6721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem) on: September 28, 2019, 01:55:59 PM
I just activated my wallet and traded token bethash which I got from the bethash.io campaign  to Eos so Bethash is my introduction to Eos, I will now be dropping here from time to time to check more update I think Eos has a good potential although has a big drop just his month looking forward to buying more Eos as support for the project.
6722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promote bounties for how good the projects are and not for reward on: September 28, 2019, 11:22:10 AM
Tune in to my recommendation companions, you shouldn't promote bounties only for benefits of it,else you will wind up picking phony or trick projects since your attitude is toward profits, this is similar missteps some bounty hunters are taking, begin picking generally excellent projects, their prizes probably won't be attractive however trust me they constantly justified despite all the trouble at last.

All the projected price of these new coins are useless, the fact is no new coins has and can sustain their ICO price when it hit the market, so if you are a bounty hunters and you still depend or look on the price of token for your rewards, then you are a newbie coming in the campaign.

Majority of the bounty hunters can and will accept coins that can sustain it's price in the market even if the rewards are not that big,
I prefer receiving $100 worth of rewards after I traded it in the market than receiving hundreds of thousands of token that is only worth a few cents in the market.

What happened: Pinzi Scheme.

Although they do not have business with this forum but I bothered to open this thread because I am receiving emails randomly from them. And I believe this thread will popups on Google search is some try to review about this website. Obviously someone of corrupted website owners sold email database.

Main thing is they show partnership with HSBC bank , the bank have mobile apps called HSBC HK mobile banking. And I think that's why scammer choose name "HK INVESTMENT ONLINE LIMITED". Really the bank have no any article about that ponzi scheme. They are offering as below,

I have seen how popular Bitcointalk in the search engine, always comes up on the first page on almost any topic, even if they  (the ponzi scheme owner)  do not open a thread here, we should help people whom they are going to scam by letting them know and by posting here, it will serve as a references for these investors.
And about your thread Ponzi scheme. people should never invest in a Ponzi scheme it never works and it never will, it will never become sustainable in the long run, only early investors or early birds can make a profit if you are late, it's like giving away your money.

6724  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jinbi Token: Attention Scam on: September 28, 2019, 07:09:46 AM
This is what I hate about ICO bounty hunting, some of them tried to get away deceiving bounty hunters, I've been there so many times, some of their methods are, not giving our shares, cutting our shares to 50 to 80% and locking our shares for months.

It's right that they reported this scam project in Coinmarketcap to delist them, it has no right to be in the market if they can do this to their bounty hunters who helped them accomplished, their goal, they will also do the exact thing to their investors.
6725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins prices are bleeding heavily on: September 28, 2019, 05:50:35 AM
Altcoins prices are bleeding heavily, with some of the top-20 coins showing losses of more than 34% on the day.
The most popular altcoin Ether (ETH) has dropped over $50 in the last 24 hours to a price point of $156 per coin, recording a heavy loss of 24% on the day.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/tuesday-shows-bloodbath-for-altcoins-up-to-34-losses-on-top-20-coins

do you think this down market will continues and welcome back to the bears in crypto market again ?
or this is only the preparations if the market will growing really hard and the bulls will show up in the near time ?

The market is very dynamic what you post today may not reflect what's the market data is saying tomorrow, when analyzing the price it's best to compile the list for the whole week so we can figure out the percentage on the drop.
We cannot draw a complete picture of the situation if we rely on one situation alone, your is analysis is only on one day since you posted it yesterday it's different today than what we had yesterday.
6726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why price down after listing in exchanges on: September 28, 2019, 04:59:02 AM
We always see the price rise for a short period after the listing in the exchanges or after IEO, but soon price be come down,
this may due to two reasons:
The first reason is that the coin or token has no real value.
The second reason is the large sale of those who got his coin  free such as airdrop.
Isn't that true?

Your two observations are all correct but there are still a lot of factors like some bounty hunters dumping their shares, we cannot blame them it's not easy promoting a project daily for several months, they reward themselves for their hard work, so they dump a small portion.
Early birds investors those who bought in the presales with bonus, who want to take a portion of their investment this early in case the project did not live up to it's potential.

But the worst scenario is the team dumping their unsold tokens, after the crowdfunding the team has nothing to do with the market, it should be investors who will play the market, and they have to go to work and set up the project.
6727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best time to keep investing? market is crumbling again on: September 28, 2019, 03:33:49 AM
Will you choose to invest in bitcoin now that its at 8k or still continue investing in altcoin since many big altcoins have already lose up to 30% value again, well i decide to invest in bitcoin if further value loss takes place and i keep buying bnb token and ETH too, good idea or bad idea??

You don't have to ask that kind of questions anymore, buying a coin when dropping is always a good idea buying coins that are on the top 5 are always a good idea, the bad idea is pouring everything all you have in a new coin.

