i was thinking to buy btc when it was 3000, now it is above 7000, i am still thinking..  That's why it is smart to do dollar cost averaging!! You don't need to trade and speculate and if you can't or lack the knowledge. That's ok. Instead just buy each month a bit of Bitcoin. For about 50-100 bucks maybe if you can afford. Smoke less, drink less or eat less junkfood. It's good for your health and will probably make you some nice profit in the future. So whatever the price is, buy regularly small portions. Do this for 2-3 years and in 5 years you may get a pretty nice return! Think long-term;) So it seems that you have not done anything except of just thinking and making castles in the air.
