My sensation about the disapponted people in this forum is that none of them was here long term, they hoped in the post-announcement pump and were hoping to dump their coins very high. They call it a pump and dump coin because THEY wanted to dump it on someone else but someone did it before them on them. The fact is that despite of the news of the announcement not being really mind boggling, the news are truly good, things are moving in the right direction for this coin after years of very little happening. Long term, future looks bright for EMC2, but short-term wannabe-dumpers cannot wait more than days or weeks when they buy a coin. To all the fudders: I don't see those of us here since '14 calling it PnD. If you don't know what it's all about and, you don't understand what an algorithm change and master nodes can bring to this project then how about you just read for a while and keep your uneducated mouth shut. If you invested recently, you certainly have a right to speak up. The hashrate readings are sort of guesses because there really is no way to tell 100% how much hashpower is on the network at any given time. The only thing you can do is calculate an estimate using the blocktime and difficulty. Hashrate also varies rapidly depending on alot of things. There are a few massive gpu farms that hop between the ETH forks. So its not out of the question to have 1TH on EXP at all.
Also I seen someone saying that the fork was a bad idea because it changed the blockreward. It really didnt. It's still roughly 8 EXP per 1 min, just split into two blocks.

The lower fees on ETH are benefiting vs BTC, in comparison Ethereum should gain business BTC is losing I think. Hopefully this helps spreads which gives a reciprocal effect to help encourage further use of ETH for various transactions due to greater usage.
There is a cut off when we reach ETH theoretical limits on transactions per second and I do hope that is not a hard limit. How close are we and would a change to POS help improve the overall situation by encouraging greater involvement by wallet holders in the transnational network ? It would be good to hear some good news on this not just for ETH but crypto overall, since ETH is protege to the Bitcoin crown. I think its possibly a big question while the various forks argue over directly copying the largest blockchain I think we may step sideways, feasible imo

Why does everyone so blindly believes that Charlie sold all his LTC? He could have like 10 wallets that no one knows about and this is just a speculation or a tactic. Ya'll expect something that is barely used to rise ? Everyone wants to trade cryptocurrency but which one of u actualy realy uses it ? I think this is the main problem. Sure, there are options to use this currency but its used minimaly. System of this thing is kinda broken.. Everyone wants to hold their currency but no one is willing to pay with it because they expect it to rise. What are your thoughts on this ?
Holding is what investors do (long term), selling and buying on different time frames is what traders do, miners just don't care about the price action, they'll sell to whatever the price to pay their bills.