People should always expect a price drop from time to time, there's nothing new here, some price drop looks unnatural and without a cause, just remember top coins in the market have a lot of whales behind it and their actions could have a big impact on the market and hackers are still trying to hack exchanges and this is one of the causes of price drop.
6728  Economy / Economics / Re: What's it like to live on crypto instead of Banks? on: September 28, 2019, 02:28:28 AM
Imagine living your life without depending on Banks ever again. Using only cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, you can make your own income stream and use the coins earned to buy stuff from merchants who accept them. Every day, cryptocurrencies have been going closer towards full mainstream adoption. However, there are still some things which prevent crypto from being used over traditional payment systems we've been accustomed to for a long time.

Nonetheless, what's it like to live only on crypto instead central-bank issued fiat money? Cheesy

That's not the case always, the market is very volatile and if you are just relying on Cryptocurrency alone, you will find yourself restricted or at loss, you cannot use your Cryptocurrency to buy stuff that you need when your coins are all down, because of the volatility of the market,
worse you are forced to use your funds even if it is down in price when you have an emergency.

Not a wise choice to live on Crypto alone we still need fiat and banks, they can co-exist to satisfy our needs.
6729  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM ALERT!! Adab Solutions - So Called Islamic Crypto Exchange is Haraam on: September 28, 2019, 01:42:31 AM
Good job JollyGood, your hunch has been correct so far.

Of course we still have to wait 33 more days to see if they actually deliver an exchange or not... My bet is its going to be a lot longer of a wait than that, if they ever do release an exchange.

The whole thing reeks of immoral ineptitude.

Yes "The whole thing reeks of immoral ineptitude" especially when you add to the mix that a bunch of imbeciles with a shady past decide to launch a "religious" project despite being non-religious themselves.

Well 30th August 2019 has come and gone but there is NO exchange. They are still pushing their MVP: https://mvp.adabsolutions.com/exchange

They made no announcement on their website or press releases about the reasons for delay. As of today they are 20 days over time and still have NO exchange  Roll Eyes

Would like to give you an update since it's been 11 days and people here on Bitcointalk should also get an update because they are banning people who ask and very persistent in their questions, there is still no Fice market to talk about, it's still in the testing stage.

The testing stage should be after they get funded and they have been funded months ago, and I read from one conversation that some developers and administrators are on a business trip, I don't think it's a business trip it's more of a pleasure trip, but surprisingly some investors are holding on to their promises.
6730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Believe That It's A Fix on: September 27, 2019, 05:53:03 PM
I'm curious to know the result of boxing match whether the underdog won or such as people predicted that the favourite won the fight because he was too strong for his opponent but listen unknown people to make a bet is not good decission because he can be lied and i fear they or he will provide wrong option to us and to gamble i think before making bets you should be confident to your own choice

I am the one that started the thread and already made a post on who wins, it's actually fake news, the favorite win the match and it was a very dominant performance, but unfortunately, he did not double-check and he lost a big amount of money.
I think this is not an isolated case, it's some sort of syndicate to give rumors and when they buy it they can level the betting.
it happens to small matches but I doubt if it's happening to big matches.
6731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are the scam projects killing entire crypto space? on: September 27, 2019, 03:56:26 PM
From my point of view, scam projects have taken away the glory of genuine projects.
Due to too many scams around crypto space, investors are not confident on investing in new projects. It's Becoming very difficult day by day to find out the legitimacy of the projects.
This in turn affecting the projects and result of this is not raising the funds as expected and required for further development of projects. This is daviating projects from their roadmap which is resulting in too much delay or even failure.
Missing interest in investors is somehow obstacle to growth and further research of dApps projects.
I think, rugulations will solve the topic to great extent, but is there any other way to stop the scamming and not just going away from it?
Please apply your thoughts.

That's not true,  a true or legit project will always shine and they always find a way I have seen some good projects that escaped my radar and some projects that were considered and labeled as a scam but they there are making progress in the market.

Scam projects sad to say are here to stay, but it makes investors wiser and demanding, it's for the project now to prove that they are legit and they are very much different from the other projects around them.
6732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Believe That It's A Fix on: September 27, 2019, 03:17:06 PM
First of all it's an unknown guy. Any guy could come up to you and blabber anything. Why would i put my money on some random guy's suggestion. For all i know it's just a way to manipulate the people's bets. Or that person may have other reasons why he did that. Bottomline is, there's no reason why i would trust someone who randomly comes up telling me where to place my bets.

You know what you are right, back to my friend's story, it is a fake report, the heavy favorite wins the match and he happens to bet on the underdog with all his money, unfortunately he did not see the guy who whispers to him anymore, it's a lesson learned, he should first verify the source of the news, it's a strategy by other people to deceive others to bet on the underdog.
6733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Look For In A Bounty Campaign on: September 27, 2019, 03:07:20 PM

Quote
So my question to you all, what do you look for in a bounty campaign?
I'm not looking to rewards anymore or I will be deceived if I do that, everything starts with the whitepaper, because this is where you will find everything about the project, and many fail on this subject because their whitepaper is immaterial and some of them are copy from old projects

Quote
Do you value a project with a better product or a project that is giving away higher rewards?
Rewards will not have an impact I remember receiving over 400k in the Konios bounty and that reward is only worth $50 in the market, when it should be  $800 according to their price

Quote
Are there any requirements that steer you away from participating in a campaign?
Fake and photoshopped team, bad reports, and of course copying of whitepaper.
6734  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [DISCUSSION] Posting Interval at Burst Posting on: September 27, 2019, 01:40:32 PM

At ilang post ba ang considered as burst posting?
-Sakin kasi para makaiwas sa burst posting hinahati ko ang max weekly post ng signature campaign ko sa limang araw.

