661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbetting odds, which do you prefer? on: July 17, 2019, 04:21:25 AM
Odds are playing huge role in sports betting field. But there are some different gamblers who always learn the players potential while they are picking for the odds at the time. Usual gamblers who doesn't know the game along maximum comes to bet on that so they are taking time to invest on the basis on odds. At the time of choosing odds please be careful always.
Good gamblers know what is good for them and what is wrong. I know in gambling we only should choose the things we are good at. If you consider the odds as beneficial it also takes to be experienced. As you said not every game is good we can get profit in those game which are well known and are good for making money.
662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does hard work in gambling count? on: July 14, 2019, 08:52:13 AM
I think it is, in some cases. If you say it is pointed to the people who have jobs in the gambling casino then yes, they have to work as hard as they can to feed themselves and their families. The dealers, the maintenance team of the slots, the guards and many more. But if it is to the people who are merely playing for fun, who doesn't think about losing their money then not. When I think about it hard work is connected to good people with good motives in their lives, to earn money.

These are the people who are doing job in the casino and their hard work do pay off. But if you think from the gamblers prospective, the hard work of the gambler is to keep himself patience and not addicted. The hard work of gambler also include to think and play with mind and not with his emotions. These are the skills which gamblers should develop if they want to be successful in gambling.
No it is not like this gamblers also use to work hard for winning and for them it is very important to keep learning about gambling till the end, gambling has good pay out for hard working gamblers as who learn before gambling never suffer lose and they can earn even betting, for me hard work never go wasted even if you are gambling or working something else.

663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think a "winning mindset" can get you what you want while gambling? on: July 14, 2019, 07:47:00 AM
I have met various personalities and few of them guided me on how to win in gambling. Those guys told me that "If you have got a winning mindset with no negativity in your mind, you are about to start a journey where you will see higher chances of winning over losing."

Is it like meditation where you must focus on your goal and make yourself prepared for the game before starting to play it? I had good experiences till now while following this strategy. It doesn't mean I never lose but chances of winning are really high.

That's not a guaranty that you can win, just accept the fact that it's a game of luck and if mother luck smile at you then you are going to win, if you go there with a positive or negative mindset but you are in luck that night, you are going to win.
For me it is not all about luck, because in gambling having any kind of mind does not matter but surely every gambler should have to this to win in gamble, you will have to know about changes in games, you will have to know each and every miner point that can make you get success in gambling, but luck also matter and the point is you cannot know when that time of luck will come.
664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What 🛠are the advantages 🔝of playing poker💵 on: July 14, 2019, 07:29:47 AM
By participating in a set of free poker tournaments, I learned how to play well so I could win most of the free courses
This is of course if you would like to play and play several times and take advantage of previous mistakes this gives you some kind of experience. This has made me look for the best gambling sites, Despite all the knowledge I have now I want more if you have an advantage I would like to know, Do not worry write down what you know.

As you get more amateur, you'd start meeting professional players so unlike any other gambling, learning never stops in poker. Anyone can learn the basics in a couple of weeks.
But for advance gameplay, you should be able to study your opponents, their playing strategy, know when they are bluffing and know how they behave when they have good hands.
Agree with you, when you are getting in gambling you will have to keening in mind that there will be allot of struggle you will face so when you start try to gain knowledge and then gamble with medium of knowledge but I if you are poker gambler you cannot rely totally on your luck as poker is skill based gamble so keep learning the more you will play the more you will learn about it.
665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most unusual games you played in a crypto casino? on: July 14, 2019, 06:35:58 AM
After years of gambling, there aren`t unusual gambling games for me. I think just in the beginning games are unusual, after you play them for a while they become just ordinary games. For me, even dice game was unusual at first, minesweeper, Plinko, crash, circle came later and it was interesting to play these games for the first time, some games I still play.
Recently I didn`t play anything new, maybe casinos, especially crypto casinos should invent something, it would be good for business.
Exactly bro, this is how I feel. I have been gambling for so many years now and I do not think I still find any crypto game strange, there’s really no game I have not tried, either just for explore or make money. Its better categorized as interesting and difficult games rather than unusual. Once you are a gambler, all games become familiar because in one way or the other.

I have tried a couple of games and I really do not have an idea of any one uninteresting, although some can be complicated but we can’t refer them as not interesting since there are still players who find it very good, so basically speaking, I would say that I have no unusual game and all crypto games are interesting depends on the player.
I know there are allot of games that we can gable in casino but it is all about you if you are using only those games that you are good at you should gamble with only those, in the casino that I know most of time people like to gamble with dice, cards and poker, but maybe there are few more and these are the game which know about.
666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: July 14, 2019, 05:34:43 AM
Australia was always a bad luck for New Zealand and not getting to play with Australia made them reach the final. India was just a hyped team, they were no competition to New Zealand or England. They got lucky with Australia. England and New Zealand are undoubtedly the top 2 teams at the moment.
Lol. Spoken like a true hater. Its quite pathetic seeing you fools make such dumb statements. Anyone with a half decent brain could tell that India and England had a great chance of lifting the cup this time around.

