Enough testing guys i think its perfectly fine . release the annon wallet!

yeaaaaaaa just release itttt

Guys, guys, I love the enthusiasm but its not quite that simple. I have previously outlined a few things which need work before we release the anon transactions to the main network.

There's not a lot of work and we're definitely capable of doing the work in a timely fashion, but there are a few final things to fall into place.

It isn't going to be a drawn out process. My best guess at this stage is that we hope to release Anon to the main network on 1 March 2015.

Please note, this is date is not set in stone and may vary after we get the final Beta results.

We will release an official time line within a few days of the Beta ending.

In the mean time hold tight, buy the dips, help us spread the word and exercise your patience Smiley

Cheers,
Pakage

Hi Everyone

Here's the latest update from the Navajo Team.

We only have a few days of beta testing left. Everything has gone as smoothly as could be hoped. There have been NO MAJOR NETWORK PROBLEMS so far and the only small issues we had were known issues at the time of release.

Even with the beta test not yet finished, we have divided up the current known requirements for the main network launch between the team and commenced working on them along side the beta testing.

More requirements may come out of analysis of the beta test results, but we're looking to be in good shape so far.

We don't have a lot to finish to bring Anon transactions to the main network. The main tasks are the double encryption, some further transaction obfuscation and a few validation states in the wallet to add.

Everyone on the team is excited and eager to get this project over the finish line so we can move onto the next thrilling chapter for Navajocoin.

We will officially announce a timeline for the main network launch a few days after the beta tests end once we've analysed the results and got a final list of tasks together.

We are on the home stretch brothers and sisters.

Get your cheap coins while you can!

Cheers,
Pakage

I believe Shahim's designer friend is still working on it. I have seen a draft copy of it which is looking nice.

Not sure when exactly it will be finished sorry, hopefully in the next couple of days.

We're also working on having some web resources available about the beta test and the technology in general.

We will definitely make an official announcement once we have these things available!

Hello Navajo Investors!

We are now into our 2nd week of Beta testing. Everything is operating as expected. The tests are going smoothly and appear to be consistently processing anonymous transactions without issue.

We are pretty confident by now that the system works. Especially since no one has been able to trace transactions to their end point or find any flaws, even with the bounty up for grabs.

I have started to implement the double encryption layers in testing. It is looking promising and I hope to have a good chunk of this ironed out before the beta test ends.

When the beta test ends, we will analyse the result, assess the system and figure out a timeline of what needs to be worked on before we launch this feature on the main network.

As always, we will try to keep you informed as best as possible with where we are at.

Thanks for all you support & help with the testing.

Cheers,
Pakage
665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★[ANN] [NAV] NAVAJO COIN - Anonymous Technology BETA STARTED ● CHAT ● Faucet! on: February 08, 2015, 07:27:13 AM
Sure, here's an example of it working:

http://jsbin.com/madufibuxu/1/edit?html,js,output

To make it work for NAV, i just changed the Market ID to 252 and also changed the json object item from XPY to NAV in data['query'].results.json.return.markets.NAV....

I've put that console log in there so you can see what comes back from the market objects when you change the market id, but i assume it will just be the capitalized short name of whichever market you're looking up.

Hope this helps!

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a bit of help with the cryptsy API & hoping someone can help Smiley

I am able to retrieve single markets and display but am stumped on how to display multiple markets on a webpage.
Can someone PM me the code to make this happen?

Thanks so much

All markets are accessible through their public API: https://www.cryptsy.com/pages/publicapi

You can get all market data by hitting this URL: http://pubapi.cryptsy.com/api.php?method=marketdatav2

Then you would simply navigate the returned object and only pull out the markets you're interested in displaying.

Alternatively, you could call each individual market you're wanting to display by hitting this URL: http://pubapi.cryptsy.com/api.php?method=singlemarketdata&marketid=252

You'd just need to trawl through the list of all markets and find the market ID's of the markets you're wanting to display.

This method is probably not recommended though because you would have to make multiple CURL requests or however you're talking to the API which would slow down your page load.

You're better off using the first method and getting the whole lot in one go and just trimming it down to your required markets, even though that will mean you're grabbing a lot of info you're not displaying.

What language is your website built in? PHP?

LoL

unusualfacts30 seems like so professionally professinal. Doctor of crypto trading science.

How old is he?!

At 5th Feb he posts 4 days old micro trend. Omg, and people hooks on that.

And in a result large dump followed without any reason.

To be honest, I'm not sure if a 3BTC sell is considered a "large dump"... its pocket change for most investors. It's probably just unusualfacts trying to fuck with your head.

where you at unusualfacts? i miss you xxxx

Haha, he is the one who buying now Smiley

No doubt! i know that people's "word" is a dime a dozen in the crypto scene, but I would like to think that our actions speak louder than words. I know we stumbled in July, but that was before we collated a dedicated core of people committed to this project.

Soopy did an amazing job getting this coin to the point he did and laying out his dream, but since July we have come leaps and bounds and I am so incredibly happy that it is starting to pay off for all of the Navajocoin faithful.

I have been 100% committed to making Navajo Anonymous Tech a reality since the day I signed on 6 months ago.

Since then, every milestone has been met, every promised feature has been delivered.

So by now, to be honest, my integrity is kind of offended if the doubters haven't been shaken loose.

I am unspeakably impressed by everyones efforts! Soopy, Shahim, Strugg and myself included. We have really pulled through and have started to make this dream a reality!

We are not finished, not by a long shot, but we are well on our way.

And I am both pleased and honoured to have you all along on this journey with us.

We are/have/will make history with this coin.

