in day trading because this is very different from normal trades where you just buy the coin and hold it for long term in case the price went down of the coin you purchased.
You have to be very analytical and should be precise in the selection of coins.
6565  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Number One Reason NOT to invest in Crypto on: August 19, 2018, 06:15:36 AM
I was one of the people who made Crypto a place to get extra money, but I didn't invest, I took part in several prize campaigns that could benefit me.
seeing a good future in crypto, I really want to invest, but I don't invest because I HAVE NO CAPITAL to invest. I'm sure many people want to invest, but have the same reasons as me.

Ofcourse we need capital to invest in crypto currecny although few people still involve in crypto currency by doing small activities or bounties to gather bitcoins and altcoins.
But another thing that we should keep in mind that crypto is not all about investments. I know many people who has good capital invested in crypto and they have lost it due to lot of scams sites of investment. Even people lost in trading due to lack of knowledge. Everything here is not as simple as invest and get profits.
6566  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you share your trading experiences? on: August 19, 2018, 05:43:02 AM
Hello,

I was joined in crypto world almost one year ago. In this period, I am continuously learning from here and also work here. That's why I got some money and from those money I save some. Now, I want to start trading though the market situation isn't good now but I want to do this. I am also ready to take risk.

For doing that and getting inspiration, I need to know about its details. It will be good when you share your experiences.
Let's share your opinion here.
Thanks

I have been in trading myself for 2 years now. Last year was a great year as all of my trades went well and just like everyone else i got good profit from the bullish market. Trading has not been easy since this year and some of my trades are still stuck and i am waiting for the market to recover. The good thing about this year market situation is that i understood many concepts and trends of trading and in the long run it will really help me.
6567  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bull market on: August 19, 2018, 05:20:03 AM
A bull market will occur if there is good news that can trigger an increase in bitcoin prices at the exchange place if there is still no good news, it seems that it will be very difficult to do a bull market.

Yes, Everyone is waiting for ETF. If EFT is approved (which is very likely to be approved), it will bring big boost in the crypto world and you can not imagine how big this will be for bitcoins and altcoins. I think it is time people should realize that by the end of this year we will have another big bull run. We have be in bear market for last 7, 8 months and now it is time for start of bull season.
Keep your hopes alive.  Smiley
6568  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: KuCoin vs Binance on: August 18, 2018, 02:20:58 PM
I think Binance still better than Kucoin because of these reason:
1. Higher volumn
2. Less sh*t coins, avoid you to buy worthless coins
3. Higher share from BNB

Previously i thought both of the exchanges, Binance and Kucoin , were good but recently there has been some fud spreading that Kucoin is not safe and it can scam anytime. Although i know this is not true and only a fud , but still many people opt out of it and many sold their coins in loss. I still support of the exchanges but its better we play safe and avoid Kucoin, incase any mishap happens as indicated in the fud article.
6569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Statistics about Bitcoin Gambling? on: August 18, 2018, 05:51:37 AM
Are there any statistics on how gambling with Bitcoin (and crypto generally) develops? I would be interested if it increases or decreases. From time to time there are articles on media like Coindesk but I'm not sure if you can believe the data.
usually if in casino gambling there is no gambling statistics, from the start of profit data and some users who experience defeat and victory, but in other gambling such as sportbet, bustadice usually has statistics of defeat and victory even with its users

I think very few sites keep the stats and even if they do, it will be recent records only. Gambling is just the onspot win and lose game and you do not need any sort of records to be maintained. There is 2nd thought to that also. It may be helpful if you keep the data of each user of now much he wager and his win/loss percentage, Maybe sites can Offer bouns or free money to the clients who are loyal to the site and keep track of their users.
6570  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Holds Above $6k on: August 18, 2018, 04:36:54 AM
Is news about alleged manipulation of the Bitcoin price also manipulation?

Read Bokka Crypto Technical Analysis BTC/USD 14.06.18: https://bokka.com/cryptocurrency-news-bitcoin-holds-above-6k
I think, manipulation is existing now in the Bitcoin. There are many big players or big business person behind this dump of Bitcoin. They are starting to accumulate, they are controlling the market that's why big dump happened, and also because of ETF issue, the Bitcoin price falls down to below $6,000.

