6721  Economy / Services / Re: [free samples] I write articles in English for cheap on: May 12, 2019, 05:36:09 AM
I'm willing to write articles in English for bitcoin.  I don't have past work experience to show at the moment,  which is why I offer samples.
If you meet one or more of the following I will write you up to 500 words on any topic you choose within reason for free:
-a longstanding member of this forum with a lot of posts
-positive trust score
-first post/pm regarding this and not a throwaway account

If you want to purchase an article you are welcome to offer me on price,  I'm not too picky!
Telegram: @gmdever

I am afarid no one will hire you on the basis of description you have mentioned. You do not have any sample writing. Why would you want someone to ask you write 500 words articles. It better to write few articles yourself and use them as your sample.

Oh, you want to do free samples? Sure, I'll bite.

Here's my requirement :

Write a 500-word introduction about yourself, with your real verifiable name and why people should consider hiring you? Explain your background in tech or whatever streams you have studied in. Don't forget to mention your rate and make a strong case for someone to hire you and pay you a that fee rate which you're demanding.

So go for it.

This is the best advise OP can get. If OP can write this article and show his writing skills to everyone, he will have a better chance of being getting hired.
6722  Economy / Marketplace / Re: can bitcoin in the future surpass gold? on: May 12, 2019, 05:16:54 AM
bitcoin will surpass gold if the price is very stable, when people have used bitcoin as a daily currency, but of course gold still exists in the future, for storing value as well as jewelry
For me bitcoin is much more important than gold because gold is just jewelry but bitcoin is surely the best investment, it will get better day by day, but gold has no important now in this era that it has been having in old ages, let’s see when bitcoin removes the name of gold form best investment list but I am sure it will happen very soon.

I am sure Bitcoin will surpass gold one day. Since bitcoin is a currency its use is much more than gold. People use gold more often as a store of value and price of Gold is also stable. On the other hand, bitcoin price is very much volatile which also attracts the whales and traders to get good profit from its movement.
6723  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How did you get scammed? on: May 11, 2019, 11:57:48 PM
So how you get duped? I will like to learn reasons from you.

I was cheated several times, unfortunately it was a very sad episode for me. I bought an altcoin where the Dev made several promises, I believed altcoin would go to the moon, but the devs ran away with funds to develop the project and altcoin fell a lot and with that I lost 90% of my money. then I went to buy verge that I believed the partnership they would make was something revolutionary until I knew they were partnering with a pornographic site. After that I started to avoid investing too much money in altcoins. The truth is that it is very difficult not to be deceived in this crypto world. Most people who create projects are dishonest and unethical people.

The moral of the story is that do not invest in new coins and projects. There are enough good coins in coinmarketcap and we should only invest in those top 100 good projects. I have seen a victim of few ICO where i spend some good amount but the token never make it to the exchanges. I have learnt my lesson well and now i do not invest in any ICOs.
6724  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Just Started to Accept Bitcoin in my Espresso Bar on: May 11, 2019, 01:23:51 PM
congrats to you people like you contributes a lot to crypto awareness in the society
i suggest you create your own site and make a promo
that includes liking and sharing and also tagging some of their friends to your page in different social media...

The more news like these are spread widely, the more likely bitcoin prices and volume will rise. The main reason is because if bitcoin is used in our daily life then more and more people will use it as currency and not commodity. Also it gives encouragement to other businesses and shop to start accepting bitcoin and increase their user base.
6725  Economy / Marketplace / Re: OTC Bitcoins Telegram Groups on: May 11, 2019, 11:41:15 AM
Hi guys,

I'm new interested in OTC brokering and would like to find out more about OTC brokering telegram group & channel, hope can get some share from internet, but please make sure it still active. Thank you guys!!

I'm very appreciate that.

Let me share a few I found:

You do not need to share any OTC Bitcoin telegram groups. There is no purpose of such groups but to collect bitcoins and money from the innocent people of the group and then exit scam. If you are new to it, i will advise to stay away from it.
6726  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin tries to do the impossible on: May 11, 2019, 11:24:28 AM
The price has been able to reach $5,200+ starting from last week’s upsurge. It was able to reach $5,300+ yesterday, but then it turned down and is back to $5,200 again. So let’s watch and see what’ follows next.

I am not going to take what analysts are saying, they are always wrong. There have been a lot of predictions by even the most expert, but it doesn’t work as they said. So I don’t really think I’m taking what they have to say about this. Will just stay and continue to watch the price.

If anyone thinks that since bitcoin is rising for past many days, it will crush the 6000$ resistance and move beyond, then it is over confidence. Those who say that bitcoin will move back to 3500$ are under estimating. I think bitcoin will become stable either at 4800- 5000$ or between 5600-5800$.

