shouldn't there be a 4x difficulty increase cap?

663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin build for noobs: 3x 7950s (1.8 MH/s) in a $10 crate case on: May 05, 2013, 01:40:07 PM
as this is called the thread for the first rig - is there also a known good combination for a second one?
i.e. a combination that runs stable with 4 7950s?
is there a clear "king" of 7950s which definitely runs at the efficiency stated by tacominer (~600 kh/s per card at 625 W from the wall)? I could only get to 750 W with 580 kh/s per card with voltage unlocked sapphire OCs.

Mine came with 1.250 stock voltage, 950 clock speed and 1250 memory.
For scrypt, I could get them down to 1.075 voltage at 1050 clock speed and 1418 memory. I cannot seem to find a better relation between hashrate and electricity usage. I read about people buying card that come with 0.9 stock voltage...

I looked through countless threads but I cannot find a description of a card that is guaranteed to be good. Since "sapphire 7950" is not enough since there will be vapor X and OC and 4L and whatnot, and even given this specification there will probably still be different subtypes.

Also, does anyone have a 7950 where the memory can be undervolted seperately? I tried the modded sapphire trixx version but no luck.

Also, what's up with this guy: http://www.reddit.com/r/litecoin/comments/1cbg51/my_7950s_are_at_800k_somehowprt_scr/

668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is bter.com legit? Can't withdraw any funds on: May 05, 2013, 12:39:16 PM
actually their withdrawal and deposit worked faster for me than at ANY other exchange, and I've tried at least 5 or so.
transactions showed up instantly without delay both ways. amount of confirmations displayed was in sync with that in my wallet.
669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC / BQC Google Docs Exchange on: May 05, 2013, 08:43:13 AM
Wow, that's what happens when you go to sleep at 8 AM.
I meant 1 BTC/10000 BQC like the rest. Sorry for derailing this thing. New record of private messages.
Let's push it to 1,1 BTC/10000 BQC though. D:
670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BBQCoin Difficulty Rising on: May 05, 2013, 05:56:36 AM
isn't a 51% attack exactly what almost killed it before? D: starting up my solo miner.

WTB 20.000 BTQ, 1 BTC / 1000 BTQ
672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 05:38:59 AM
haha, but it's late at night and you were a great help!

OK IT'S LATE BAILOUT
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 05:33:52 AM
done the same, I'll go sleep now, I'll read up on this thread or PMs in a few hours. Thanks to the both of you and good night!

/edit/ hmm, posting in another buythread and offering half the OP's price is an odd strategy. I'll write "closed" in the topic for now since I'm not there, however people can still PM me if they are interested in the "1 BTC for 4000 BQC" rate.
674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 05:27:02 AM
Thanks! Is it appropriate to tip escrows with a bitcent or two or is that considered strange or rude since it's not much? D: I'm a poor bastard and new to this.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC [OP asleep now] on: May 05, 2013, 05:21:16 AM
BQC received! Thank you very much!
676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 05:13:03 AM
all right, I sent it to him first now:

677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 05:04:25 AM
You are probably correct, however I am new to this and it's still a lot of money to me.
All I could see in the trading forum on BQC-Forum is this: http://forum.bbqcoin.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=1212
Which also does not help too much.

I would agree to the escrow since perhan007 seems to have quite a few trades under his belt. If you agree I will send the BTC to him immediately.
678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 04:58:57 AM
that would be nice, do you guys have any reputation threads or something the like? I am very slow with the clunky search function and at 7 AM I'm really brain dead. Cheesy
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 04:45:56 AM
I'll do 4000 BQC for 1 BTC.

then we would only have to solve the problem that we both have a very low post count. as I wrote above, I would like the other party to send first - you could split it up if you like. Let's say you can send me any amount of BQC, no matter how small or high, up to 20.000 BQC (or well in your case 4000), and I will promptly return you the value in BTC (post your address). You can choose how much you would entrust me at once. My BQC address is bZgmCKwnt4joQRJrhvpsqT5hWBj9wf9adH
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 04:39:16 AM
Sorry but that would be too expensive for me, the last trades I saw happening were around 2-3.2 BTC per 10.000 BQC just a few hours ago before the majority of people went to sleep and not much has changed about BQC in that time. The hashrate has gone up, however people have been speculating for BQC to go on virexa for more than a week but that site does not look like it is making any progress. Also, much like BQC, when freicoin came back from the dead its value was/is not even close to the overhyped feather - and cnc-coins.

I could imagine going up to 5 BTC but not more, maybe someone will come along who thinks this is a good offer, in fact it is the best offer for BQC made on this site all day long - by a wide margin.