Share your thoughts mga mam/sir!  Cheesy

6735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Will You Believe That It's A Fix on: September 27, 2019, 12:58:13 PM
Ok this actually happens to my friend not so long ago, he is going on a boxing match and he will bet for the heavy favorite, then suddenly an unknown guy whisper to him, that the fight is going to be fixed and he supposedly heard it from the favorite to win, locker room, are you going to listen to that and bet for the underdog.

What's your take?
6736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who are are your bet for this year's boxing fight of the year on: September 27, 2019, 12:29:55 PM
Who is your bet for this year's boxing fight of the year, my bet is the biggest upset of the year Joshua Ruiz 1 but we'll be waiting for what's going to happen in their second match, it might bring a much bigger surprise for us, but so far for me  Joshua Ruiz 1.

I very much would like to observe fight of Habib Nurmagomedov with Tony Ferguson. I don't really like to bet on sports, however in this case I would probably bet on Habib. There are rumors that their fight can take place in December 2019.

Its Khabib not Habib and the OP states that the boxing, what the hell you are talking about UFC here?

@Bttzed03 - the fight has just talked about after the fight itself, it didn't have the hype because Ruiz is just a late replacement. While the Pacquaio vs Thurman put Pacquaio again in the discussions for the best welterweight in his division. And then there was lot of hate on Thurman because on the way he disrespect a legend and how he gonna end Manny's career. And he didn't back it up and he was totally ridicule by boxing media. So my vote goes to Pacquiao vs Thurman.

Manny Pacquiao is our hometown hero, until now the hype of that fight with Thurman is still alive here, there are so many videos created about the ending of the fight, so many memes's created and still watching all the dramas on Youtube, this is biggest fight of Manny since the Mayweather fight and he makes us all proud so I go 100% to the Thurman Pacquiao fight.
6737  Economy / Services / Re: CryptoTalk.Org Signature Campaign [Yobit Panel] on: September 27, 2019, 11:53:03 AM
I can say that Yobit is in good hands I worked with Yahoo in Rocketspot campaign and he really means business, will take out spammers and give a chance to participants by giving an opinion on the spreadsheets, so congratulation to Yobit it's a win win situation.

6738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: INVESTING BASED ON MERE PREDICTIONS on: September 27, 2019, 11:47:06 AM
A lot of people come online making rounds series of predictions on what becomes of prices of the two most popular cryptocurrencies. This action has cost series of newbies a fortune which they lost to investment based on such predictions.
2017 was a great year for some people in bitcoin and ethereum trading while it was a doom of some most especially those that were then new to cryptocurrency. Some of these people are yet to recover from lost to the investment at the time bitcoin traded at over $18,000. We have seen another one recently with the last and very short bull run.

Will this be another blow to the prediction based investors?

Not only newbies but even experts are falling to this prediction craze, it's ok to read predictions as long as there are logics on those predictions, people in the past have predicted that the price of Bitcoin will reach this high.

But it's a different scenario today as we move on to adoption it's hard to make a good prediction, we can only go for more realistic predictions.

6739  Other / Meta / Re: And the yobit.net campaign is back on: September 27, 2019, 11:26:50 AM
- or we can ask yahoo62278 (if he approve it) or somebody else to moderate our sig campaign and create new topic

Do this. Hhampuz, yahoo, Darkstar, or anyone else. The problem with your campaign is the spam, and lowering the post won't change it. You need a manager if you're too lazy to check the quality of your participants.

We are negotiating with yahoo, soon will be ready new topic for our sig campaign

Good choice of manager I worked with him on Rocketspot campaign I like the way he gives comment and opinion on participant so they can change the way they post, looking forward to working with him again on this campaign, now wearing the Yobit campaign after 5 months.
6740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regret In Changing A Bet Have You Experienced on: September 26, 2019, 04:30:55 PM
We experience that kind of regret. It's normal... Even as a student, we also experienced that, when we change our answer in the exam but end up it was correct after all.

My father is a fan or horse racing, he always experienced that kind of thing though it's not that big price and I just laugh at him. I'm always reminding him, don't change your bet and trust your first intuition. Cause it always happen to him.

But some gamblers are always tempted to change their bet, sometimes it's an agony between your hunch and your reasoning, and if people are giving you a lot of tips and they are varied you are lost and will eventually change your bet from time to time it's part of the game and probably the hardest part of the game..