The whales are very strong these days and the bull market is dominating. Bitcoin has crossed 6500$ and it was a major resistance which is broken now. No one expected bitcoin to grow as fast as it is growing for past 2 weeks. The main question is will it stop somewhere or keep on going towards 8000$. No one is sure how high bitcoin will go in this current pumping cycle.

6728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: May 11, 2019, 08:01:40 AM
Since I learned Blockchain, I followed the website of Stox, a gambling project. Gambling playing  with his own coins. This time, Tron-based gambling projects hit my eyes. Tron-based gambling projects, for example, are Tronbet and Tokenroll. In particular, the Tokenroll project allows us to play games with USDC and USD stable coins. Decentralized project. I'm searching for interesting aspects gambling project. So it's a good thing for me to have gambling on the blockchain.
But you didn't said why you like these two projects.

Most of the people are into online casino's that's already built up and has reputation not with those kinds of project to be honest. We're fond of betting with the established one rather than with the aspiring one.
Gamblers will make sure they will be able to protect their money, with old gambling sites, they already have the reputation
and they are risking it also in case they plan to scam and that will result to a lot of loses to them if they are profitable.
Most reputable gambling sites are profitable, and they have big limit so gamblers can play confidently.
It's about  the security that a gambler can get from old casino's. They won't create a ruckus just to get attention from the gamblers and that can lose their customers.

In traditional gambling, the casino itself is also secured and can be said a good a place to gamble. But the benefit from gambling online is truly different.

I think both the online and traditional gambling sites wants to protect their customers and they will not take steps which can shake the customers interest and belief.  Online gambling has far greater benefits which the traditional gambling lacks. The only one edge which traditional gambling has is that you can have get together with friends at gambling place, which is not available when you play gamble online.
6729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been able to resist? on: May 11, 2019, 05:59:31 AM
After a hundreds hours of gambling I found out that it's pretty hard to stop playing. Gambling becomes a strong addiction and has a negative impact on other aspects of life. I have tried to control myself over and over again and found out that the best way is to make a long pause to let your mind relax.

I think the best way for you is not just pausing but totally stopping for a while. You are getting addicted to it due to long hours of gambling. That is a bad thing. Quit while you are still in control. It would be harder to stop if you are full on addicted to gambling already.

I am afraid that he will difficult to stop for a while because he found out that playing gambling is fun and he continues to play. I think he will need to ask his friends or his family always to drag him to get out of the place. Or if he plays in his room, he needs to have a friend who can ask him to leave from his room so he can stop from playing gambling.
If we play gambling everyday it has became a habit and like some of us know it is very difficult to break bad habit.  I do strongly believe that many of those claims to be gambling for fun are seriously addicted to gambling and what makes it fun for them is coming back to play.

Those who play gambling often will find it almost impossible to quit it.  The gambling is addiction is very strong and even those people who are losing in gambling, they also do not want to leave gambling. It is the attraction in the game due to which nobody wants to leave it.
6730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just another gambling strategy! on: May 11, 2019, 04:45:08 AM
Martingale is useful if you know how to use it on certain games but if it was a game that is purely dependent on luck then it is not the best type of strategy you have to use, to be honest. It will ruin you at the end of the day, mostly with lots of losses compared to winning. I wouldn't recommend this kind of strategy to someone if they don't have enough knowledge about the type of gambling they chose.
I have used a lot of strategy but most of the time I was failed to get a profit. I think no strategy will work since it solely based on luck. If someone gets lucky, they will win.

If there are more ways we can cheat the system while gamble it would have been fine but nothing like that either. Strategies have been applied personally and still end up loosing, so, no strategy work for a longer time in gambling, discovery it today and patching it tomorrow.

That's true becasue have also tried it out but never work as plan. Some people are luckier than others, and me for example, is not good for luck. Have gambling for sometimes now and still loosing my games most of the time. Am on the opinion that, strategies hardly work becasue they never work for me.

In most cases, the strategies will not work and there is no need of spending times learning strategies which will never work at most of the time.

5consecutive losses before changing sides? Which means you lose many time before you get the win? I don't think it's profitable in the first place because it's 4L-1w.

I was about to say that also. I think it will just be a waste of money since you need to recover your losses first when you change side and change side doesn't guarantee you that you will win in every bet. It's not viable to adopt this strategy.

That is the reason op said prepared amount ready to lose because we need to accept nothing guaranteed strategy in the gambling.
But maintaining a lose strategy is not a good thing to do in gambling you should not try to win but better to minimize the losses.

No matter which strategies you apply, you cannot prevent the lose.  Loss is a must in gambling, the only thing which you can control is to minimize your lose.
6731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japan as the Next Big Destination for iGaming Operators? on: May 10, 2019, 05:28:57 PM
I'm not Japanese but let me just share my thoughts. It's very weird that the Japanese government suddenly made a U-turn regarding their tough laws against gambling, it's a criminal offense as far as I know. Neighboring countries like Macau and even the Philippines and Singapore is the destination if you wanted to play on casino's on the Asian region so it really surprises me to see that they are now opening their doors.