England and India are literally on top of the ODI rankings. Lucky to beat Australia by 36 runs? Lol. The truth is that New Zealand had the devils luck(Rain) through out this tournament and ended up reaching the finals.

India was getting lucky too. Their only rain game was against NZ, the team that absolutely decimated them in the semis.
I know India was jumping so high, they were extra confident about their win in this world cup but as we know there is not success for the proud, NS played really stick and we good game with India so they were not able to win, finally now India is out from the world cup so I hope NS will win this cup, I wish them good luck.
667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the features you want most in a sportsbook? on: July 14, 2019, 05:07:27 AM
We launched a Betbit.com's sportsbook a few months ago, and members here at bitcointalk.org have given us some great feedback. We are still implementing the ideas you guy's have had.

We are continually looking to improve, so we wanted to ask you guys what are the most important features you look for in a sportsbook? Let's assume that you actually use a sportsbook, and prefer bitcoin as a deposit method.

Please share your most important features. If you have more, please shout out below.
I think it more connected with the technology will be very helpful for the people to understand the system more clear so I think the technical development will be important for this kind of situation
Totally agree with you we want more and more information about sport because we are in era where there is higher scope for games we can use technology, so using a sports book can save our time we can learn about sports current affairs, which game is on trend and which game and help us to earn more, all we want to be a part of sport book, we also want previous sports highlights.
668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What causes a person to become intensely addicted to gambling? on: July 13, 2019, 10:05:30 PM
I think, because the mindset of people who gamble hoping to get something more than what was issued, curious how to always win in gambling.
Addiction of gambling is not bad at all, because we do so many things in our life, we never get addicted to it so if you are gambling and you are finding it profitable for you so you will surely try to do it again, same as other earning resources some people prefer to use gambling which is not bad according to me, I will try to improve my strategies for gambling as well,
669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play poker to train trading on: July 13, 2019, 09:55:16 PM
Some very strange approach to learn to trade.  Poker is a game of chance that can be played either for fun or for small conclusions.  Even to break the bank is not always obtained.
Poker is not a game of chance rather a game of professionals and can be determine by what skills you have developed before gambling on poker casinos platform's. Poker is not as easy as dice games and others. I prefer to lean poker than to train on how to do binaries trades.
That's the difference when playing Poker and trading. Of course this is very different. And everyone can do both but to get profits certainly not everyone can get easily. Playing poker certainly must have knowledge, if not, you will certainly lose money.
not agreeing with your statement if enough knowledge needed to become a a most profitable in poker then someone can be a millionaire through playing poker itself and I don't think anyone make it just because of their knowledge they might have their strategy to beat the opponent's are there just enough lucky but in trading like you said enough knowledge will get you the profit you wanted.
Yes surely poker is an experience based game and for this we will need proper time to spend for learning about poker at the same time trading needs allot of knowledge so it will be hard to maintain both at the same time, better get experience with the one you like the most then try trading after once you earn from playing poker.
670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 Bitcoin Dice Strategy Guide: How to Win at Crypto Dice on: July 13, 2019, 09:38:08 PM
I never believe that you can use any strategy for a long period of playing in gambling using any of this strategy, you can sure use them in in 2 to 3 bets but there is a random chance and pure luck is the basis of all gambling game you can not apply any given strategy and be hopeful to be very lucky about it, Because, In my opinion, the house can sure decide if he going to be favorable for you or not, I think that is the essence in every gambling game.

You can surely win a couple of rounds but you can not win forever there is sure a pace in it when you are gambling at random play I guess that is not forever it will eventually stop sometime and that is I think what gambling does. You can sure be hopeful in winning a lot but winning in crypto dice is impossible, Not all can be lucky.
Basically gambling is lose and earning we can lose money and we can earn profit but we will have to accept this and face it with fresh gambling skills, if we will consider this game as winning, we can crypto currency is about unstoppable so it is not good to stop as if you lost a game does not mean you will lose the other as well, so better keep gambling and using your bitcoin, if the casino is safe, then after few mistakes you will learn to become an expert.
671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 13, 2019, 09:03:51 PM
Media in Italy are now talking about a tax reform that will come into affect starting from 2020. It is believed that this could be the beginning of better days for Italian football. Thanks to the new law clubs could now receive tax breaks.

If a player earns €10M the clubs have to pay a total of €17.5M with taxes but with the new change a player would now cost the club only €12.7M. This means that Italian clubs could give higher salaries and attract bigger stars.

