681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Binance beat Ethereum on: February 07, 2020, 06:34:44 AM
I think they almost try to overthrown ethereum network before when they release their Binance chain and as you can see a lots of projects have been interested to transfer from eth network to binance chain. But now, that dream has become nuisance. Only few project now are interested with it, maybe some regret to leave eth smart contract at all. What is the benefit on binance chain anyway? The only thing I can see binancr famous about is their great launchpad and huge volume of trades. For some, we could view Binance as powerful exchange for cryptocurrency but comparing it to a pioneered smart contract provider which really change the altcoin lives is totally far from its greatness.

Maybe near ethereum marketcap but beating them maybe need some few years or maybe never.
682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $37,000,000 in Bitcoin (BTC) for Sale by US Government on: February 07, 2020, 06:27:36 AM
Are there special tax rules when buying these coins directly from the government? That could be a massive incentive for the bidders than doing large otc orders on large exchanges.

I'm thinking the same way too. There's a chance that those bidders will received something special or any privilege from winning the bids of btc. I doubt there is a trader who will join this affair instead they will wait on market price to crash and bid their buy orders there.

Do you think that this 4k btc also drive the btc price on its current level? Somehow btc is increasing since the Us government auction it last February 5.

Also I wonder why would US bid these bitcoins anyway for?
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WINNING THE GAME AGAINST BAD PROJECTS on: February 07, 2020, 06:06:33 AM
To be honest I don't know why people are stressing themselves over altcoin investment.

It's not that they are stressing themselves out. Most crypto investors have specific advisors. This is for huge or whales. Of course their advisors are those experience traders and their grounds for doing massive trading is the new altcoin projects. It's also good to invest on the major altcoins and surely you can be playsafe but others are gambling as well in order to gain profits. Investors or traders they have different preference which we should always think of as a challenge to them. Anyway, I am not an altcoin player but an investor too like you of those major coins such as eth and xrp.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why most of ALTCOINS are dead or worthless? on: February 07, 2020, 03:29:37 AM
In my opinion. Only altcoins with legit marketcap can only survive this bear market. Yes they died out due to the fact that investors only invest with pioneered coins that has been here for more years already. I only see them invest with IEOs of other platform such as Binance. Who keeps gaining much but after that will still jump to btc, eth, xrp, ltc and other potential projects. New projects that came from ICO or unknown IEO will died on the process cause no liquidity incurred.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Was Ripple the cause of this bullish trend? What do you think? on: February 07, 2020, 02:39:35 AM
I think btc is moving on its own and clearly the best movement among the top major coins. If you would observed the current stance of the market it is indeed a clear uptrend already. Last night I was watching the charts and obviously there are still some who are pulling back and cashing out some of the funds from a high steep pump but obviously this will be a good time to hold if youre an investor as this year is the bullish season for btc due to halving. On the other hand, ripple isnt the reason but also lean on btc movement. I am no fan of this crappy project own by most centralized firm. But good for those who also hold cause it also moving up and gains have been realized too.
686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coronavirus & quarantine & effect on BTC Difficulty. How Bad/Likely? Poll! on: February 06, 2020, 10:47:39 PM
As what you mentioned work force will be halt and reduced and most workload will be taken only by huge group of miners that will likely result into increase of difficulty. Imagine how many miners came from China and if we cut their time for this due to the virus then of course what will happened next? Price of bitcoin is increasing on a very shady way which should be affected by this reduction of miners.

There were only a little over 500 deaths worldwide out of which almost all were in China. There will not be an lack of workforce as the Virus kills weak and old people, usually recovering from another form of illness, just like other types of flu used to do.

Little deaths but how about those under quarantine? I assume they arent quaranteed on their own home or own storage for the mining activity which they are doing. Or if Chinese did then how long do you think this will end if they just tolerating shit. Much better to fix this problem first then go back to a normal routine when its done.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum very volatile on: February 06, 2020, 10:40:45 PM
Crypto market is growing because finally it seems that Bitcoin could continue with its growth. After we reach 10 000 USD, we can think about next targets that are previous high 13000USD and then finally 20000USD.