That will not be a good decision by the Japanese government to ban the gambling or consider it as an criminal activity and due to online availability of gambling, it will be difficult to ban in it completely.

I am not from Japan but definitely, I can say that Japanese people are one of the most kind and disciplined individuals. They will kill themselves if they are caught with wrongful acts. So corruption is not really a problem in that country where iGaming industry is known to have that long-running problem. I believe, they will do the right things when it comes to handling this business.

Well, Japanese are people who do abide by the rules and regulations of the countries and if gambling will be banned, they will not use illegal ways to play gambling.
6732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on an insect fight? on: May 10, 2019, 05:13:46 PM
These insect and animal fights become popular in some provinces because there are no means for these people to play gambling and they want to explore something new, so they create spider fighting, insect fighting and so many other forms of gambling that involves animals and insects.
I think most of the countries that do insect and other types of animal fighting are countries where gambling mostly originated from. Those days, they liked to have fun and gamble and using this insect and other types of animals was really fun since they had a lot of spectators.

This gambling has become a tradition in some countries and I believe even with the invention of new and better gambling, they still value his gambling type.  In china for example, they have been practicing insect fighting as spectators and this is the same with Vietnam and Thailand. Japanese for example are known for bug’s fights. They are all weird kind of gambling anyway.
This still happens in many countries. I was watching a documentary about dog fight and to be honest, in countries where dog fight is banned; there had been great number of spectators gathered for the show. So yes these things still happen. People bet on the animal with huge potential to win.

Often the strongest one. I have not heard about incest fight anywhere in my country. People are moving away from these traditions into online gambling.

Now this is the first time i am hearing the Dog fight. I have not seen it i am sure it would be a wild bloody fight.  Huh
I never favor gambling on living animals fights. There must be some rules which prohibit such wild acts which involves the risk of losing the real life.
6733  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: May 05, 2019, 11:43:46 AM
I tried to withdraw 1 bitcoin. The withdraw is pending. More than 24 hours

Today and tomorrow are holidays and the withdrawals will only be processed from Mon-Fri 9-5 NZST timing so your withdrawal will be processed on Monday now.

If i want to transfer my ETN to another another exchange, i can't do that because the ETN withdrawal is disabled. If there any other option for me to withdrawal my ETN directly to an ETN address ?   Or do i have to less in loss and then withdraw the BTC ? Sad

You have the no choice but to endure some loss to take out your money out of cryptopia, I still have USDT on my account and i don't have the options to buy BTC or DOGE and LTC.

If the USDT Trade opens i will sell it at loss so i can finally move on,. So for your ETN it will depend if you still trust cryptopia or not.

Do you think it is sensible to still trust Cryptopia ? If it was an inside Job, then Cryptopia  would never have come back again. The way Cryptopia is coming back slowly makes me feel that they were really hacked and the team is trying to recover from that incident.  But still i am confused where Cryptopia  should be trusted or not ? Huh
6734  Other / Meta / Re: Is it possible to have a sticky threads for gambling discussions? on: May 05, 2019, 10:51:03 AM
After reading this post I remember as a gambler that there should be a post in the likes of this to remind the gamblers about the responsibility of a good gambler. What I suggest is to create a sticky threads in the gambling discussions.

A lot of people wonder what is the criteria of a good gambler, here are some of my thought about good gambler

a good gambler never chase profit
Profit might be the first reason why people gamble, but a good gambler never attached to the profit, the most important thing in gambling is excitement and fun experience, having profit is just the bonus

a good gambler able to control himself / herself
Self controlling is very important in gambling, without a clear mind there will be a lot of mistakes in betting and even causing reckless betting and losing all of the money in split second

a good gambler know when to stop
Setting a limit is very important in gambling, setting a lost limit will prevent you to over spend your money and setting a win limit is  also important because in the long run the house got a bigger chance to win due to the house edge

a good gambler never cause any problem to the surrounding
A good gambler know that the chances of losing money in gambling is huge, so a gambler should never used daily needs money or borrowing money to gamble, and a gambler should never think of robbery or stealing to gamble

a good gambler can accept lost
When losing a good gambler won't blame the surrounding, cursing or accusing the  casino as fraud places, losing is the half part of gambling, if you can't accept lost then dont start to gamble

a good gambler should able to manage the time
A good gambler know how to split the time for family, for friends and for gambling, a good gambler never neglected family or friend just because of gambling

We must encourage people to become a good gambler, so people won't always have a bad judgement about gambler

Again it would be great to see sticky threads on gambling discussions just help out also some of the gamblers being brought down to deep addiction in playing gambling.

