6801  Economy / Economics / Re: Being a Smart Person or Strategic on: September 03, 2017, 01:14:50 PM
Is it enough to be smart with just nothing to lean on and go on with your life? Because i feel that there are a lot of people who doesn't know how to handle their money with regards to see in the future. Is it enough to be smart and not be strategical or somewhat a person who has a lot of experience. Who would you choose?

For me it is required to be a master of both things like of course you can not have experience if you are not going to try and some people would think it's a waste of their time if they are doing what they know already like repeating their work over and over again. So it should be in a balance.
People are different on any ways regarding on their knowledge and experiences. Some maybe on the other side and some may have these both things and i do agree on which we should really have both if we do like to maximize and save up for our future and making our plans effective and somehow are on successful side as always. There are people who are just smart but lacking on some aspects which can be considered as flaw.
6802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DeepOnion going down fast on: September 01, 2017, 01:00:48 PM
if you want some profit better not wait until it goes to the $0.XX, $0.0X and finally $0.00X pricerange where it belongs to

remember, 90% of the volume is the 'dev' selling premine chunks on novaexchange...

Just for the fun of it - i set reminder for September 1st 2018 with link to this thread. You say its gonna be $0.00X , I'm gonna say $28.

I wouldn't make plans long term for this coin, there isn't much activity around development, github page is crickets territory, it looks very centered around the signature campaign and not technology itself.

Although, I don't think people should get hyped about price increase or start panicking when drop, project is very young and there's no real liquidity.
This is what i observed too on which theres no activity around regarding on its activity and i see this coin was only get hyped too much. For those people who did get in on the airdrop would really benefit on this one.
This is just an another pump and dump coin for sure later on when the hypes goes down again.Price would go down again on where it is.
6803  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do you get your ideas for investments? on: September 01, 2017, 12:29:50 PM
I follow other's successful examples, but first I check if these people are really reliable. I don't follow my own knowledge at first point, because if I don't know about the investment how could I have knowledge about it?

And even believing other's suggestions you should start with a low investment, so you can take your own conclusions in practice if that is good or not for you.
This is what im doing too on which i dont really rush things up and i do go with my own decision without seeking information from other first.I do always find on reliable persons on a certain investment and i do tried out small amounts and wont really decide to put huge sums or going all in specially when im not really sure on the venture. If you do observe that it does give you some return and you already gained knowledge then that would be the time to make some add-ups.
6804  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Is Bitcoin's Value So Volatile? on: September 01, 2017, 12:00:44 PM
Why Is Bitcoin's Value So Volatile? I am confused to buy bitcoin now when it's value is too high.

Are you trying to join an investment or trading thats why you want to buy bitcoin? if so bitcoin is too expensive to purchase for now but you can have and keep a bitcoin by not investing but instead you join the signature campaign with no investment, by joining the campaign you can collect bitcoins with no cost. You just need to spend your time and enough patience.
For a newbie you are quiet knowledgeable already when it comes on money making which is actually right and its really possible to make money without the need on investing or pulling money from your own pocket since theres a way on earning it.Yes,it does really need patience and time because joining on signature campaigns wont really be an easy task. There are lots of things to consider first.Bakc to topic bitcoins price volatility is totally depending on the supply and demand which makes the price moves.
6805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO + Altcoins is it double bubble? on: September 01, 2017, 10:47:56 AM
Everyone keep saying that all crypto and especially ICOs are a bubble. and that they will all go down in the future.

But currently everything is going up and the virtual money move from hand to hand.

