Onwards and upwards, just looking at todays games now.

VP vs Spirit

Nigma vs Team Secret

OG vs NiP

Nothing that lucrative, maybe some +1.5 action I guess.
Is it certain that Spirit, Nigma, and OG will be eliminated? Since they're currently in the last 3 positions in their groups and even their scores are so far from the 4th position in their group.

So if it's true, then these matches are a bit more unpredictable because I'm not sure whether they will play seriously or just for fun.

Yes, those 3 teams are eliminated for sure. They can't advance to the playoffs anymore, no matter the outcome of their last matches. However, top 4 teams in each group are playing for the seed now and their matches vs teams that are already out matter, in a way. They need wins to catch that higher seed going into the playoffs. Higher seed means = "easier opponent" in the round 1 of playoffs (or opponent who did worse in this tournament, worse win - loss ratio).

[DOTA 2] Today is the last day of WePlay! Pushka League Season 1: Division 1 group stage. There are still 3 matches to be played. European group is already settled as 4 teams that are advancing on are already known, while in the CIS group, we still need to determined 4th team that will advance on.

Virtus Pro - Team Spirit: Virtus Pro -1.5, 1.55 @ BetOnBit
Nigma - Team Secret: Team Secret -1.5, 1.87 @ BetOnBit
OG - Ninjas in Pyjamas: Ninjas in Pyjamas, 1.91 @ BetOnBit

This match will be more like a show match rather than a really competitive match that will determine something. Team Secret has already secured their top 4 placement. On the other side Nigma fell short, as they are holding the bottom of the table with only 1 win out of 5 matches. They are looking terrible as they can’t find their gameplay and pace in this patch. Even if they win vs Team Secret, they won’t advance on. They don’t have a chance anymore to be in the playoffs, and it’s very questionable how both teams will approach this match. Team Secret again showed their dominance and with 4 wins and 1 loss they are holding 2nd place in the group. Team Liquid was the only team who managed to beat Secret in this tournament. However, if Team Secret wins this match they will jump to the 1st place in the group and they will have better seeding for the playoffs. Is this worth an effort from Team Secret? We will see. Surely, when we look at both teams and their performances during this group stage, we must admit, Nigma has no chance here.

These teams are in the same position like Nigma and Secret. OG disappointed us all in this tournament, as the 2x TI champions looked terrible and they are holding 5th place in their group with only 1 win. They have lost matches vs Secret, Liquid, Alliance and even their academy team OG.Seed. On the positive note they have managed to beat Nigma with 2-0, even though Nigma is looking like the worst team in this group right now. NiP (ex Chicken Fighters) have already secured their top 4 placement in the group, and with 3 wins and 2 losses they are firmly holding 4th place. NiP has secured playoffs, OG can’t advance anymore. So what will we watch? Hopefully some nice and fun Dota, without any pressure. NiP are looking really good, and I do think they surely have more motivation than OG. NiP has something to play for, as they want to show their new organization that they’ve deserved to defend NiP colors and banners. Odds on NiP are amazing and as OG is playing with 2 stand-ins in this whole tournament, I do believe NiP has a chance to take on OG and defeat them.

[DOTA 2] This will be the last day for some teams. And a final chance to grab their top 4 spot in their group. Yesterday I predicted everything right, let’s see what will happen on Tuesday at WePlay! Pushka League Season 1: Division 1.

Team Secret - Ninjas in Pyjamas: Ninjas in Pyjamas 1.5, 1.78 @ BetOnBit
Nigma - Alliance: Over 2.5, 1.94 @ BetOnBit
Virtus Pro - VP.Prodigy: Virtus Pro, 1.42 @ BetOnBit
B8 - flytomoon: flytomoon -1.5, 1.48 @ BetOnBit

First match of the day in Pushka League and it’s already a giver. Both teams are still fighting for top 4 placement in their EU group. Both teams have 3 wins and 1 loss. Team Secret got surprised by Team Liquid and they’ve managed to lose that match. OG managed to take a map off Secret too. OG, a team which is eliminated from the group already. The new NiP squad is looking really good, the ex Chicken Fighters squad are playing even better since they’ve joined NiP. They’ve shown amazing play vs Nigma and Liquid, and I do believe they can take a map off mighty Team Secret here. Amazing odds on handicap here.