Are you sure? Bitcoin hype due to halving ia what I see here fundamentally. Yes this could be the reason of continue pumping of btc but we arent there yet meaning we dont experience yet this change. So the growth we are seeing is the hype comes with that news, and that is natural as investors and whales love to make a hype for some people and trader to be hook then suddenly will crash the market when the profits are already in their asset.

Just be mindful always, people lose their money on riding with this freaks. If I were you, Im gonna look on charts rather waiting for the price of btc hit or surpass its previous ATH. Plus eth investors are getting ready for the POS blockchain and staking rewards that's why many have buying eth now while still considerable to buy with its current value.
688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling websites need to add self-control functionality! on: February 06, 2020, 10:12:18 PM
I dont think a private firm who owns cryptocurrency casinos will implement this idea. Maybe they can add some ground warnings but adding this feature will also make their profits goes thinner. As a businessman do you think they would allow that?

Many gamblers have a habit of losing too much because too much greed and cant control themselves. IMO, if you cant control yourself then better to stop playing if this attitude is hard to control. Playing gambling is more than just an entertainment but can also lead to addiction. Some will also disagree to put this feature as if they will be mandated to follow rules to avoid this objective that should start first with discipline when playing this kind of game that involves money.
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Using Crypto at Gas Stations on: February 06, 2020, 09:52:06 PM
I think not only in gas stations, but if bitcoin already legalized in a lot of countries, a lot of merchants can accept it and when we visit other countries, we can use bitcoin and it will really help us.

The topic is about gas stations which include the incorporation of blockchain. IMO, even though bitcoin started to get accepted, lots of authority in the government will block this in order to avoid such confusion. Remember, there are hazards of using mobile phones over these areas in which your payment is stored. Most people will disagree in allowing it as harmful effect is brought with it unless you are using paper wallet for transactions but this is not safe cause your paper wallet could be damage ans destroyed due to frequent usage.
690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Justin Sun had a dinner with Warren Buffet! on: February 06, 2020, 09:28:49 PM
Justin Sun is a legend when it comes to selfie with a lot of huge figures in the world of finance. This is a big opportunity as Warren Buffet is a big figure but I dont think what Justin saying on his tweet isn't the real convo he had with the guy. People would not believe that Warren supports him directly and of course criticize the blockchain and even bitcoin that lacks of improvement and there is still need a lot of works to be done before fully can be adopted by many users.

Let me ask this, buffet is an investor and did he even used this so called cryptocurrency? I dont think he haven't yet and his comment maybe just based on what his advisors or colleague advise him too.
691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Charity Fight Coronavirus on: February 06, 2020, 02:35:34 PM
This is great another one platform together with some of their affiliate launch donation site for victims of the harmful corona virus. IMO, they should have extend around the globe the support of this launchingand not just only from people of China. Many people everywhere has seriously affected by this and lots of it are almost under investigation case already.

I hope Justin Sun do this instead of posting the tweet with his face mask on and bragging on how he gonna do his donation for this corona virus outbreak.
692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what happened to freedrop? on: February 06, 2020, 02:22:27 PM
Do not mind, go to airdropalert and join airdrops that have the highest rating, this is the perfect way to get good result from airdrops, I've been paid Origin protocol and Liquidapps through airdropalert and their trading price are very good

Can I ask how much usually earn in current airdrops now in airdropalert? Ive used to sign up and join some free tokens giveaway there but as the freedrops become not a thing now. I stopped it. Obviously some of them gone and you cant compare the payment that has been made before than now which is totally very low and not helping anymore. I remember when ebtc airdrop launch and I did some good earnings there. But the situation is chaged now and might forget airdrops for a while and focus on more legit campaign that pay good compensation.
693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My wish for bounty projects that seem impossible on: February 06, 2020, 02:08:33 PM
This is just a wish, I hoped for it and asked around but yet it seem impossible, the best thing in ever wished for on this forum is bounty projects should start paying in bitcoin or stable coins to bounty hunters, doing this will avoid dumping their tokens buh .... I guess its not going to work since most new projects have no money to do so. they are better off paying hunters in their very own token, damn!

