Rodgers FC players and sporters behavior today was uncalled for and unprofessional and I think behavior like this in the local league should be condemned with strong punishment to serve as lessons to other clubs fans that will want to try something similar, the match against River United could still be as good with a draw and not fighting over an offside goal.

The level of indiscipline in our local league is incomparable anywhere in the world. And this is because there is no severe punishment to deter both fans and players. Everybody behaves how it pleases them and gets away with it. Do you know that the highest compensation referees get when beaten in our league is N250,000 no matter the level of beating. For every punishment on a club, the league managers get a chunk of the money which is not even more than N2 million if at all they are fined whereas those brutalised get peanuts. As the league is winding up now there are alot of underground match fixing going on. Do not be shocked to see surprising goal scorelines.

I dey hope say make youths get their PVC and come out enmass to vote out those yeye politicians in 2023, votes no dey count on social media na to go out and cast votes , na 2023 election will be a big opportunity to permanently retire those moneybags politicians wey thief all our money

I hear as some youths take rough rough Tinubu convoy for Lagos yesterday as against how people take welcome PO for airport. Our politicians them know say if election na by free and fair or online voting as advanced countries them deh do am, all those thieves no go ever smell that seat. And that is why them no want to allow us advance to online voting.

imagine a graduate wey dey earn N30,000 for NPOWER, where a politician dey use 100,000 million collect form, that money is enough to employ many graduates on a N50,000 monthly scales for years.

My brother na true say N30,000 deh small but make we talk true that NPower thing na pure scam. I know of people weh deh enrolled there and get work elsewhere. Them just use that one deh collect from government and I know say e go deh worse for north.
683  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: June 20, 2022, 06:30:55 AM
Una sabi how politicians like to deh over hype themselves na.
But anyhow e take be, Kwankwaso no go fit win presidential election, but e go fit help person win and e go fit make person loss with his supporters.

Na the same thing weh I deh talk. These politicians they act like them pass wetin them be. With all the talk say na Atiku influence them take form PDM weh come enter PDP, Atiku still never fit win election. Abi na Buhari own we want to talk about? Buhari na strongman for north yet he could not win until grandpa Tinubu helped his career. As you talk finish even Kwankwaso himself no fit win presidential election. Na PO be the movement now, Kwankwaso better behave o.

Heartland won their match with Kastina United with a goal scored at the closing time of the first half by Chukwudi Nwaodu. The coach of the team, Erasmus Onuh, is no doubt a great coach but it is the administrative team of the club that is making a mess of the club with unpaid allowances and salaries and that is not encouraging to the team. Heartland is on 17th position with 40 points. Kastina Utd are out of relegation on 14th place with 42 points if the league ends this way. Heartland's next match is with Enyimba FC who are on 4th place on June 26. Let us see if Heartland will repeat their constant victories against Enyimba to drag themselves out of the relegation zone.

The attack of the Super eagle are hungry for goals and Osimhen wants to break that record that's so poor and doesn't represent the nation as a footballing county. Imagine just 37 goals is our higher goal record for most international goal held by Rasheed Yekini.

You are correct that the win means alot to the team eventhough I do not see it as a big deal. I will be very happy if the Super Eagles will still repeat this hunger for goals you mentioned with bigger teams that are reputable for football. They can not only show strength and force when small unfootballing countries are paired with them, they have to show it with majors too. The Super Eagles have been disappointing the nation for a long time. Their matches do not give me any joy, instead it causes me stress and my blood pressure to rise.
686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: AFCON 2023 qualifiers. on: June 17, 2022, 08:26:01 AM
He has high expectations from all of us, previously the team would had likely won but it couldn't have been with such a high goal margin. The previous coaches usually struggle against small natio and the wins are usually narrow but it seems the stories will be different this time around. If the team keep scoring as they're doing then we'll be having the goal advantage to top the group of competition we participate in.