It is explained a bit here:
https://www.facebook.com/AroundTurin/posts/2401865783234676?__tn__=-R
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwBYurfTCBk&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR2YisffVclEoR9n64SZ4UddLz3QRnrS7SzmMdf271BnPJq84kdO0_er2qo

Yeah this is active from this July if I'm not wrong.

This is not a law made for football players' but for all workers (so also applied to football).

To incentive workes from the EU, the owner will pay taxes only on 50% of the salary.

In a short them for football, you need to add 25% to get the expense.

(This is very good, take the case Pogba if he comes he will cost only 12+25%(12)=15M while a player like Pjanic 7.5+7.5 costs the same for the owner)
This is interesting to see such discussion and you have given such nice briefing about football, I know in every game there are some rules that workers and the gamblers will have to follow so in football if it is decided to pay 50 percent tax from the salary so it will be there for everyone, I know games need proper rules and regulation and players will have to obey the coach and follow the rules.
672  Economy / Economics / Re: The Risks and Rewards of Cryptocurrencies on: July 13, 2019, 04:34:40 PM
Everything has risks. It is up to us if we are prepared to face it. There are many risk when you invested in cryptocurrencies because market is very volatile. If we know well what we get into we can minimize those risks. I invested in crypto because I'm more thinking that it will have a great value in the future mostly bitcoin.

the risk is always there in each of our trips, and that risk can never be avoided if we have done something very risky. actually an event has a risk. because so that we can be confident and dare to move forward, and say that the risk is not dangerous for me.
Actually the amount of risk in cryptocurrency depends on each individual user, if they have no knowledge in crypto and do not have skills in crypto trading then the risk is certainly much greater, the reward you will earn will be even greater if your skills are higher Smiley

we should have the courage to face a risk that will occur. because the risks on our journey are a challenge for us going forward. because sometimes the challenge is the beginning of our progress going forward. so we have to fight for a good future again
Well elaborated, you have mentioned both the risk and the benefits of using bitcoin, as much as I know bitcoin has no side effect in our life, if we will use it properly for getting profit I am sure it will give us fully benefit, if you consider trading as risky then just increase your knowledge about trading so you can avoid risk otherwise trading and using bitcoin in any field is fully profitable, holders get good reward at the end.
673  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: July 13, 2019, 04:17:26 PM
well, blockchain is a system that makes transactions faster, and of course it can make good competition with banks. it's just that, the blockchain is a system. so, banks only need to use the system. however, the bank is truly a company that is needed by all people in the world.
To some extent you are right, blockchain gives us faster and good transaction than we get from banks,  but I don’t think that blockchain has any intention to beat of to replace banks because in some areas people use banks to store their money and in some people prefer using blockchain to store their coin, but I am sure after few years banks will try to make blockchain a part of their system.
674  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Stop Loss Mistakes To Avoid on: July 12, 2019, 12:38:07 PM
and stay away from bitmex if u want to use stop losses, they wont trigger becuse the system always gets overloaded so no orders trigger, just a warning guys happend to me 3 times that my stop losses did not trigger even if i had a range of 300 dollars and got liquidated.

You said it right. Stop loss is very significant in every trades but I experienced many times in bitmex that stop loss can't be triggered and just as I am confident and calm that my stop loss was triggered, I've got liquidated. Make sure your stop loss was hit before leaving your entry. Anyway, OP stated useful realizations about trading.

Quote
Stick to your guns, believe in your original trading plan, and let the market prove to you that you’re wrong by hitting your original stop loss if it moves against you.

We always do some mistakes in trading, I admit it but those mistakes makes me an experienced trader. I learned from it. Now, with the help of some technical analysis I've been using I am sticking with my own TA not with the others.
I think stop loss is just for short term traders, especially day traders, because there is nothing to apply stop loss to when you are a long term trader, there is no loss unless you decide to sell off the holding, and this is why I prefer to just be an holder, I invest, and then hold till I see substantial profit that is satisfactory in my investment before pulling out my profit.