Alliance is holding 1st place in the European group for now. With 4 wins and 1 loss they have looked really dominant in the previous matches, even if the scores were tight. The only match that they’ve dropped was vs Team Secret. On the other hand, Nigma is something that Team Liquid used to be in the ESL One LA Online tournament, a team that other teams are playing with. They have had disastrous performances and games in this tournament until now. They have only 1 win vs OG.Seed, and that was a close one (2-1). Alliance has already secured a top placement, and they might relax a little bit, where Nigma is waiting for their chance. They need this win, and they will do everything to take a map and to threat Alliance. This could go to 3 maps.

It surprised me how Virtus.Pro in this match are not such big favourites, according to the sportsbooks odds for this match. Their young academy team is doing pretty well and with 4 wins and 1 loss they have already secured their playoff spot. Virtus.Pro is sitting at 2 wins and 2 losses, but they still have a chance to advance on. This is a high risk match for betting, since partner teams within the same organization are playing each other and manipulation is possible. Virtus.Pro needs that playoff spot, and I doubt the organization behind Virtus.Pro will allow VP.Prodigy to humiliate their main team and take a playoff spot from them. Why would you have 1 team in the playoffs, when you can have 2?

B8 have nothing to play for here anymore, only their pride. They are 0-5 in the CIS group without a single map won. FlyToMoon are currently sitting in 5th place with 2 wins and 3 losses, but they still have a chance to advance. They need to beat B8, and their motivation should be high. They showed that they can beat much stronger teams like Spirit and VP.Prodigy, and I don’t see a reason why they wouldn’t beat B8 here. They will aim for 2-0 here, they need it to advance.

✅ HellRaisers - Team Spirit: HellRaisers
687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: May 04, 2020, 10:53:07 AM
[DOTA 2] The last couple of days at WePlay! Pushka League Season 1: Division 1 have been really exciting. Teams are preparing for the last phase of the group stage play. In the last 3 days of the group stage we will find out exactly which 8 teams will advance to the playoffs.

B8 - VP.Prodigy: VP.Prodigy -1.5, 1.44 @ BetOnBit
Team Liquid - OG Seed: Team Liquid, 1.41 @ BetOnBit
HellRaisers - Team Spirit: HellRaisers, 1.41 @ BetOnBit

B8 are on a 14 games losing streak in all Dota competitions. The situation doesn’t look good for them, as they can’t find their pace and they are constantly switching and changing players. In the last few matches in this league, Skylark and SsaSpartan are playing positions 3 and 4 instead of Ghostik and KingR. They are trying various plays, looking for something that will work out, but sadly they haven’t found a successful tactic for now. In this league, they are holding last place in their group with 4 losses and 0 maps won. On the other side, VP.Prodigy is looking amazing lately and they have 3 wins and 1 loss in this league for now. They need 1 more win to secure their top 4 placement in the CIS group. This must be their win, they have beat a lot of stronger teams then B8. B8 is just not ready for tier 1 CIS competitions. This should be a 2-0 for VP.Prodigy.

Both OG.Seed and their parent team OG are locked down at the bottom of European group. OG.Seed has only 1 win and 4 losses, but interestingly enough they took maps off some amazing teams. They managed to take a map off Nigma, Alliance, NiP and they’ve even managed to beat even their main team OG. Impressive, but that win is questionable. Liquid are looking like a completely different team compared to their performance in ESL One: LA Online tournament, where they were demolished by almost all teams in the group. Here, they are looking really solid, decent plays, rotations and pick / ban phase. They are on the brink of securing their top 4 position in the EU group and taking their playoff spot. With 3 wins, and 2 losses they are surely a big threat to OG.Seed. They are playing way better, and Liquid ML should be a safe bet here.

