that's alot of money, yeah I agree choose coins that are already establish like monero / bitcoin / Litecoin / Dash etc. If you really insist in investing to new ICO then do some intensive research about the project cause some are really promising and has a strong backbone support from their team and community. Though, in my opnion it's better to invest it in bitcoin or monero.

Expect loads of participants who will flock in a hype or Big ICO, mostly average investors who want to part of that project, like me I rarely participate in ICO nowadays. I am now a smart investor who invest not with the hype but the uses and team behind the project. I remembered buying at ico price then price cut to 80% during the first month of the project , i dont wanna drop the name project but was disappointing.

Have to be more vigilant and don't let your guards down. Every hacker now would really try to imitate every single detail to make it look like the real one, phising site normally will be something suspicious that directs you to different link or even some are really obvious would ask for your private keys. We all have to be careful now every thief wanted a piece of our bitcoin and alts

IOTA! blockchain too mainstream , might want to be part of the tangle system. We need to revolutionize and keep embracing changes for the better and learnings. Fan of new ideas that's why I choose IOTA . I just hope there will be an adaptation for tangle and make everything cheaper or zero cost tx fee, I know it's not possible but just want a system that will be TX free and fast. Hope IOTA can deliver in the future so I;m holding my IOTA for next 10 years!

For me Monero or XMR would be the best choice, if there will be a bitcoin crackdown or getting bitcoin holder to pay tax then moneros privacy will be good for everyone who don't want being interrogated with such things in the future , monero big room for growth and is cheaper while the latter cheap but just an alternative for bitcoin.

Consider every other coin beside bitcoin an alt coin,  every ICO that releases a coin or token are considered to be ALT coin. Though some coins are created to be a joke. Maybe high percentage of alt coins are not worth it or zero worth that why an ALT just a substitute for bitcoin and can never really surpass bitcoin bullish run. Too may ALT too few with really useful usage.

Always see this kind of post of FUD everytime bitcoin rallies, It's normal if bitcoin price correct but calling it a bubble don't think so that will burst and crash don't think so. Price of bitcoin is volatile but as of now we cannot really tell why all this rally happening and it's scary but I don't think it's a bubble, maybe more people now are into bitcoin that's why the demand is high.

it's expected most traders don't want to get left behind with bitcoin rally, but when bitcoin stabalize everyone will flock to alts again. though it's really wiser to invest in bitcoin atm since the trend now is going up and there's no reason for bitcoin to crash or what. Still holding my alts though.

Someone who can affect the current price of bitcoin, if a whale dump all his coins it can somehow affect the entire market , it can cause massive dump or gains. I believe whales are smart individuals or traders with loads numbers of bitcoins or alts.

I prefer poloniex some hate it but don't have encountered any problem so far 1 year trading from them. Not sure if they have the lowest fees but all my transactions was smooth never encountered a delay except transferring bitcoin, since bitcoin tx is really slow nowadays.

trusted them my priv key a month ago , got no problem but was alerted that someone from russia tried to access my account. Though not sure if I might have visited a phising site but but after that changed my address and did not use that exchange anymore . Not comfortable giving my priv code rather than the MEW itself

This is absurd. As much as I like free coin , these forks causes drama and pump. So much greedy people wanting to have free money and will try to manipulate again the market, maybe next time they'll fork Mighty bitcoin.

If you invested your 200$ in minexcoin last november 2 , you probably have 8000$ now , if you invested your money last week you got your money doubled by now and enjoyed 3 to 5% rate weekly. Don't invest in bitcoin with that low amount of money. Buy some minexcoin when price go down for a bit since it's currently in a rally. The price jumped from 1$ low to 49$ high with in a month. Isnt that a good profit?

Buy some and hold for awhile , crypto coins will be more valuable in the future if all people will be able to adopt it. Not too late for people who is beginning. Hold and buy more if you have the funds. Monero is a good coin , price is unpredictable but  the low volatility of the coin make if more good to hold.

There is no such thing as perfect timing in crypto world, everything is volatile. Today it's surging it can drop with in 2 hours or less. Just invest in a project that it's promising and you think would generate you high returns, cause the reality is we don't really know the exact time when bitcoin stabilizes the uncertainty is real, and too many flocking to bitcoin these days so the demand is high.