Manipulation do  exists in bitcoin market but these whales are intelligent enough. They are not letting bitcoin fall under $6,000 and thus keeping the interest of miners and people alive. Although they tend to increase decrease the price and people are caught in bull trap, but overall the currency is staying above 6000$ which a sign that it can boost and pump any time to 10K or more. Also few good events like ETF still to come this year than will give a boost to this digital currency.
6571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: August 18, 2018, 04:15:38 AM
I play online gambling can take up to two more hours, even though it is entertainment but I do not want to go wrong so I lose my money too much, so I remain careful in determining the strategy and hope to make a profit with what I am work

Just change strategies every 20 minutes and use low profitable ones. You'll be fine.

No matter which strategy you use, wining and losing percentage is 50 50 in gambling. Yes the strategy can only work on how you spend the funds and how to keep taking out the profits and make small / big bets depending on your funds and plan. As far as time spending is concern, i do not find much time during the week and weekend ,i think, are the best time to enjoy with gambling and have some quick money.
6572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP 20 CRYPTOCURRENCY BOOKIES (Interactive Rating) on: August 18, 2018, 04:03:02 AM
Does all of this bookies also allows players to cashout in bitcoin? If not than it doesn't matter whether they accept cryptocurrency for deposits or not.
Also if you can than also add new column for min/max bitcoin deposit/withdraw allowed on that sportsbook.

Also i think it does not matter much which currency you can deposit and withdrawal for gambling. The only think can be the tx fee but those too are low for bitcoins these days. Bitcoin is the most popular accepted cryptocurrency in the gambling world and the 2nd one may be ethereum as i know a few sites which only accepts ETH. Rest of the cryptocurrecny doesn't play much part in actual dealings.
6573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: August 18, 2018, 03:52:20 AM
Gambling
Promising victory, promising wealth, it's all a lie !!! even if you win it is the beginning of defeat, and even if you are rich it is the beginning of poverty.
Gambling
Poisoning life, poisoning faith, surely !!! because gambling is lazy to be lulled by hope.

I think you need to re-visit your statements. I agree people who start wining tends to lose afterwards and it is because they come in gambling without any planning. If one knows that after winning, he has to take 50% profit offline and reinvest 50% of the winnings (Example), this ways they will never lose all the money.
If you think it is poisoning stuff, you should know it is only for you as you are not implementing it in a proper way along with a proper plan.
6574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories! on: August 18, 2018, 03:37:46 AM
I know some friends who started becoming addicted to football gambling.
Losing tons and still winning out some in the long run.

Eventually they learned they lesson and are still winning big time by betting at only matches they know more about.

That is really sad to hear because people are losing so much money and that too it is not that they are super rich and it wont effect them. People try to make money from gambling and forgetting that hardly few only win and rest of them will lose their money.

Here, more stories depicts population that is poor. Rich aren’t included in here because even if they lose, they aren’t affected in any way. They are still good at their numbers. But yes, when a medium class person gambles and lose it, he is affected so soundly. They couldn’t even resist that hit and sometimes they lose everything they had. So my message to them is to leave this game.

The sad is even low class people or people who don't have a stable life also do gambling which is worse and if he lose on gambling, they don't have anything left.
Yeah seriously it is so petty to see such low class people playing in casinos. Although rich don’t want to play as well but still they could recover their loss from business or something they are earning from. But a person who isn’t even capable of feeding his children three times a day, and he is victim of this game. This is so pathetic for management of house as well to let such people play game.

That is one of the reasons why gambling is illegal in my country. People were so addicted to it and alcohol and drugs worsen this situation. Poor people were spending all their money including their daily earnings. Even if they lose money they won't stop. This increased crime rates and eventually government had to put a stop on it.

Exactly, if you intake anything more than what can be digested, it always have bad effects.  People also use temper when they lose the money and this take them further down the road and they indulge in crime and other such stuff. Banning Gambling may not be that much helpful as Gambling can be done on online sites and no government can stop it.
Addicted People should be taught on what is good and bad and gambling should not be taken as an addiction and should only be played as a fun.
6575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need people to bet for me on: August 18, 2018, 03:23:24 AM
Hi,
As title says I need people who can do sports betting for me in their local shops. They don't risk anything as I send the money for betting and they get % of each win. Of course, we will start low as I expect plenty scammers will contact.
I need to know where are you from, do you have enough time for bets, are you familiar with betting etc.