HellRaisers have already secured their top 4 spot in the group and playoffs as well. What does that mean for their match vs Team Spirit? Even if Team Spirit is on the bottom of the table with 1 win and 3 losses, they still have 2 matches to go and there is a chance for them to qualify. They must win all upcoming matches to do that. Will HellRaisers relax a little bit and put their guard down because they already qualified for the playoffs? That’s the real question. HellRaisers only lost to VP.Prodigy, but they’ve beat their parent team Virtus.Pro. Impressive, I must say. Team Spirit won only against B8, and they took maps off NaVi and FlyToMoon. I’m not sure that’s enough to beat HellRaisers. HellRaisers should be a good bet here, if you find a good odds.

Safe bets today.

Todays games

Hellraiser vs VP.Prodigy

OG vs OG.Seed

Alliance vs Ninjas In Pyjamas

Any thoughts on these ones? first game starts in about half an hour,

is OG.Seed one of those apprentice teams you were telling me about? like the training team for full OG?

Broke even yesterday, thanks.

I've written my predictions in the post above. Regarding OG.Seed, yes, they are like academy team of OG, same as VirtusPro.Prodigy for VirtusPro. They are like apprentice squads, young talents ready to develop.

[DOTA 2] WePlay! Pushka League Season 1 continues to shock us. Underdogs are performing and favourites are disappointing. 2 out of 3 favourites lost their matches on Thursday. NaVi dismantled VirtusPro and they are now holding 1st place in the CIS group. What a surprise. Let’s see what Friday can bring us

B8 - HellRaisers: HellRaisers -1.5, 1.52 @ BetOnBit
flytomoon - Team Spirit: Team Spirit, 2.19 @ BetOnBit
Team Liquid - OG: Team Liquid 1.5, 1.55 @ BetOnBit

As I have already said, B8 is one of the weakest CIS tier 1 squads. They didn’t do anything in the previous ESL One LA Online tournament, and it looks like they don’t have a chance to do anything in this league too. They are currently holding last place in the group with 2 losses. They are 0-4 in maps as they dominantly lost vs NaVi and Team Spirit. On the other side, HellRaisers is a nice surprise for us all. We knew that they were really good and that they are a really solid CIS team, but are they ready now for the next step? Seems like yes, it seems like this is their patch. They are sharing 1st place in the group with 3 wins vs NaVi, VirtusPro and FlyToMoon. Really impressive results, especially vs Virtus.Pro, who are on the downfall. HellRaisers should win this match, and I don’t give any chance for B8 to do anything here.

It’s so weird to see FlyToMoon here as favourites. However, they’ve deserved that title maybe with their last performances. Even though they have only 2 wins from their last 5 matches, they have shown really good performance and games vs Virtus.Pro where they took a map, and by beating VP.Prodigy 2-1, a team that was on a hot streak beforehand. Team Spirit is a team that can beat anyone in the CIS scene, maybe in the top 4 teams from CIS currently, together with Virtus.Pro, HellRaisers and VP.Prodigy. They have beaten a weak B8 and lost to NaVi and VP.Prodigy. They really had hard matches and games, especially as NaVi woke up and they are dominating this group. In this situation, I would give a slight edge to Team Spirit, because I’m still nostalgic when I remember their ESL One LA Online performance. Amazing odds on Spirit as this match is way more even than the odds show.

Team Liquid is really an example that everybody can beat each other in this league. Team Liquid that had looked disastrous in the ESL One LA Online, are now creators of shocking surprises. They crushed Nigma, they crushed Team Secret, but they have lost to NiP and Alliance. It’s really hard to understand those results, but let’s remember teams / players are playing from home and are way more relaxed and chilled then they would be usually in normal circumstances. OG has 2 defeats, one vs Alliance and another one vs Team Secret. In their last match vs Secret, MidOne played for OG, instead of their temporarily standin Wish-. We still don’t know what their roster will look like for the match vs Liquid. After watching Liquid defeat Team Secret, I must give them some credit, and for that betting on Liquid +1.5 handicap is a good way to go. According to sportsbooks, OG are heavy favourites in this best of 3 match with approximate 1.40 odds.

Thanks for taking the  time to write all this out.

I decided to get back in and have another go.

Missed the first game but funded now and put something on the other 2 matches

[DOTA 2] Wednesday was a really interesting day at WePlay! Pushka League Season 1. Two out of 3 favourites losing their matches, and 3rd favourite barely taking their match victory. Both VirtusPro squads lost their matches, and Team Secret barely won against a mixed OG squad. Let’s see what are the next scheduled matches.

