6581  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Went Below $8000! Sell Now Before It Goes To 0! on: July 31, 2018, 05:55:18 PM
i just seen Bitcoin went below $8000! i read on the internet that if Bitcoin goes below $8000, it will go 2 zero and we will loose all our monies! My advise is every1 to sell sell sell before you loose loose loose all you monies.

and i also readed that there is a silent civil war going on in the USa, the gov wants to took all our crypto for taxes, but other gov peeple, like the prez, wants 2 start a war on twitter.

i think we should make a twitter blockchain, and govs can be on blockchain and then they can start Fork Wars and see who can make the longest chain and win the fork war. It would be a lot cheaper i think than wars with me and you peeple.

What the? Are you serious dude? You believed everything you read on the news lately? Or are you another paid shill? Silent Civil War? Where the hell you get that information? I think you really need to get out of your mom's basement and see the world. I think you are just another troll and doesn't really understand how the market operates. Sorry dude, I'm not buying anything you say.  Grin
6582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto language and slang on: July 31, 2018, 05:34:55 PM
Maybe you're like me and you want to learn more about cryptocurrency but you don't understand all the terms and slang words people use. I'm always confused by what they're talking about and I found this article to be helpful (and funny):

https://medium.com/@AxelUnlimited/hodl-my-lambo-a-beginners-guide-to-crypto-lingo-f172e6148d2

There have been similar thread before, Cryptocurrency Lingo/Slang. So you don't have to go outside of this forum, if you really know how to search here, you will definitely have all the answers.

6583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin situation on: July 31, 2018, 03:36:10 PM
90% of those who are talking about death of bitcoin are the same people who are trying so hard to buy bitcoin when it drops a small 5% so that they can accumulate a tiny bit more.
The rest 10% are the newbies who fall for the 90% FUD and are scared of the situation.

100% agree here. I still remember last year, Jamie Dimon's attack, but was caught red handed buying tons of bitcoins. hhahaha. So he is manipulating the price and saying those traders who bought bitcoin is "stupid". But at the background, JPMorgan is accumulating and then probably short bitcoin or hold and then take the profits last December. As for newbies, its going to be a expensive lessons to learn, if they fell prey to those FUD's.
6584  Economy / Economics / Re: Greediness leads to market manipulation. on: July 31, 2018, 03:07:30 PM
most of the traders manipulate by spiking  the prices to high which is artificial pump eventually market goes down when the pump time completed

There's no doubt that someone from behind can really manipulate the price and can suddenly pump the price to the extreme levels before suddenly cashing out and leave newbie traders wondering what had just happened. And its very fraudulent in my opinion, but we can't stop it because its been practice for so long. But as a precautions, its better to take and cash out if you see some good profits already and don't wait till the price declined and you have no choice by then but to sell wherein instead of getting 50% profits, you might end up in a loss.
6585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best way to start an ICO? on: July 30, 2018, 04:16:01 PM
Hi everybody, I'm might be a fool, but to me what is important about cryptocurrency, blockchain etc is not to make a financial speculation but more about revolutionizing things that for decades have been corrupted or maybe not possible because possible government shout down.

With that being said, if somebody has a good idea that can be decentralized and crypto friendly, what would be the best way to start a project?

In order to get an ICO started it's ideal to get people involved in the project team, is there a source where is possible to share an idea and maybe get an ICO started?

Well you have the best possible place right in your finger tips, which is this forum. You have have to create a ANN thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0.

We also have a Project specific thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0. Perhaps you can also post your questions in there. If you have that idea that can "revolutionize" as you have said then it will really attract people and investors on your ICO, no doubt. Goodluck to you and hope that your project takes off.
6586  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin reach $25000 by the end of the year? on: July 29, 2018, 08:53:43 PM
Since there is now a main driver steering the wheel from behind, (Bitcoin ETF), it might be possible to get to $25K, but it has to be approved by the SEC first. But a subsequent withdrawal would mean that we won't and the best price that we might possible hit is around $10K. So need to wait and see next month if it would be approved and then we will be a good price jump. So its going to be exciting next month and I'm sure that everyone is glued to their sit watching for that critical news.
6587  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Prices are Back Burning on: July 29, 2018, 08:30:02 PM
The most popular digital currency Bitcoin has faced tremendous pressure in the past two months because of its holder selling. The price continues to under US $ 6,000 / BTC. But in the last week the price of Bitcoin back heated up so that the price back rally through US $ 8.000 / BTC. Guess what makes bitcoin prices high again?