This type of gambling plan will never going to help you. Even if they do, No one will do sincere gambling with you and will just do to get commission or whatever you agreed to give in return. They will not care if you lose or Win.
If you don't have time to play gambling yourself, if it better to not to go gambling, rather than just wasting your money in the hands of scammers.
6576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is best practice for gambling?? on: August 17, 2018, 03:36:40 PM
Interesting, such a good strategy you can prepared, but I think that very few people can fully follow that strategy. Once people become addicted then they find it hard to follow their strategies or to play gambling upto a limit which they have set for their gambling, but they continue tell the lose everything they have, in some cases people even take loan from their friend but want to continue playing gambling.

There are ways to compel yourself to stop after a certain point:

1) If you are married, transfer funds to another account for gambling related activities only. Give the other passbook and details to your wife.

2) There are apps that can be handy for this to monitor and control daily expenses.

There is no cure for addiction in gambling. Even if you give your account details and passbook to your wife, you will not remain in peace without gambling and your heart will still be tempted to play. Maybe you will again ask your wife and get back the account.
The real assense of restricting gambling or making some rule and regulations about it, is to make your self committed to do what you plan to do with your heart and you don't need to restrict yourself with artificial means.
6577  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Shyness in gambling on: August 16, 2018, 03:37:36 PM
It is hard to imagine how one can be shy in an online casino, and yet this happens, especially when you play against real people, like in a poker tournament, for example. The thing is that if you gamble long enough, your nickname becomes known to the audience as well as some of their names are known to you. So, when you sit at a poker table, you don't feel anonymous completely, maybe only partially to some new players, but others surely know you, and you know them, you say "hi" to each other, "nice hand", "good game" and all that stuff. ... Of course there are different mindsets. Some people can be shy with people they know while others feel shy with strangers, so that depends on the person in general.

I think a lot of people get intimidated playing against other humans.  They feel safer gambling with slot machines or dice because they are going against computers.  Facing off vs humans can be filled with very intense emotions which are hard to shake.
This can be think of another way. People who feel shy playing gambling in front of other people, may not want to show and expose themselves that they play gambling. They want of keep it hidden and due to this reason we see lots of online casinos where you do not need to go physically to play.
And Bitcoin has further helped the cause as now one can gamble with complete security without fear of getting exposed by using credit card transactions.
6578  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Right time to buy a lot of bitcoin. on: August 12, 2018, 04:30:47 PM
I think now is the right time to buy more bitcoin because the price is very low,  but I think after a while bitcoin price will rise again and if we buy  more now we cant make more money in the near future. What do yo think?

Check out the current price of bitcoin and all the other altcoins. The Alts are at the bottom of 2018 and you will not find them below this price ever again this year. This is the best time to invest in bitcoins and altcoins also. Bull Run will surely come anytime between Sep - Dec and if you have bought now, you can earn very good profit by the end of this year.
6579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Excuses on: August 12, 2018, 01:08:49 PM
That's a big no-no. Gambling with another person's money is a great way to lose that person's trust and friendship.
You meant that borrow money from someone or to gamble with someone's money?

Well, this is least recommended thing in gambling. People put all their money in gambling, well this is affordable as money is for their use and they can spent anywhere they want. But if you do not have money and you started taking debt to get your hands in gambling, it can be very risky as if you lose, you will still have to pay back that debt and it will become an enormous burden on you.
6580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: August 12, 2018, 01:01:45 PM
I was just thinking how much time people spend on gambling sites on a daily basis? I bounce back and forth between work

and household activities, but in my spare time, I like to chill with a beer in hand and doing some casual gambling. I do this

while watching TV, so it is part of my entertainment time.  Wink  Do you think, time spend on gambling is linked to gambling

addiction? Let's discuss this.  Wink

It depends upon how much time people have for gambling ? and the age factor also important here. People who are doing business or jobs may not find much time during the week days to give time to gambling and as often is the case we see increase of people doing gambling during the weekends when tone is free from the normal routine.

Gambling is a sort of addiction even if you play it less or more. And whats more, if you are winning more than losing its also give you happiness and maybe some relief of earning money while playing.