Alliance - OG Seed: Alliance, 1.34 @ BetOnBit
Team Secret - Team Liquid: Team Secret -1.5, 1.69 @ BetOnBit
Natus Vincere - Virtus Pro: Virtus Pro -1.5, 1.86 @ BetOnBit

When Alliance last faced OG.Seed two months ago, they won that match easily. However, Alliance had a slightly different lineup 2 months ago compared to today. Let’s keep in mind, they still don’t have a position 5 player, as they are using Gambit’s fng as their temporary stand-in for this tournament. OG.Seed are currently holding last place in their European group with 3 losses out of 3 matches played. They had a pretty hard schedule though as they faced Secret, Nigma and NiP. On the other side, Alliance won vs OG and Liquid, both with 2-1 results. Team Secret was a little bit too much for them currently, as this is their only loss for now. However, in this match I don’t expect anything else than Alliance winning it. Each day I’m more and more impressed with their carry NikoBaby, as I think he is one of the best EU carries nowadays. Big bet on Alliance for me.

Team Secret are together with NiP the most dominant team in this group. They are holding 2nd place currently with 3 wins and a 100% win ratio. They have dropped a map only to OG. On the other hand, Liquid was demolished in the recently played ESL One LA Online tournament, they were falling apart in all matches with their disappointing play and communication. Can they fix it for their upcoming matches in WePlay! Pushka League Season 1? To a certain level, yes. But more of that, no. I don’t think this is their patch or they have some bigger and more serious problems within the team. Liquid only has 1 win in this league as they have managed to beat Nigma with a close 2-1, but they have lost to Alliance and NiP. Team Secret are big favourites here. 2-0 is highly possible.

Is NaVi coming back after their disastrous performance at ESL One LA? They have managed to connect 3 wins in a row vs Spirit, FlyToMoon and B8. NaVi is the team with the most matches played in this league for now. They have 4 matches behind them and with 3 wins and only 1 loss they are holding 2nd place currently in their CIS group. On the other side, Virtus.Pro was knocked down by HellRaisers on Wednesday, losing the match 1-2. They were big favourites beforehand, but a lot of missplays and fail picks did bring them their first loss in this league. They have one win vs FlyToMoon however, as they are sitting on 4th place in the rankings with 1 win and 1 loss. It’s interesting that Virtus.Pro managed to drop 3 maps in only 2 matches, and now I wonder how they can perform in the next games. Will they be back to their dominant ESL One LA performance, or did they hit the wall? As a conclusion to this, I do believe they are big favourites vs NaVi, and hopefully they can prove that they are the strongest CIS team at the moment.

Damnn, OG just changed their roster again. CCnC will be their pos 2 instead of W1sh- but I don't know whether this will remain until the end of the tournament or not.

~snipped~

Can we change our placed bet on BetOnBit.com?

It appears that they have a habit right now to change their roster when they're entering new tournament. If they didn't win their past tournament with their current roster, they then decide to change someone after it.  Roll Eyes

Regarding your placed bet on BetOnBit, if I'm not mistaken, you cannot change it. Well, most of the bookies don't allow it. You can try reaching out to their support team but I doubt if they'll consider of cancelling it.
I am also worried about the roster of OG. Since MidOne is in Asia right now right? So now he will play with the EU server, he will probably get a huge ping playing there. And as far as I know, the time here in Asia is around 4 am when he played against Team Secret. For sure the time and the ping of MidOne could really affect their game.
Correct me if I am wrong if MidOne is in Asia and when he will play in EU server, ping is not good, right?

No, ping is too high for him to be able to play normally or high level without the lag. Ping is around 200 for him.
700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: April 29, 2020, 09:34:40 PM
yeah you bet on the team.

so be it if they changed something.

Do you get your bets back in the premier league when your scorer gets substituted?

Good point. There are no sportsbooks that would change or cancel your bets because of 1 different player in a esports team. That's not possible, or at least I have never heard that somebody is doing this. Ofc there are websites where you can cancel your bet beforehand (in exchange for some fee or %), but that's their general system and is not connected to the team replacements.