So what do you think will survive for long, tokens or altcoins?
We cant still say that still on ICO is already considered are on bubble since they are not being launched yet on any exchange. Bubble prices would be determined if they are already on the field. Most coins do really comes to a point on where prices are on bubble state which it usually pops out and go bearish again or being dumped. Its not really new on this trading world this is why we should really be wise regarding on our entries.
6806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the value of a coin. on: August 31, 2017, 12:19:02 PM
how do you determine the value of a coin or project? (against bitcoin) it's a broad question I know, but what helps you determine the value of coins ??
Value of a coin? Then it would depend on how big or small its entire supply and the coins are circulating and price do matter on how much investors or users do tend to buy or sell it. If there an active community and having a big trading volume on famous or big exchanges then expect this coins would really valuable. These are the factors i do see on which it can really affect the price of a certain coin.
6807  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: August 31, 2017, 10:55:26 AM
Man bitcoin market is open to everybody and isn't controlled by central body so everybody can sell whatever bitcoin they have at any price they are happy with. But there are also buyers who see potential rise in price and buy those coins sold by weak hands. This happen in all day trading, you seem new to bitcoin trading.
That's right, panic selling is the main reason problem why many of the traders here loss in the end, They didn't become patience on waiting. Dropping the price of coins is not a sign for us to to get on panic, but a sign for us to buy it. So the next time it happen our emotion must be control by ourselves.
Well, they just showed an immature action, why did I say it? because if they are matured already, they would know the nature of price movement.
Bitcoin is volatile and that is its nature, so any dump is not really a problem as we have seen it many times rise after a big dump, big dump is just an opportunity for smart people, meaning it's time to buy.
Its not actually immature but this is just really a common mistake of a newbie specially on trading on which we would really able to commit these mistakes since we arent aware enough on the price movement of bitcoin. If we are already experienced we would able to say that we did a mistake back when we are still a newbie. We do really learn as the time goes by and panic selling would happen.I bet you did such mistake too when you are still a newbie.
6808  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Wallet without transaction fee on: August 31, 2017, 10:29:28 AM
Hi,

Can anyone suggest me best Bitcoin Wallet without transaction fee

Thanks
There are so many bitcoin wallets without transaction fees.Bitcoin xan be used by all people regardlessbof race status beliefs and religious affiliations .Bitcoin is open to all people and can be used by all bitcoin without transactions fee.
I would like to know on what wallets dont have transaction fee? Seems like you are very sure to this kind of thing. I havent see any wallets that dont have tx fee knowing that you do really need to pay fee for miners in able to push your transactions on sending bitcoin into other wallets and no service would able to give free sending of your bitcoin even on exchanges you would still need to pay.
6809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Would you trust ICO that is not listed on Tokenmarket.net on: August 31, 2017, 10:05:27 AM
I don't think listing an ICO in this website is a sign of trustworthy or not listing is a sign of scam. This website just introduce some ICOs.
You got it right. Its not really a strong indication or getting basis if an ICO is listed or not on a certain site because all of them are just being listed on site owners knowledge and awareness about new ICO. Theres nothing to do with its chance to succeed or not.If we do rely on this one then better think off twice because its not actually right on what you are seeing on here. This is why we should really research on a serious project even if its listed or not.
6810  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you decide when it's time to sell? on: August 31, 2017, 09:47:52 AM
set a fixed margin and never look back.
Yes, this is something very much appreciated. If you have set you profit margin in earlier stages, then you won’t find any difficulty in deciding whether to sell or not. But, for a long term benefits, you need to keep your expectations very much high, only then you’ll be able to earn more.

Short term and long term trades do really differ. If you do target for long term then setting out profit margin isnt really needed at all but if you do active trades then i would really set it up according to your knowledge. If you do believe that price would go on that spot then its easy to set it out and wait for it to hit but sometimes this kind of trading isnt really necessary specially for active traders.
6811  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: August 30, 2017, 12:20:09 PM
Bitcoin, just like stocks and other currencies, has a volatile price and rates. That is what makes it as an investment with high risk but with high return. So it may not be a panic time but instead an opportunity wait it fall in price and buy at the low price then sell at the high price.
Bitcoins are long term investments with good return but not with great risk. Dealing with them wisely can never ever put you in loss. They simple strategy of holding onto bitcoins when prices are low certainly decreases the risk of loss significantly. Bitcoins are the safest investment I have ever come across.
It is the safest investment, totally agree. There is always a risk factor whenever you are trading and investing. You couldn’t predict the market but as said if you take care in dealing with it then there will be a very low ratio of risk. And bitcoin will never fall in upcoming years and onwards.
How sure you are that holding bitcoin is the safest investment? If you are talking about safest is that 100% that it wont go down. You might be right since we do see that bitcoin do really increase its price every year had come to it but we should not really be too confident because anytime bitcoin can crash on least we expected this is why we should really be ready on that one because thinking off there would be no safe investment.
6812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Earning with bounties campaigns on: August 30, 2017, 11:53:47 AM
Hi

Is there anyone has joined several bounties campaigns at the same time? (Facebook, Twitter, Signature, etc.)