If you would just go and read about the news lately, the driver of this price increase is the CBOE- SolidX ETF application. The decision is due on Aug that's why FOMO got in really in anticipation of a possible approval. So a approval will open a lot of doors for many investors to pour their money into the market. And it was reported that there a good chance that SEC will approved it that's why the price has continued to rally up to the day of the decision. (Not sure though if its Aug 10 or 16).
6588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency as the meaning of life. Or how I learned about bitcoin on: July 28, 2018, 05:13:31 AM
I learned about bitcoin a few years ago. But I bought only in the year when there was a wild growth. Now every day I read and find out what is new. I wish good luck in development. There will be a new generation of digital money

So, are you still holding bitcoins right now right or just sold it off because the price went on dramatic fall from as high as $20k last year?. Sounds to me though that you opted out already and finding news coins (altcoins) that might give you what you expect of bitcoin. At least you learn your lessons very well not to buy during the hype and its better to do your homework and study before investing your hard earn money. Goodluck to you as well and hope you find that new generation of money you are looking for.
6589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i want to ask about bounty programs is it worthy&paying. on: July 25, 2018, 09:39:25 PM
This is depending your effort and times to spend to do task of bounty, if you want to get reward more than $1000 amonth you should be join many different bounty and did it by 8 hours aday or more. But there are also small risk when our work do not approved by bounty manager, so its better we do combination of bounty and trading as well, so we have 2 different income.

Wow it would be really huge if someone is actually getting $1K a month doing bounty. But 8 hours a day? All of you have is sit in front of your computer and tweeting and RT and Facebook link? I don't think I can do that.  Grin

Most of the project are worthy and paying while most are not worthy and paying it all just depends on the team behind it so definitely you can't know which project will be successful and not successful you just have to participate and hope it will be successful.

Why do you hope it will be successful? What don't you do your due diligence and study the project before joining so that you will not be scam at the end? Yes, we don't know ahead of time which project will turn out to be scam, but at least if you do your homework and study the ICO before joining then most likely you won't just join any bounty and "hope" that you will be paid in the end.
6590  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 🚨Market Update: Breaking out🚨 on: July 24, 2018, 04:28:20 PM
I agree that what we have witnessing today is a bullish sentiments because it has crossed the $8K barrier and moving towards $8200-$8500 in the next coming days so there's no need to short but to hold. Of course we only react as to what the current market sentiments, but as long as people are pouring more cash to the ecosystem, its going to a waiting game. We can even get to touch $9K at the end of this month if we can sustain this bull run before the SEC decision.
6591  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we finally see some good movement in price for Bitcoin on: July 24, 2018, 03:49:35 PM
I do hope that the herds are finally coming together and thinking of a bull run. We all know that the bears has taken over the market so its about time that we see the bulls reclaiming. And recently, the bulls are very active as the price is really soaring and earnings as much as 10% daily. Its a good indication that we are heading for the 5 digits again very soon and all our hope comes alive again that its possible to have a new all-time-highs. So let's see how it pans out.
6592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of crypto currency will be bright in India on: July 23, 2018, 11:19:51 AM
So this maybe the reasons why the sudden push on Sept 11 as in what originally plan on July 20 or 21. Of course they really can't do anything to stop it, in 2016 Indian banknote demonetisation started and ended up in Aug 2017. But it didn't go any good to the Indian economy on the contrary it makes it worst. So I think they have learn their lessons, bitcoin and crypto is hard to stop and control so they much as well put a stricter regulations, still a win-win situation for both government and Indian crypto enthusiast.
6593  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What is the most critical moments in Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin history on: July 23, 2018, 10:31:47 AM
Since im not that long existed in cryptocurrency, the most recent eras are what my happiest and saddest moments in here. The moon on november 2017 obviously is my happiest one and the saddest is from the first month of 2018 upto now i guess. Since the market is not yet recovering, i dont still find it as victory.

Who wouldn't be happy that year? Everyone has really elated to see the price to jump as high as $20K. I still remember always checking the price like every hour so see where its currently at. And the media hype it, every crypto related websites is flushing as and FOMO jumped it. It was really crazy moment in bitcoin's young history and everyone who have seen it couldn't simply forgot it. LN implementation should be the next logical thing that we should look and it could be consider as critical as well because it could lit the fire again and see bull runs just like last year.
6594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: winter is coming. on: July 22, 2018, 10:01:12 PM
In the past few months, people have lost their enthusiasm for the decline in bitcoin prices.more and more people have already sold their own currency.the bear market has also arrived.

