Still tooo complicated to buy Bitcoins for normal folks. It must get way easier so we really can say choo choo.

Current Criticisms of Bitcoin Are at Least 10 Years Too Early

I finally took a look at this guy's "last posts". My first ignore.

I miss those stains on the ignore links.

If I'm receiving BTC I won't really care what the taint authority does with the tainted coins.

Congatulations. Startpage only has one link for "taint authority".

If gox does fix withdrawals, there will be two groups of people on gox after this:

1. Those who panic sold at the lower prices, lost everything, are jaded, and may never come back to bitcoin again.

2. The traders who suckered the money out of group#1, are sitting on a ton of coins at MASSIVE profits, and will take their profits on bitstamp where fiat withdrawals are more reputable.

3. noobs, hodling out of instinct and going wtf?Huh

Markets are so predictable they either go up or down.  It would be much more fun if they could move in three dimensions.

Z=volume no?

A million sure ain't like it used to be.

Bitcoins success would mean obsoletion of fiat...our current measuring stick.

You gave Kitco an idea Wink

1 Gold oz. = 2.323 Bitcoins

Bitcoin is going down. Anyone holding bitcoins now is a complete moron.
If yesterday's actions, and news about a major, unfixable bug in Bitcoin Network, didn't change your mind, you DESERVE to lose all your assets, and I wouldn't feel sorry for you if you lost everything & committed suicide.

Sell now people, I am being serious. This ship will sink very soon.

Grin you missed the boat and still want cheap coins. Away with your FUD!
673  Economy / Speculation / Re: Something is wrong. We cannot just gloss over the $100 sell on: February 11, 2014, 08:56:24 AM
Gox engineering a dump to push the price down so they can buy back the coin they have double transactioned. (not Double Spent - but sent out twice due to the transaction ID alteration), so they can meet any shortfall they may or may not have.

This gets my vote. The timing of the dump and the press release was just to tight for coincidence.
674  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 12:55:21 PM
This could be the biggest dip on the pure fud that we had yet. Maybe it could be avoided if Gox worded it better, but who knows, maybe it was intentional?

Now , you're starting to say some interesting things.

Who could have wished for a crash , and who could
have profited from it the most , probably the ones who could create one and who are in so much shit to actually need a flash crash. gox?

I wondered the same thing..

and the timing on the press release and the dump was pretty tight IIRC.

please die, as soon as possible, for the sake of all of us.

Some of us still have assets with Gox. Should we just die as well?
676  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 06, 2014, 05:49:52 PM
Let's see if it succeeds or the greed inside the market will kill this project.

It will take more than a few pigs to kill the honey badger.

So..what are the odds that Vitalik and Andreas should both use this word as a conjunction so often?
678  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: February 03, 2014, 10:23:39 AM
So it was in Roman times, and the decline lasted for hundreds of years, so it will be now.

Hundreds of years? I think not. Everything is moving so much faster now. Hundreds of days perhaps.
679  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your answer to "Bitcoin is a Ponzi Scheme" ? on: February 02, 2014, 12:11:30 PM

A currency = successful ponzi/pyramid

Are you suggesting we do away with currency?
680  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your answer to "Bitcoin is a Ponzi Scheme" ? on: February 02, 2014, 09:58:46 AM

That's conjecture, not proof.