I am proud to be a part of it.

Love,
Pakage.

I think price going to explode soon. And we are still during beta testing!

Yes...the official rise has begun people. No flaws have yet to be found via explorer. This is the real moment we have all been waiting for. I would try and predict a new floor..but quite frankly, there may not be one.

its nice, i like

Great news!

With the block explorer now live, we would appreciate everyone trying to figure out any possible ways to trace the transactions.

We need your help to find and fix any possible leaks before we launch anonymous transactions to the main network.

We have tried our best to make it untraceable, but we are not perfect, and many eyes make it easier to find issues!

Whatever happens, I pledge that we are dedicated to patching any security issues (if any) to make sure that this technology is truly anonymous.

In my opinion its a good thing if you find problems! So please jump on https://navajocoin.slack.com/messages/anon-beta and let us know what you find!

Cheers,
Pakage

Cryptrader is free and has all bittrex markets: https://cryptrader.com/charts/bittrex/nav/btc

NAV price crashes further as we move towards beautiful afternoon.  Sell pressure is killing NAV at the moment and many investors are losing interest. Red candle shows a spike that's pulling it downwards. Road to 3k is diminishing as investors hold their breath and hope for something bigger.

Dude, you're hilarious and your trade analysis is even funnier!

I'll let you in on a little tip; you need to look at more than just price candles to know what is happening in the market from a TA perspective.

Here's a plot of 12 hour candles and the Relative Strength Index:

This is called Hidden Bullish Divergence: http://www.babypips.com/school/high-school/trading-divergences/divergence-cheat-sheet.html

Quote
Indicates underlying strength. Good entry or re-entry. Occurs during retracements in an uptrend. Nice to see during price retest of previous lows. “Buy the dips”

It's also potentially forming a Bullish Flag

I wouldn't be surprised with one more peak and dip to form a 3 driver pattern before we break our previous ATH.

The retracements are also perfectly lining up with Fibonacci levels:

All of this is completely normal in an uptrend. This is a very healthy position for price and we have barely even started!

Happy trading everyone!

I'm getting an assertion failure error trying to start the beta wallet on win 7 x64 will try later on win 8. Any others having this issue?

Way past time for sleep.

...this is only for the first start. Close it and run again Wink

No dice.
Happens on every try. Rebooted.
If I click ignore on the assertion failed error it will launch and connect to network but is not syncing.

Have you previously installed a different version of the Anon Beta client? This is a new Anon Beta blockchain and if you still have the old data on your system it will cause an error.

You need to go to your users roaming directory and clear out the NavajoAnonBeta directory of the old blockchain data.

It will be something like C:/Users/YOUR_USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/NavajoAnonBeta

Back up everything inside this directory and then delete everything inside the directory. Run the wallet again and it should fill this directory with the new files.

If this does not help, please post a screen shot of your error.

@Gökhan_AMK 13days till release official ANON wallet

Just to be clear, there are 13 days till the end of the beta test. This is not necessarily the date we will launch Anon to the main network.

We will need some time to analyse the results of the beta test and implement any required security fixes and optimisations before deploying it to the main network.

We also have to add the double encryption layer, time delays and a few other small bits and pieces.

We don't currently have a set deployment date for Anon to the main network, but will do our best to deliver it as quickly as possible and will release a timeline after the Beta test ends and we can assess how much work there is to do.

Cheers,
Pakage.

send coins hashforce101 - NAB NfzapLHX2tK7aTYaioMgekYskUsFyo4uUe

Ok thnx..
We will w8 and see.. Wink

What means the 13 stays in the picture..??  AMK
13 is symbolic, just occurred by chance, but for a reason

Maybe next Friday 13th  Shocked

What kind of chance ur talking about.??
The number 13 may not have been put there intentionally by Hashforce101, it might have already been there by chance as a good luck omen.
Note that Feb 13, 2015 is just after Mercury Retrograde (Mercury retrograde ends Feb 11).

So we have Friday 13, Feb 13 just after the end of Mercury Retrograde.

I think it means that there are 13 days left of Beta testing? We said that it would run for 2 weeks and it is now the 2nd day.

Thnx 4 the NAB's guys..!!
1 thing more.

Can we use the NAB for real if official ANON release or is this only for testing..?? AMK

Hi Gökhan_AMK

NAB is only for testing purposes. NAV is the official currency of Navajocoin and when we make the full release of our Anon system public it will be using NAV.

Cheers,

Pakage

Can somebody describe how the network guarantees faithful execution of the mixing without trusting the mixing nodes?

Hi STEALTHMODE.

Navajocoin uses a private subchain to transmit the transaction information from the entry to the exit node. This means the outgoing transactions rely on blockchain technology primarily which prevents reliance on potentially vulnerable technologies like centralised databases.

We are currently working to reformat the whitepaper to make it more readable and explain the technology in more depth. We should have this available soon.

I hope this answers your question.

Cheers,

Pakage

I do not understand something Undecided
You have once in a lifetime opportunity to change your life with NAVAJOcoin! And you will dump a little before greatest thing happen Huh

Don't worry about this. Some people are in this for a quick profit so they sell quickly. Some people are in it for longer & bigger profit like me and you!

Crypto short term investors buy on rumors and sells on news. It is very common.

It will rebound and go higher than ever before!

Simply buy more when the price goes down!

Hi guys,

I have added the download links for the wallet to our website: http://navajocoin.org/wallets

Remember that you can direct people to our website to get the wallet incase bitcointalk goes down again.

Or come join us on http://navajocoin.slack.com! It's really rad, it's kind of half way between a forum and IRC!

Cheers,
Pakage