Stop loss is a very great tool to minimize risk involved in day trading, although we have some professional traders that feels they have advance beyond stop loss and could control their trade as they like without it having any effect on them if they don’t trigger any of these trade tools available to help minimize loss or take profit, anyway that is their headache, I am strictly into long term holding business in crypto.
If you are day trader it is applicable I know stop lose reduces the risk but I prefer holding as compare to stop lose, because we know long term traders gets more profit than cutting lose one. When you see market will be good someday I think it is good to convert your strategy from cutting lose to long term holding but it is totally depending on the traders will and on his skills.
675  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My luck is very bad for crypto trading 😞 on: July 12, 2019, 12:01:11 PM
Guys, good luck is when you are constantly working on the stock exchange and constantly receive income from your work, and once you managed to make a very profitable deal that you didn’t even hope for.  This case is really lucky.  But basically trading is not a roulette game, because the result will always be equal to your knowledge and experience.
You are right we cannot leave all upon out luck but we will use our knowledge to get success in trading, if you are good and well experienced trading then give your effort then leave all on luck, as well as I know people mostly get profit but only panic traders suffer lose, before getting in just analyze the market well and don’t leave all on your luck, putting hands on hands and saying that my luck is bad so I cannot do anything is totally disgusting.
676  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this Trading? on: July 12, 2019, 11:09:18 AM
i think not, if you say that trading why do they have to make a site for someone else and say the system will show bla bla bla.
I think it's odd, because trading is almost the same as gambling but can still be accomplished by calculations, predictions and others, whereas gambling is only based on luck.
For me gambling and trading both are not the same because in gambling you will have to make prediction about the game and it is different kind of prediction but in trading you will have to use knowledge and information to win profit so for me both are different and both are a little bit dependent on luck otherwise it is about experience and knowledge.
677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play poker to train trading on: July 12, 2019, 09:07:41 AM
IMHO the biggest lesson from poker is that you can't always win. Sometimes you have to take a small loss to save whatever remains of your investment. That you don't always have to "call".

Poker and crypto trading are two different things and should not be compared. If you want to a be good trading, focus on learning trading and not on Poker.  Smiley

The only thing which is similar and can be learnt in both poker and trading is the patience and controlling emotions. If you are able to overcome your emotions, for sure you can have big success in both poker and crypto trading.
For me actually both are good but we will have to focus on one side because it will not divert your attention, so first of all check your interest, then choose it, if you are good at trading spend your time and your money for trading, if you are good at gambling then gamble with your full concentrating and chose good game in this regard.

Isn't gambling more about luck than about skill? With trading, you'd have to calculative and understand the financial market, how does one become a better gambler? By "improving their luck"? lol is that even scientifically possible?

I do not totally agree with this.
A well trained skill-based gambler can actually make consistent wins.  I guess this is why very good poker players could be professional poker players.  There couldn't be poker players who are professionals  if poker playing is purely based on luck.
There are quite a number of gamblings that are skill-based too.
You have valid point mate, it is good if you learn from your mistakes as in gambling you will win and lose it is depending on your own self, if you gamble well you will win and it is not all about luck as only 20 percent of your winning depends on your luck otherwise it is skills based game, and if you are trading it is all about knowledge the more you will have the more you will profit.
678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most unusual games you played in a crypto casino? on: July 12, 2019, 06:22:20 AM
Haven't played anything unusual on an online casino but I did tried weird stuff before like beetles and spiders.

I think "unusual" games is a good niche to try when setting up a new casino.

I just don't know if it's really a live stream. But since it's Twitch I guess it is but still has a doubt since it's 24/7. However, odds provided to all mouse are fair and equal so even it's not live, we can say that's a fair game.

I also wondered about that. I opened it, seems to be nothing going on, closed and then it's already over.
And it is much better to play the old games than to play the new existing games because there are so many new games that we are not even aware about the rules and the skills of winning, so better stay in touch with old games like cards, poker, dice and many more but it is good if you get in touch with new games as well because our new generation is pretty fast now in games.
679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need partner to bet with on: July 12, 2019, 05:14:24 AM
btcearning55 has already been tagged for obvious reasons so its probably just best to let this thread die and to stop posting in it.

I think this thread has done a good blow to op that think it can take advantage of this open forum to scam the member of the forum that might be desperate to make it big through winning in gambling. You did not need partners to play with in gambling because the partner like op will have story to say like this "gambling is risk and your money was loss at the end" That is why we should be careful how we relate with some people here.
I know it is not good to give other an open chance to come and gamble with you, because this can put you in risk we will have to gamble but with allot of care, in this forum there are less chances to get scammed because the management is having an eagle eye on the gamblers so it is good to find trust worthy partner if you wish to gamble with.
680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The "how to" of building a gambling site on: July 11, 2019, 09:06:46 PM
There are books on how to build altcoins but I don't see any in-depth guidance on how to build a gambling site.
It seems to be all trial and error.
If you know of any technique or site or forum I would appreciate hearing about it.

Yeah, you can, you can make your own gambling site. Now you see in bitcoin forum a huge gambling sites are working, so you should contact with a senior person who can help you to make it. But main think you need a big capital then everything will be easy for you.
Big capital is needed when you want to build or make a gambling site. But it doesn't mean everything, you must find some who trustworthy for you to become the IT of your site (prevent any hacks happened)
When you create a site you will have to spend allot of time for it, I know in google other site provide so many websites about gambling but you know it needs allot of effort and allot of time to spend and to spread this website, if you will provide useful and informative stuff them your site will spread fastly all over the world and will get more subscribers.