The goal margin does not mean anything to me because Nigeria played with an unknown team. Sao Tome is not a footballing country and defeating them does not prove any point. Am not clapping for the Eagles. If they had defeated a country like Ghana, Cameroon, Senegal, Egypt, Morocco or even Algeria with just a single goal, then I will clap for them. This new coach has not been tested or tried at all with that qualifier. It is still a no score assessment for the coach from me.
687  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Politics and Investment on: June 17, 2022, 07:44:38 AM

The situation you described is a typical Nigeria politics which is deep in corruption. Just look at the money wasted in buying nomination forms and you ask yourself what kind of businesses those who paid that huge amount of money own and run apart from stealing from the citizens in the name of politics. In Europe or America nobody will attempt such shady deal because they know they will be investigated. In Nigeria there is no independent institution to transparently investigate anyone.
688  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: June 17, 2022, 06:47:15 AM
Let us be sincere with our sef if Peter Obi wan win this election he need to form alliance with Kwankwaso this man go bring Northern votes join the southern votes mostly from the youths, dem plenty for North, we no say them dey born pikins anyhow and underage children dey vote wella, but will Kwankwaso agree to be VP to Peter Obi? I don't think that man will summit himself, the man get strong movement for North nicknamed Kwankwasia movement usually associated with Red caps, if the alliance fit happen e go hard for both APC and PDP to win o, because many people don wake up o, sufferness don reset many people brain now, make we no waste another 8 years on old men again  o I beg make una get uns PVC my own dey kampe.

If Kwankwaso agree to be Obi running mate, my brother even Atiku go shit for boxers by force, Tinubu own go be paralysis at once. That man get influence too. From wetin I deh hear, him alone fit give any party weh him support around 5 million votes from the north. But we no know how true that thing be. Una sabi how politicians like to deh over hype themselves na. But anyhow weh e be, I sabi say Kwankwaso no be any pushover for Nigerian politics. Him na big name.

A situation where the center referee takes on a goal decision while on the other side the robot is raising flag for offside. At the end it will now boils down to VAR taking the final decision. To me that will be a bottle neck procedures and it will only make football look boring. Am sure that not what you want as a lover of football!

It is better to get it right with delayed game for 2 minutes to check what happened like they do with the VAR than take a decision in a haste that will affect the game. Am thinking that the linesmen robots will be a good idea. We have seen how the VAR has improved the game rather than slowed it down. Do you know what dint that notorious hand of god goal by Diego Maradona caused football fans in unfair officiating. If it is now, Maradona would not have deceived the referees. Infact he would have been punished for it.

I have been faced with such challenges and I am still facing it.

But I discovered a perfect way to solve the problems.

See the trick. I stopped reading some technical things about bitcoin because it sometimes difficult to understand and even tends to contradict.

This is why I want to understand those technical things because I do not want people to see me as contracting myself when am taking about bitcoin. I like to find answers to what confuses me and not run away from it and this is why am putting effort in knowing the technical aspect of bitcoin because it confuses me. I will keep trying to find a way out of this. Thank you.
691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: June 15, 2022, 05:59:10 AM

I have read interesting things about how the host nation is preparing for the tournament. One of the things that is exciting me is the use of robots as the side referees. I want to see how this will work out. I saw a human shaped robot displayed but I do not know if that is the type to be used or one of those funny looking types we often see online. It will be nice to see how robots interact with man to save man. It is the same help we now get from VAR. Before its introduction alot ot people said it would spoil the fun in the game. But we have seen now that it helps the game more than any.

Sowore talk say for him to dey travel to go learn mean say e never prepare to rule Nigeria.
While Deji talk say, him suppose dey Ekiti where election go happen to try deliver him candidate. But him run commot for the country.

Wetin be una position for this matter?

Omoyele Sowere na talkative. No be every matter person weh be leader deh put mouth. E get some weh you go leave for your boys or followers to talk. Na so Sowerw supposed to deh do. Problem with darkness be say e no deh like truth. As Peter Obi talk true wetin him want to go do for Egypt na crime for Sowere eye. So person weh deh lead go stop to deh learn abi? Una see Sowere way of reasoning now abi? My brother if you know wetin these so called activists deh do behind closed doors you no go even want to talk to any of them. Most of them no get any genuine intentions, na money them deh find. For Deji matter, I no sabi whether LP get candidate for the Ekiti election. If Labour no get candidate I no see any reason why Peter Obi should go there.

Hold on, I just go to eat breakfast with Elon Musk and then wipe my buttocks and leave and that is all? Are you saying Elon is now the immortal being that exists on earth and once I touch him I will not have to die any more because that is the only thing that can make me contemplate exchanging 10btc for a breakfast with him. Outside that, nothing else. I will not dare it. Do you know what turnaround 10btc can do to anyone's life. I will not even risk 5btc in exchange for a meal with Elon talkless of 10btc.
694  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: June 14, 2022, 08:25:38 AM
The youths have been underestimated alot in Nigeria, who learn or get courage and confidence from the Endsars matters ?