A responsible gambler is a good gambler.

All these points have been repeated multiple times here in this Gambling discussion thread but still people do not follow them properly. If gamblers could only follow the rules stated above, they would never be end up in a terrible situations. Its good that you summarized them again.
6735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How safe is Bitcoin gambling on: May 05, 2019, 09:02:14 AM
Hello friends

How safe is bit coin gambling is it worth?
If yes and than how to play and where to play?
can now make a living on this gambling?
waiting for your opinions guys.

hope all good. Wink
There are a lot of bitcoin gambling sites or bitcoin casino that are safe to play like bitsler, stakes, primedice, and many more. I can say that playing in a bitcoin casino is really worth because you can add all of your winnings in your investment, but it will be difficult if you consider it as living because there will be chances that you will get addicted or greedy in playing. I highly suggest for you to play on the bitcoin casino that i have been playing which is Vegascasino are one of the best bitcoin casino because it is safe and secured and bitcoin has been recognized as a highly secure currency system and this makes Vegascasino a safe place to play. It also has hundreds of casino games that you can play and it offers great bonuses for new players that attracts a lot of people.

The casino like primedice, bitsler, stake ,fortune jack, bitvest are safe in a sense that there will be no issue in deposit , withdrawal and the games will be fair too but this does not mean that overall gambling is a safe game. In Gambling you have more chances of lose so you should always be careful if you decide to play gamble with your money.
6736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I spend the daily expense by playing gambling? on: May 05, 2019, 07:43:20 AM
Is it possible to spend daily expenditure by gambling money? I think this is not possible. If you play gambling, the loss is more than profit. But yes, many people can play gambling very well and they can earn a lot of profit. But I would say gambling is never a profession. So it is better not to earn money by playing gambling. Gambling should play just for fun. You should not spend your pocket money with gambling money.

Thank you

Nothing is certain in gambling. You are never sure how much will you win each day and how much you will lose. Gambling should be played for fun or for bonus money only. It should not be used as a major source of income to meet the daily needs. You will not be able to succeed in it.
6737  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin has done it again on: May 05, 2019, 06:22:06 AM
A few months ago I read various old topics about the price of Bitcoin, many people still in 2011-2013 were also very doubtful and also every time when Bitcoin fell in price - a huge number of haters and pessimis appeared. These cycles are repeated for many years and will be repeated. This is normal.

Bitcoin has come up again from each and every bear cycle and people should now realize this. No matter how bad the market is and no matter how much there is negativity in market about bitcoins, it will still come up strongly.
6738  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another uptrend has shaped up trying to break $5600 again on: May 05, 2019, 05:53:56 AM
Well 5600$ has been broken, and i think the price will go to over 6000 $ this month with high chances to hit 7000$, and now bitcoin is still a good option to invest and hold for long for a higher profit.

I do not think that bitcoin prices will cross 7000$ anytime soon. We may now see some retracement in bitcoin prices. We have some support at 5500$ and a major support at 5150$. I think bitcoin will touch these support and then move up again to cross the 6000$.
Just remember that bitcoin will not go straight up without being Pull back.
6739  Economy / Speculation / Re: Many cryptocurrency players have gone bankrupt on: May 05, 2019, 05:17:02 AM
The players that went to bankrupt are those players who are not preapred dont have any plan if theres a problem that they will encounter and some are new players in the world of crypto they invest because they knew the profit is huge.

The players who went bankrupt in crypto , were not players at all. They were mostly newbie who did not have know how of trade and they just jumped into bitcoin trading to make quick money, but eventually they realized that it is not easy to make money in crypto.

About 70% people in bitcoin trading are just newbies who come to make quick money from trading, thinking it is the easiest way to get money. Those are the people who actually lost more than others.

I think the market have shaked everyone but the players that went bankrupt actually didnt analyse the market well as it should be their top most priority and since they are doing really bad handling their business that should be expected But most project just lost funds that are still in crypto but they learned and things are moving on now

It is not easy to survive in the intense bear Market movement from 19800 - 3100$. Only the ones who had the ability and power to Hold could survive this period. However, this bear period is now over and we see bitcoin slowly rising now.
6740  Economy / Speculation / Re: China mining decision May 7 on: May 05, 2019, 04:33:10 AM
So apparently China will announce their decision in 4 days about mining crypto legality. Here's one scenario:

-They say no more mining, 70% of the hashrate disappears immediately, giving other miners a much larger reward than before. Price crashes as they sell for more profits, and it takes time for other miners to take up the slack in other countries. After things settle out price starts rising again in time for next halving.

What do you think? is there another more likely scenario?

Whatever the decision will be, it will only effect the Chinese community and will have no impact globally and on bitcoin price. We all know now that News from China  these days are only to create Fud and therefore, it has much more less impact on bitcoin price and volume.
