cmon ,you scaring the guy  Huh

sure, all you need to do is a little research, learn some programming languages.

learn basic php, java, javascript, python.

then go to harder tutorials and start learning how to make real programs using the language of the cyber masters.  Shocked

https://blog.rapidapi.com/20-tutorials-on-how-to-create-your-own-api-sorted-by-programming-language/

Shocked This is a big source for me! Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to improve my skills and creating API's are one of my interest areas in these days. I want to create some blockchain services but as I said I call myself a newbie on blockchain development.

+1. This reminds me of Mark Karpelès (Mt. Gox ex-CEO) asking newbie questions days before launching the exchange, and sending Mt. Gox passwords in clear text after its launch.

Are you sure that you can protect your customers funds? Smiley

I can understand your concerns, but I'm not going to release it just after I learn how to do it Smiley I said that I'm looking some information how to do that and I'm not going to publish it to users. It's for improving my skills.

BTW it's good to know someone taking care of user security Wink

whut?Huh? this smells like a disaster

Not that much Smiley I'm trying to learn, not being a trouble Wink In general people offer to ask Google but, in some certain topics Google is not bringing the necessary results. That's why we have this forum, to share the knowledge...
684  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: API for online Bitcoin wallet on: May 21, 2018, 07:58:00 AM
Yes it is very much possible. Even I have seen some crypto exchanges using same process (idex.market) is one example. Usually they are focused on ERC-20 tokesn and ETH only. But this can be done for Bitcoin too.

But before going into technical details, please layout your plan and main purpose. I mean are you going to use if for yourself or planning to launch for public use. Because you have consider the security issues, which can be a big challenge.

Now as for API is concern its pretty straight forward. If you know Javascript a little and aware of JSON you are good to to go.
Here is the  API documentation. https://bitcoin.org/en/developer-reference

API calls list https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Original_Bitcoin_client/API_calls_list

Thank you for the references. I will check. I know Javascript but I can't aware JSON because it's required for output on most cases Smiley
685  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain wallet on: May 21, 2018, 06:37:58 AM
In the Blockchain wallet, is the address shown after i click on the Request button also the address for depositing?

Yes and it changes every time you receive Bitcoin to that address. This is normal and it's the safest way to keep your funds safe. Do not use the same address for multiple transactions. Indeed there is no problem on using the same address for multiple transactions but in this way, people will be able to match the address with you. So, for your own safety and anonymity use new address each time you will receive Bitcoin...
686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best country for crypto on: May 21, 2018, 06:09:57 AM
Switzerland know as "bank of countries" in financial world.  It's not surprising that Switzerland is the best country for crypto currencies because they have the best know-how on finance. As we know Japan made regulations and Japan's Financial Services Agency officially recognized 11 companies as registered cryptocurrency exchange operators. This is the latest decision in Japan to show support for digital currency. In April, it passed a law recognizing Bitcoin as legal tender. When countries recognize Bitcoin as a tradable value, Bitcoin will be the biggest financial instrument on the world.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The effect of altcoin on bitcoin? on: May 19, 2018, 07:08:53 AM
The easiest way to get big income from crypto currencies is to own an altcoin when it's in the dip and that's why each day we see a new  altcoin is being published either by ICO or by some entrepreneurs. Buying and selling altcoins (day trading) volume, income and increase marketcap...
688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook is Working on Blockchain Technology but What is it About? on: May 19, 2018, 07:04:17 AM
Facebook is planing to use it's own crypto currency for paying for ads. Probably they learned that crypto currencies will be in our future as payment alternatives Facebook wouldn't ignore crypto currencies. Having alternative payment options is good but I don't think every company needs it's own crypto currency.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Listening To False News... on: May 19, 2018, 07:01:21 AM
News and speculations are the things you have to follow on crypto market. Don't forget the saying: "Buy the rumor sell the news" Nearly all altcoins especially low volume ones are the target of speculators. To get rid of being fooled stay tuned and follow every news but try to confirm it from multiple sources (not just from Twitter people)
690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you store your 24 word phrase? on: May 18, 2018, 09:25:38 AM
I have a secured container created with Veracrypt a fork of Truecrypt. You can create as much as you need and recreate a new one if the previous one is out of space. Also, it's possible to select encryption alternative according to the performance of your machine. Some encryption methods take too much time to decrypt so it's better to test it before starting to use. You can have several copies of the container on multiple devices and secure them in secret places like a safe storage at yor office, house or a bank safe storage etc. It's also possible to encrypt a partition or a whole drive with Veracrypt.
691  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can BCH surpass BTC in payment functionality? on: May 17, 2018, 07:46:39 PM
Think that you run your own company (ex. CryptoCCknow Inc.) and one of your clients, copy your business idea increase the capacity, decrease the fees and promotes the new company as CryptoCCknow Cash Inc. Technically everything is the same except capacity and CryptoCCknow Cash Inc. has a huge promotion budget that earned from CryptoCCknow Inc. shares

