I see we are still hashing at a whopping 0.8gh/share. Let the good times roll Smiley
662  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: RitzGrandCasino Scam, not provably fair, deleting replies in thread. on: March 04, 2014, 02:24:14 PM
Spartan, we are provably fair anyway.
That's the point.  Go to our website and see for yourself.
But it means nothing anyway. Have a look at the others server settings on their software. Then lets see who is honest.

I bet they wont show you their software back end.
For example primedice  do you know who made their software?
can you see the admin in any demo?

See what we are saying

I dont think you quite understand the concept and logic behind Provably Fair, so for arguments sake ill just leave it at good luck with your casino, im sure you will do well seeing as you can control the outcome. You need to make your investment back after all anyway otherwise whats the point right? Best of luck to you.

For anyone else reading through this forum im not speculating that RitzGrandCasino will not payout legitimate wins on his casino or for your signatures. Im sure the more "better" publicity for his casino, the higher the profit will be in the end. In my view I believe Ritz will honour his advertisement payouts, he has the advantage of making that back at whatever profit margin he chooses to do so.
663  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: RitzGrandCasino Scam, not provably fair, deleting replies in thread. on: March 04, 2014, 02:11:37 PM
The term provably fair was invented by 2 bitcoin game operators. This is  made to their way of thinking. It doesn't mean it's right or wrong. We are fully provably fair.  But then what is provably fair? Can someone come up with the equation. Actually find a equation that was not made by other operators but a respected 3rd party. Define it. And you think that even though a casino is "provably fair" it still could not cheat?  Especially ones that most of you play with no graphical interface. They are the easiest to cheat with.

Let us point out to you some facts:
1) Provably fair is one of the biggest "false assurance" things out there. Just because a casino is "provably fair" doesn't mean they can't still cheat.

2) No real play for money casino gets into this provably fair stuff. Because not only it's BS. It doesn't stand for anything as it was made up by bitcoin casinos.

3) We are about to become a real play for money casino. So we would be the last to cheat people because we would be under the jurisdiction of the EU. The fines and possible jail time would not be worth it. Nothing is worth risking our licence for.

4) If these other guys are so "provably fair" and didn't cheat, then why don't they get a real licence?  Now have a real hard think about it. And ask yourselves the same question.

Ritz the whole point is that you specifically mention on your website that your casino is PROVABLY FAIR. All people ask of you is that you PROVE that it is fair. What you have just said now basically tells us that you cant prove its fair and now you point your fingers at other casinos saying they arent fair either so its ok for you to throw the term PROVABLY FAIR around like it means nothing. Good luck to you and your casino, really, those romanian game developers are good at what they do ill give them that much, but theres a legitimate way of running a gambling establishment and theres a shady way of running it too. Just saying.
664  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: RitzGrandCasino Scam, not provably fair, deleting replies in thread. on: March 04, 2014, 01:52:21 PM
Thanks for posting that, I knew they were using a script but didn't know which one.

Not a worry at all. Just hope it gets out there in time for people to not lose too much money on this kind of platform. Maybe tomatocage might intervene here and let the forum know about this, since noone else can post this kind of info in the casino's thread without it being deleted I suppose.
665  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: RitzGrandCasino Scam, not provably fair, deleting replies in thread. on: March 04, 2014, 01:34:40 PM
I have retracted my initial negative rating for RGC, and here's why: Though there are allegations that he is using a method that isn't provably fair, users play at their own risk as with any other gambling site. Whether they play under the (possible) wrongful assumption that the system is fair is questionable, but not necessarily enough to warrant negative mark on their Trust. My decision isn't set in stone though, and I'll continue to monitor this thread for more evidence.

Dont mean to hurt anyones feelings here, but im just going to put a bit of information out there anyway about the specific casino platform used on RitzGrandCasino that is available from www.casinowebscripts.com Mind you, you can actually purchase this typical casino script from as low as $10,000US. Very low price for an online casino but for whoever decides to invest in this platform you risk losing your investment due to the bad name these casinos have since they are NOT FAIR after all.

PROOF:

It is to my understanding that if one has the power to adjust their profit or loss %, then the outcomes are not randomised and therefore can NOT be provably fair.

In no way am I affiliated with any other online casino, or Prime Dice for that matter.

so just to get things straight here are you able to plug these units directly to a pc or laptop and have them work from there or do you need this wiibox controller or rasperry pi?

15% hosting fee  Shocked   wow, that was not expected was it !!!!!

No one was thinking they could print money for free without costs, were you? Its still much cheaper as ANY hosting you can buy; read this thread.

yes actually 0.0755BTC/share for 0,78 GH/s and you pay 15% of the income for hosting fees and 35% for reinvestment and 65% will get paid out as dividends, am I wrong ? this is the most cheap solution out there.

do the math when all hardware is delivered (mid april) by then you will just have the 6GH/share (best estimation) wow very cheap so profit many GHs.

and this week you supposed to get 62 miner, did you get them ? I am so stupid I should be killing my self for not buying the shares and for cashing out all my shares at 0.066 average.....

