If it is, how difficult would it be?

Is it possible to know how much BTC is in an encrypted wallet.dat without decrypting it? If so, how?

It was kept closed source so that the code couldn't be stolen while they were working on features. Apparently the devs have reached a point where they now feel comfortable releasing the code.

I had to pick one: Dogecoin. The community is just too stubborn, determined, and ambitious for it to die. I think it will be around for a very long time. Even if it can't reach massive adoption, there will always be DOGE enthusiasts that will buy the coin and accept it as payment.

It is happening as we speak. As the American economy goes, so goes American money.

I, certainly, see Apple Pay as a threat to cryptocurrencies being used for in-person transactions. This will do nothing to effect their attractiveness for online payment and low-fee money transfers though.

At this point in time, with the coinz individual worth seems to be fairly low and with so few coins that have been mined, I doubt it would profitable for any exchanges to list. Let's hope this changes in the future
