Десятый раз пытаюсь перевести биткоин на другуй адрес биткоин. Ссылка для подтверждения на почту приходит, перевод потверждаю, сайт отвечает - Transfer was successful , но деньги так никуда не переводятся. Сначала, неделю не мог перевести с карты на баланс биткоин, теперь биткоин никуда не вывести.
с трансферами временные ограничения. будем держать в курсе. по конкретным вопросам, пожалуйста, пишите в саппорт

We pay for our debit card and your exchange rates. So it is not free. You should warn us before placing a purchase order. But you haven't. That's simply showing how thoughtless you are. And your attitude.
mate, once again, it was not planned and it is temporary - and there was no time for warnings and probably no need for FAQ, as this won't last long. If it does, there will definitely be proper notice. Understand this may be a bit inconvenient, please, accept our apologies for that.

Hello, i am unable to make transfer from my bitcoin wallet to another BTC address. After i initiate the transfer, and clicked on the confirmation link in email, my BTC gets deducted but comes back few seconds later, and no BTC is transferred.
Whats going on.
I have been trying to pay someone 3 hours but e-coin wont let me.

Trying to make a transfer. are those BTC which you bought via E-Coin or deposited from other wallets? bought. there is a temporary limitation in place - BTC bought via E-Coin can be transferred out not before 3 days after purchase. We will keep you posted on the developments/changes Why the hell don't you let us know that before we buy bitcoin? Show a warning before we buy. Create some FAQ document. How can you be this thoughtless? We aren't using a free service. BUY bitcoin is effectively a free service for the time being. This was not a planned measure, so, FAQ is not really applicable here, and "thoughtless" is not the most appropriate term. As mentioned, this is a temporary thing, and will keep you posted

With eCoin and with Spectrocoin the payment is possible in EUR / USD / GBP. Of course payments are possible in the world, but why there is no physical card for australia? - so that there are no (3%) exchange fee´s on top That would be great if anyone has a solution it's mostly about banks willing to work with bitcoin, there aren't many despite all the talks. Anyway, thinking about it and working on possible solutions

Жду сообщения на почте когда сделают, отправят карту, а так же DHL номер трек. Пока ответа по почте не пришло.
праздничные дни в России не влияют, однако 2 мая был выходным в Англии и некоторых европейских странах, поэтому 30-1-2 наш банк-эмитент тоже не работал. С сегодняшнего дня в нормальном режиме; карты, как правило отправляются на следующий рабочий день после заказа, трекинговый номер высылается в течение 3-4 дней. Приветствую всех! Недавно зарегистрировался на e-coin.io с целью получить пластиковую карту для снятия биткоинов в рублях/долларах с банкоматов. Скажите, платформа дышит? Карты выпускаются, пополнение без проблем? И ещё вопросы: - кошельки начинаются с цифры 3 а не с 1, это верно? Могу ли я с биткойн-кошелька другой системы отправлять на него? - когда я нажимаю "сгенерировать" адрес каждый раз другой. а если кину битки на старый? кошелек e-coin не пополнится? - по заказу карты: указал только first name(имя) и last name (фамилия), address line 1 в формате: "дом-корпус-квартира улица UL." address line 2 и 3 не трогал, потом страна, почтовый индекс и телефон. имя на карте: "ИМЯ ФАМИЛИЯ" с большой буквы. При изготовлении и доставке карты такой формат поймут? У меня корпус дома - буквой, тоесть вот так: 33-A-77 Terneeva UL. <=> ул. Тернеева, дом 33 корпус А, кв. 77 - Если заказал доставку DHL, то за сколько минимум/максимум дней дойдет до получателя(Россия)? - Каким образом сообщается трек-номер DHL? На почту или по запросу в саппорт? Если представитель e-coin в форуме, с благодарностью выслушаю! добрый день! И дышит, и растет, и развивается. - можете отправлять с кошелька в любой системе. Если у вас кошелек BitGo, то зачисление биткойнов моментальное, не нужно ждать 6 подтверждений - генерация каждый раз нового адреса - это лучшая практика с точки зрения безопасности. Можете слать и на старые, все дойдет. Единственное, это не должны быть адреса, сгенерированные очень давно. - адрес должны понять. Если заказали DHL, и у них возникнут какие-то вопросы по адресу, вам просто позвонят. Или сами можете сконтактировать с местным офисом и все отстыковать, как только станет доступным трекинг номер. Он придет на зарегистрированный емэйл. Максимум - не должно быть больше недели с момента отправки. Минимум, из опыта - клиенты получали через два-три дня после заказа.

actually of all the times i used e-coin over 2/3 times i have hit these kinda weird delays its just safest for everyone to assume these delays happen a happy speedup is a LOT better than a unexpected delay Wirex is the new brand (and wider service) that E-Coin is being transformed to, information e-mails have been and are being sent to all registered users. Wirex App is already available in Apple Store and Google Play - very convenient tool, although not fully copying all the functionality you get using the website.
wirexapp.com is going to be fully launched hopefully in May, until then, you can use e-coin.io or the mobile app.

For the record, after they have received my ticket from e-mailing support@wirexapp.com, they released my bitcoins and then I was able to re-try loading up the card. It took a few seconds and I got the monies. Moral of the story; do not use the contact form on e-coin. Thanks guys! thank you for the confirmation!