Lol. You are already late in your speculation because at the start of the year, there was a clear indication that we will be in for a long bear season. And those who predicted it are right, we dramatically fall from $19K-$5.8K, a 60% lost for all of us. So investors cannot take the heat, most of them decided to cash out early so that they will not suffer a lost, but I'm sure that there are still more holders, long term holders who wouldn't sell a single bitcoin because it has the potential to really grow, maybe not this year but in the next 2-5 years.
6595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: coin marketcap on: July 22, 2018, 09:40:32 PM
what is youR opinion on  CMC data, do you think they are at least 30% accurate why they will not remove some token like (ERC-20) who failed to provide accurate data of their token but often given wrong data on coin market cap.

To be honest, I don't think the CMC really gives accurate data because we all know that the value of coin cannot be measured because we all know that a coins can be somewhat manipulated the price so yeah perhaps around the 30% accuracy should be appropriate. But what's good about CMC is that at least you can have a ballpark price so it can guide you if you are going to invest on that coin based on the price they tell us.
6596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Nice jump by BTC today! on: July 21, 2018, 06:40:56 AM
For many people who bought bitcoins at a high price last year, it's still a tough time. The market is always in a state of depression.

Exactly, those investors specially newbies has no time to digest what happened to the market because the price keeps of free falling from as high as $19K to $6K. I believed more of them are already out of the market and sold everything and take the lost.

Good pump indeed! Looks like the better days are beginning to come real again. Cryptocurrency market has created an unforgettable experience to me and am still learning it's way. Hoping for the best outcome in my cryptocurrency adventure.

Yes, its currently still holding and perhaps the resistance to $7800 is very strong that's why we are having a hard time to breach it. We need one more positive news to push the price to new heights so let's hope that in the beginning of next week we will hear such news and see the price pump again to $8K.
6597  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovery? on: July 21, 2018, 06:05:39 AM
It will take some time until everything recovers, but i think that we are on the right road, we might be seeing everything recovering on the next few weeks

Yeah let's just be optimistic and the market will recovers soon. Remember it started last year at $1k and did a strong rally to reached $20k on December 2017. Be patient we can see another strong rally soon.

Last year was different though, lots of positive news that really push the market to almost $20K, started with Japan entering the market and then ended up with CBOE and CME bitcoin future contracts offerings. But this year there's a lot of regulations and anti-bitcoin sentiments specially coming from every corners of the globe. Banks still thinks its a threat and nations imposing heavy regulations. Although we have somewhat recovered in the last weeks or so, still the big questions is how sustainable this rally is.
6598  Economy / Speculation / Re: are we on our way to 65000 btc on: July 20, 2018, 07:53:25 PM
Hi Couple of days I've been searching , looking for any good news for btc
some say that if we reach 6500usd next is 7000usd, and so on if it keeps going
then it should stop at 20000 usd, but that a long way to go for a moment
do we expect that price by the end of the year or midyear but things
are going on the right direction today,
what do you think guys i need your expert opinion

Obviously, we have breach the $6500 mark and now we are above $7K and trying to hit $8K, however, their is too much resistance right now. So might take several days before we can actually see it happen. I'm no expert that this is a good indication that we can hit a good price at the end of the year. Although I doubt that $20K could be hit again, I'm thinking a good 5 digits around $12K-$15K would be a good bench mark before we close this 2018.
6599  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Failure of trading on: July 20, 2018, 06:52:38 PM
share experiences, Buying and Selling Bitcoin when prices are high is risky. surely a bitcoin trader has experienced the name of loss on bitcoin so how big is your nominal loss in bitcoin trading in your life? and is there any suggestion to reduce or avoid loss on bitcoin Huh?

I don't think that someone will admit their losses. But since we have been in this bearish market, I'm sure a lot of our portfolio is on the negative specially if you bought bitcoin below the current price. I think day traders here has a fair share of. their winning/loss but as a holder, they don't have losses until they make the sell. I guess to avoid loss, purchase them while at cheap, which is the last bottom at $5800 and then continue to hold.
6600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the Green Days back ? on: July 18, 2018, 08:46:16 PM
If we are talking about bitcoin, yes it seems it broke the $7K barrier very quick. BlackRock entering the picture might have something to do with it. The current price of $7K-$7,500 is very strong but it looks like there are a strong resistance to get into the $8K mark. As for alts, we all know that they follow, bitcoins movement but not all of them. Maybe a few gets dump today but the rest seems to stabilizes. Its going to be exciting if bitcoin can hold on this levels, otherwise we will see another panic selling if the price is not sustainable.
