Eveytime I put my zec address in the wallet address section it capitalized the t I've been mining all day with the wrong address

Settings >> Config Editor

Did you used this?

The node don't use any offline file, if you modify something will be rewrite from the "cloud".
I'm doing it now I put my zec add in where there pool add are than hit save also how long does it take to update I change my zec add and the flypool address to us 1 and saved but was still mining on eu and not my zec address
I just want to make sure this is wright way first I change the configuration than I start the node

This looks slick I want to set it up on some of my rigs but can I over clock my 290/390s with it like wattool or have to use AF still

use watttool at the site. will work

290/390 what program do you use ? to OC ?
maybe i can add support to it
msi after burner that would be awesome if you could also would there be a way to have one rig miner Eth and the other zec if not no problem just figure I'd ask

Catalyst 15.12 is REQUIRED for best performance and compatibility
15.12 does not support some Fiji(Fury) cards, use 16.3.2 for them
For 4xx cards (Polaris) Crimson 16.12.2 is recommended

At least 16 GB of Virtual Memory is required for multi-GPU systems
Make sure you defined GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
Be careful with overclocking, use default clocks for first tests

What do you guys think is the best all around card for mining zec but also a little Eth every now and again I'm trying to add something to my 290/390 set up and get ride of my 270s

after you change the timing what clock rates do you run I haven't tried it yet but was thinking of it I'm running a little over 20 on stock clocks but if I can mod the timings and get to 27-28 that's a big difference

I find the "sweet spot" at Core: 1100, Memory: 2000
Thank You

Hynix you copy the 1500 timings to all higher timings, while with Samsung, you copy from 1750.

Thank you!!!! Yep, now I see my problem with my Samsungs is that I was copying the 1500 timings as well, and for that reason my cards were refusing to run beyond 1875 and I was maxing them at 25-26 MHashes. I was going to experiment this weekend precisely copying the 1625 or 1750 timings, but now you have saved my time. Thanks again ;-)

Hi guys,
This card costs $227 in my country, do you think its worth buying 6 of these?
This is the best possible price in Bulgaria at the moment.
Anyone has experience with exactly the same card? Any issue with the fans or anything you consider as minus or plus?
There is only one day left of the discount so I have to decide quickly.
Thanks

i like the card.  I had as many as 24 of them.

I don't build five or six card rigs.

I have had mine work in 2,3,4 card rigs.

THANKS!
If anyone else has experience with this card, please share.
I got mine from Phil and they are running stable and cool can hardly hear the fans not like my 290/390 they are loud my reference 290 sounds like a jet taking off
672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v12.4 (Windows/Linux) on: March 19, 2017, 11:41:58 PM
with latest release whats the performance on Fiji(Fury/Nano) at default clock speed? i am looking to compare with a RX/R9 3xx

R9-Nano
Default clock 1000/500
430-440 sols/s
Beast of a card - excellent for ZEC mining.

R9-Fury X.... supersonic at ~450-460 sols/s
RX480 ... at best 300 sols/s (RX cards best for ETH mining)
R9-390... very good ~380-390 sols/s
Thanks for the information
then you didnt get an increase for the Fiji GPUs? i guess you maxed the power limit on the R9 Nano? I wonder why R9 Nano doesnt reach same performance a Fury X if both share similar setup

Nano vs Fury X -- big difference.
Both are fast cards for ZEC because of the HBM memory.
Fury X is the big brother. Still the fastest in the R9 class cards and it comes with its own cooling system.
Nano is small card but power packed and consumes less watts. Hard to get this card used - expensive too.
If you are using Linux - IMHO, best to go with Optiminer v1.7; otherwise Claymore v12.4 for Windows based rigs.

Which card would you recommend the nano or fury Im looking to retire my 270s and add something to my 390/290 also are you running you 390 at stock clocks it seems to get mine at 400 I pushed it to 1150

Is there anyway you check out the android wallet it won't connect to any peers than I realized 1.2.5 is the latest wallet on the app store so I downloaded 1.2.7 from the github but it crashes on opening I'm on note3 if that helps thank you

I wonder why my Sapphiry Fury Nitro show 0 sols with asm algo. Anyone experienced this?

You need to reduce the intensity to -i 6 or lower.
That does not help. Tried even intensity 1. With - asm 0 I get 400 sols.

With this card, i only tried (-asm 1) and i get 430+ sols, using 15.12 drivers.
Quick guess, double check your driver version, as Windows loves to forcefully update the driver.
how much power does the fury consume while mining zec

All i can think is.. Currency.

Well, this period seems to come to a close for bitcoin.  Bitcoin is not really useable any more as a currency, with the full blocks, the long delays, the high fees and the uncertainty of getting your transaction in a block.

Agreed its bullshit that they can't come to a agreement on this it's like they are waiting for BTC to crash and burn I don't get everyone knows the blocks are full instead of the Chinese miners and the core devs bickering back and forth put it up for everyone to vote on they aren't the only ppl who care and use BTC.

I believe LTC will go up ppl are waiting hours to get transactions to go through on BTC also LTC is going segwit which will help and LTC has a longer track record of every other alt coin. As far as ETH these guys hard fork whenever they want what happened to code is law
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - ATIFLASH for linux on: March 07, 2017, 02:11:22 PM
Nope, i wont add cpu mining becasue when fee system comes you will have option to select cpu mining as fee ...

Hmm, can be problem, because ZEC miners use the CPU for GPU mining.
Some people can´t use the intensity parameter -i 8, because slow CPU...

I hope for only small fee (i have only 3 GPU) and CPU mining for fee is not sollution Sad
Would this be the reason why I cant get the rates I should be when mining zec no matter what drivers or clocks I use or -i I just cant seem to get my cards where there supposed to be and whats even crazier is when I put -i 8 on my 290 all other cards 390,280,270 rates get cut in half I tried win 7 and 10 but my cpu is AMD Sempron 145 which is like useless.

I really like simpleminer but cant use it on this rig because of the mixed cards I cant set individual clocks which sucks

Claymore the dev fee port is wrong for nicehash.com here a screen shot http://imgur.com/a/EMcAR

Probably nicehash changed ports/settings for some reason. I will check it and change ports in next update, it will be available in 2-3 days.

Just noticed about a problem in linux, don't know if was already mentioned, but need to be fixed asap.
I'm getting this error continually and is filling really fast my log folder in /var/log/kern.log specially, also some in syslog

Fixed, will be included in next update.

At Nicehash:
the SSL port is 33357
the non SSL port is 3357
Claymore has 33357 for dev fee and it wont connect I didnt even no nicehash has ssl where did they put the info Thanks

edit: I googled it and found is I wonder why it wont connect to port 33357 for the dev fee I didnt try it on my setting but will

my syntax as follows mining at NH and I haven't seen any errors for Claymore dev fee. Anyways, Claymore may need to double check, if I missed anything.

-zpool stratum+ssl://equihash.usa.nicehash.com:33357#xnsub -zwal <yourBTCadddresshere> -zpsw x -wd 1 -dbg -1 -r 1 -allpools 1 -tt 75 -tstop 95 -mport 3333
Thanks those settings seam to working and I'm getting accepted shares on ssl now if I could get my rates where there supposed to be I'll be happy