Would you think that CryptoCCknow Cash Inc. surpass your company in functionality?
692  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / API for online Bitcoin wallet on: May 17, 2018, 07:28:39 PM
Hello, I'm planning to create an API but I'm a newbie about API's.

Are there anyone willing to give some information?

How can I find documentation about creating an API to communicate a Bitcoin fullnode for

- Creating a new wallet on client side (browser storage)
- Keeping private key on client side (browser storage)
- Able to login via Private Key or Seed
- Send, Receive functions.

Also, I'm not sure if it's possible or not or how complicated it is... Just wondering and looking for some clues...
693  Local / Türkçe (Turkish) / Re: Bitcoin için Debit Card (ATMden bozmak için) on: May 17, 2018, 07:22:33 PM

694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does bitcoin have value? on: May 17, 2018, 06:34:34 PM
Simple question: Why does a currency (paper or coin) have a value? Who decides it and how do they guarantee the value of the amount, written on it? Just governments.

On the other hand, Bitcoin is the money of a global community. You are already a member of the community. Yes it's not secret that someone who has fiat currency pays for Bitcoin but it's being created according to some strict rules. You can't create Bitcoin behind closed doors whenever you want...
695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The bitcoin rate is kept close to a minimum for five weeks on: May 17, 2018, 03:10:28 PM
Bitcoin, in general all crypto currencies are volatile but it depends on news, speculations, regulations etc. There are too much parameters that changes the prices (relationship with other crypto currencies, buying bitcoin to buy altcoins etc.) In fact a stable price is not something we expect for cryptos unless there is enough liquidity.
696  Local / Türkçe (Turkish) / Re: Bitcoin için Debit Card (ATMden bozmak için) on: May 17, 2018, 12:36:28 PM

697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience is the key on: May 16, 2018, 02:04:34 PM
Crypto market is the place where professionals take newbies' money. So if you are not patient enough enough you are most likely to loose some money while trading. Also if you don't have a strategy, you are the candidate to enter loosers list...

699  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: design of ANN on: May 15, 2018, 11:00:31 AM
how correctly to issue the ANN, what rank should be and what in your opinion the most successful ANN, you can link

It's better to check current ANN posts and the post creator ranks. Note down the designs you like and dig into the Html codes. Mostly, well known forum moderators and high ranked users start the ANN posts, so if you need help, you can contact them. Also, check the translators on ANN posts. On local boards, translators also posts for local announcements...
700  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How do you earn money in the blockchain economy? on: May 14, 2018, 08:12:25 PM
I'm a founder but crypto currency itself is not the source I make money. I do invest in multiple crypto currencies as much as I can but I'm not following ICOs. This may sound weird but buying and selling in short term (day trading) is not ideal for most users. Keep your funds safe and be patient. You'll earn more than day trading...