Na the youths take them hand deh underestimate themselves. Small money like these weh the youths go see them go begin change mouth. See how#endsars case take be. Na the same youths them deh support Tinubu and Atiku now and many of them deh talk say Peter Obi no stand any chance for the election. But me and you sabi say na Obi be the best candidate. Youths want where them go give them money. And Obi no deh give shinshi. Na that one deh make them no support Peter Obi.

but my question be say enh, why him no shake him hand as others them dey do ? Make ornah shuck mouth for this matters. I mean why Boris Johnson no shake PO ? Abi make I no worry about am ?

Nigerians we too like superstitions and permutations o. I no see anything weh happen for the picture. No be everybody deh like shake hands.
695  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you struggle learning about bitcoin? on: June 14, 2022, 08:08:39 AM
Bitcoin technical is a big challenge to me, I tried reading books to get knowledge about the technical aspect of bitcoin but it was very complicated for me to understand it, since then I gave up about it.

Yes, books make it even worse. And that was why I said I did not want book recommendations. But it is a relief to read from people here to know that am not the only one who finds it difficult understanding bitcoin. Though I have invested in some tokens which are all down now, I do not want to end only at this level. I want to be able to know more so I can also teach and mentor others. Am not going to allow my blockhead stop me here. I will keep watching and learning. Thank you all for all your contributions. Am happy people took their time to respond to my issue.
696  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Power Or Money ? on: June 13, 2022, 07:11:11 AM

I will choose power over money because power will do what money can not do. This is the reason why despite being very rich, you will still have those who are very wealthy struggling to get hold of power. Someone like Elon Musk will still not look fulfilled until he becomes the president of America. Offer him that on a platter of gold and you will see how quickly he will rush to take it. With power, you can crumble a man with money. Am talking about political power here.
697  Other / Beginners & Help / Do you struggle learning about bitcoin? on: June 13, 2022, 06:34:51 AM

I do not know if this topic has been shared here before but it is something that has given me serious concern. Eventhough I have been registered here a long time ago, I still find it difficult learning and understanding bitcoin technical aspect, the blockchain and development. I know this is a shame to admit but that is what am faced with. I once tried to read the white paper but could not make much meaning out of it. Is this just only me as someone who has zero knowledge of science or there are also people who are in science but still find learning bitcoin confusing and challenging? Is there a way out of this? Please am not asking for books to read. I need real life experiences of those who passed through this and overcame it.

Na the same man weh tell us say to tackle unemployment, say na to recruit 10million youths into the army and they will be eating agbado, rice, cassava.' Which kind mumu talk be that self.
My brother na 50 million youths the old man talk, the statement shock me shaa.

O, the thing shock you self. You see the figure weh the man put there. A whole 50 million youths for that matter. The same youths weh them deh kill up and down. The way Tinubu and his friends take handle that #endsars movement, no youths supposed even take about Tinubu at all. But e be like say we love people weh deh oppress us for this country.

Everybody weh deh support Tinubu, may Tinubu happen to all of una. Na only Peter Obi dey sane among the candidates.
This is not the right approach to the campaign.

My brother, na simple prayer point be that. No be curse na. Since people like suffering, make e happen only for them head. The Buhari own weh we deh no do them. Them see a man weh hand deh shake shake and they say na him go be their president, he could not even hold the flag when it was given to him, may the man rule their businesses and lives na. Na simple matter like that. How people go open their eyes and walk into pit? How? Love of money na him keep us like this for 9ja.
699  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: June 12, 2022, 07:59:25 PM
This country no be our own, make we pray see if miracle fit happen, Obi go return the country to us.

I don tire to pray for Nigeria like this weh I deh now. Prayer no fit solve our problem and I agree with people weh deh talk say na only revolution fit to correct so many things for this country. See as people parents weh supposed deh reasonable take vote for man weh him hand deh shake like small pikin own because of old age. Na the same man weh tell us say to tackle unemployment, say na to recruit 10million youths into the army and they will be eating agbado, rice, cassava.' Which kind mumu talk be that self. Everybody weh deh support Tinubu, may Tinubu happen to all of una. Na only Peter Obi dey sane among the candidates.

i am african and i have also followed all leagues,

This is interesting to know that you are African. I never thought you were. I used to read your posts years ago. You write well too. Are you a Nigerian? Am asking because most of those who are not Nigerians do not like to watch our games because of poor officiating and pitches.

As I predicted that it would be very difficult for Heartland FC to win their away matches. So, they lost to Lobi Stars today 2-1. Heartland is looking like they will taste relegation. I do not know what magic will pull them out.