I will rip off my cold wallet and buy shares to 0.2 BTC/share because this is still the best solution out there. get real people, PETA-MINE is not bad but your delusion made it look like cryptx will work for free and sell his house to make your dreams come true.

Less that 1gh/share people that is exactly what we HAVE right now. Anyone who is calculating these shares right now at 8.6gh/share is delusional.
671  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 4500 KH/S Scrpyt Miner running 6 Asus R9 280x's on: March 02, 2014, 08:40:35 AM
I'd love to hear how its possible to get these cards up to 880 KH/S.
I don't think that's possible.

I'm also pretty sceptical that you can run 6 of these on 1600W.

I have 6 rigs running 4.5mh with 6 sapphire toxic 280x supposedly the best 280x you can buy that max out at 810kh/s each but the wattage is ridiculous. I am running them stable at 750-760kh/s now and I'm using about 16-1700watts. So what op is saying is impossible. I know this for a fact.
672  Economy / Services / Re: Rent your Casino on: March 02, 2014, 06:59:58 AM
Guys casinos cost nothing under $25,000 for basic model with minimum games. To get a proper online casino running, it will require a lot more than that, so be weary with who you choose to do business with when purchasing any casino platform. Not to mention the fact that a decent size bankroll will be required to keep a fair casino running, and you will need to trust the developer working on your scripts/website so that they don't wipe you out a few weeks down the track
673  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: March 02, 2014, 06:31:14 AM
Details about first payout:

Received 58.04681052 BTC from mining:
- 8.14 BTC to cover hosting fee
- 17.46738368 BTC allocated for reinvestment (35%)
- 32.43942684 BTC paid as dividend (65%) or 0.00040211 BTC/share

Reinvestment funds are transferred to separate wallet ( 1LYfg4xS6Usde354g9i6YsbrNHyCnspby8 )

Could you elaborate on the hosting fee? Is that what we can expect $ wise to be set aside every week, or does that cover the month and next weeks dividend wont see that large of a hit?

We can expect bigger. We are only at 60Th/s so 700Th/s we should expect over ten times more. Hosting fees are through the roof with this mob, $0.45/kWh

Quote
CryptX has invested a lot in our current datacenter and will have to do so in the future. The applied hosting costs of 0.45$/kwh includes all costs for the PETAMINE, so no extra electricity costs, maintenance costs, operational costs, management fees or any other costs will be charged.

However we are governed by the price/btc at time of this reduction so in order to bring the amount of btc spent of hosting to a minimum then the price of btc needs to be higher than what it is.

Understandable and I respect that, I do have doubts that friedcat is in a position to sit and play case manager/detective in the event that you do run off with the funds and decide to credit the shares to the buyer anyway. Unless this has been noted somewhere by friedcat and I have completely missed this then that would be good to know. Also some people dont mind havelock managing their shares for them but even if they didnt its a very simple process on havelocks end to have the shares transferred anyway. Best of luck with the sale though
679  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: February 27, 2014, 12:42:33 PM
Same on the ask side - 1500 shares to be bought.

Only around 200 shares people are willing to buy on the Bid side. For something that is currently undervalued one would expect much more support on the Bid side as people try to get cheap shares. I believe if a healthy level of support was present on the Bid side, this would reassure investors and the price would go up.
Wink in bitcoinworld, only thing that would reassure ppl is new hashing hardware beeing put online daily. Ofc, with steady divs.

I think the point being made is that people in this thread believe that is going to happen and yet they are not buying the shares now before the price goes up.

Myself I'm not too bothered about the share price. I'm not looking to sell any time soon, and if for some reason I really needed the btc my shares are more than double what I paid for them. I think the people worrying about the share price are people looking to sell, and that's fine too, just be patient, wait for all the gear to come online and the price will be very tasty for you Smiley

I strongly believe myself that given the schedule of this mines hashing units to come online, these prices will only be tasty to those of us that bought shares during IPO. In saying that I do not believe that the share price will drop anywhere under 0.1btc so we can all sleep well.. Miners are back up now so no need to stress
680  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 27, 2014, 12:24:19 PM
We mined 3 blocks in a matter of 4 hours today? Wow! Our div for next Wednesday is already higher than yesterday's and we are only a day in to the week

Assuming the blocks rewards will be given as divs, You know how ASICMINER do not like to spike the price like this, They might decide to give us back the btc a drip at a time.

Block rewards have always been given as divs.

And 3 blocks a day will be nothing compared to when gen3 is deployed. I would estimate 10 blocks per day average. Wouldn't be surprised if we saw a 30 block day.

Wouldn't that be nice Smiley