There is an altcoin sometime that pay bitcoin are you familiar with XXcoin? This altcoin ICO have their bounty cmapaign paid in btc but unfortunately you cannot join this cause your rank is low and only senior rank and above can participate with it. Yes I know that frustrating but altcoin projects rarely do this cause as you know their just raising their funds yet and hunters cant expect them to pay in bitcoin.
694  Economy / Speculation / Re: Top analyst warns a hard dump. on: February 06, 2020, 01:10:50 PM
This is not true. What youre going to believe some random analyst creating fud where exactly the opposite is what was happening? Take a look on the current price of bitcoin and some other altcoins. It seems that it will not be the case the market now are increasing and the current level now is 9.8k and I'm seeing the breakout of the 10k level. When this happened and become stable to that level I'm smelling some early bull run to be honest. Good thing I have some hold already bought when it was on 6k level. Not bad IMO.
695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TOP 6 BEST WALLETS TO STORE YOUR ERC-20 on: February 06, 2020, 09:42:19 AM
Why not add hardware wallet in this list ? Hardware wallet is more best and secure. I think you must add hardware wallet in yhe list like a Trezor and Ledger.

I'm indeed hearing a lot of feedback that hardware wallets are good for security purposes and yes but not all can afford and know how it is used. For the time being the list you put is good. I'm just wondering why imtoken isn't listed here. Maybe you can add it to the list. I'm using it and its supported some other coin aside from ethereum which is more advantage IMO. Even bitcoin and major coin such as eos are now accepted.
696  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Apart from AIRDROPS AND Bounties, Are there other ways to OWN cryptocurrecies. on: February 06, 2020, 07:18:09 AM
I think OP need to lock this thread. As many suggestions has been raised enough on what ways how to earn cryptocurrency. I think aside from what you mentioned OP, buying it as the first response is the most easiest way to own it. Other than that is hard as you can read on the following suggestions.

Please locked the thread OP. I think the topic has been addressed already. Thank you so much.
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whoa, Ethereum breaks the $200 barrier on: February 06, 2020, 07:06:52 AM
Finally this is what we called faith and destiny. Ethereum reached  $200 level today and that is a very good indication that they already progressing in terms of market valuation. Yeah many will say this is just a trap to lure some investors to jump in but IMO it will be a good break for eth as the market cap seems to be moving fast. Same case with all its contender such as xrp and bch. These top four coins are moving very fast and likely to surge more in the coming days.
698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IMO-New way to get funding in the market. Is it really good? What's your take? on: February 04, 2020, 03:59:37 AM
No bearing for me. If you will compared this to usual fund raising then it's definitely no advantage. They only uses their own platform and what does that it differs on an ICO? I think I prefer to do an IEO where exchange listed the IEO tokens for trading right away. Also Ive checked the projects under the IMO umbrella and it seems pretty low key projects.

I'm betting they will close out soon. Also the developers are Chinese cause when I inquire on their telegram most speak Chinese languages and they still response to these.
699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Crypto - Part 1 - Top Websites to Find Crypto Jobs on: February 03, 2020, 06:18:11 AM
Very nice list. But for me the very useful site for earning crypto and find a decent one is the service section of Bitcointalk forum. There are lots of services that offer btc paid which I think easier than joining some new bounty campaign that pays altcoin which isn't sure yet to be monetized.

Also if you got the skills you can also do some coding, signature designing and other monitoring for other blockchain project. Talented people earn big in this criteria especially those works are superbly amazing.
700  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Important Point of Earning Merit on: February 03, 2020, 05:54:00 AM
I think much better if you delete your bounty report post after the rewards has been given to you. Your account is just on an entry level, and starting from now on do some posting like a real and natural person talking to others. The suggestion is good but apply this first to yourself. I am not in the time of merit system was implemented so I dont have to brag any of those merits cause I am indeed a senior rank already before its inception. So you can start from scratch. Anyway a lots of users has rank up by the merits system so it isn't impossible for anyone to do it.