How many campaigns have you joined?
How much time do you spend?
How much is your income?

I guess you want to be a full job bounty hunter,my  experience  is CDT signature , got a nice income.
I think the most important is to choose a right and potential coin, not how many bounties you join, some coins's bounties are waste of time.
But it isn't that easy to find a good bounty.
It's all a matter of luck and no strict ways to follow.
So my advice is to join as many as you can within a specific time.

I mostly join social media campaigns like facebook, twitter, reddits and etc. that computes your post automatically. Its really a hassle to do reports of your post. When on an ICO this is really the upside for me.

I think it is better for me than actually doing a physical works. Because you could just sit there and post. For me even if they pay tokens i would still go. Not all but at least i see to it that i select good platforms. Having a token for me is assurance you will be garuanteed to get money after they release there coin. Even if its low price i think exchanging there tokens to sites is still profitable.
If you are a long time social media campaign bounty hunter you would really find this is a quiet hassle since you would able to repost manually unlike on other platforms or projects which do have automated system but same as you said its still fine since you are not doing too much hard work on here and thinking off that you would able to get tokens out of those works that you have done.
6813  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fibonacci indicators on: August 30, 2017, 11:21:08 AM
I am surprised by the answers of the other members For me fibonacci is the single most use tool for prediction of market movements retracments and sell points. I just put fibs and make targets buys and selss. You can search youtube there are few good videos about it with more details how to use. Practice is the key
If you are really a trader using fibonacci on crpytocurrency world i would bet that you would say that those indicators doesnt work anytime as they used too and i can really say such thing because i did make use this tool when i decide to trade on here and there are times that fibonacci works and sometimes it doesnt specially on low volume markets, as said above ^ this would be suited for high volume.
6814  Economy / Economics / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: August 30, 2017, 10:38:07 AM
As an entrepreneur Your should have capital first, and you must familiar with the business which you are going to establish and it has to be a volume market. You are ready for the possibility that you may face when your operate, then had knowledge about how manage your own business.
You cant start if you dont really have the money to put on because if we are talking a business then money is the main thing here and we should not really rush things up because building a business is not easy and there would be lots of things to consider we should really make research on the business we would like to engage with because if we are rushing and dont know what we are doing then we would most likely failed and would go bankrupt easily on our business.
6815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What are you mining today? on: August 30, 2017, 06:31:15 AM
Hi,

What are you guys ming right now?

I was mining 1 month Signatum and change it to DGB.

Not sure if ETC plus LBRY would be better.

I have 11x gtx 1080ti and 5xGtx 1070s

Also is there any platform you can track new pow coins for Mining being released?

Cheers
For now im not mining thru GPU but i do still have a mining farm which it is not a gpu but a harddrive. Yes, im mining Burst coin and i would say that im really enjoying it because its not too hassle to configure it out and does doesnt consume much power. I did bought lots of 500gb secondhand hard drives on our place and i would say im profitable on mining burst.
6816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ICO Advertisment on: August 29, 2017, 01:52:14 PM
I agree. I'm relatively a newbie and came here hoping to find in depth discussions and help on ICOs but there seems to be so much noise on all the threads that it just feels impossible to find right people, get some feedback and genuine info.

Unless you're a core member of this community it makes life very hard for anyone like me and start doubting if this is the right place to do a serious announcement or learn.

I advise you to keep trying to post new threads and/or get a thread pumped that covers your questions to spread it. But I totally agree the forum is huge, million of posts and do not forget there are people getting paid to keep some threads on top....

Everything needs time here.. especial building up your member status, as lower it is is and lower the amount of responses tho. But this happens by all big forums, not only on bitcointalk Wink

Example: My company has posted  two early stage project https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2129844.new#new, still not even 1 reply or comment because my member status is too low to attract attention of right people... so gonna need to find some supporters first... and that will take time tho....

Sup buddies,

not intervening your conversations here but this isnt the right thread to discuss such matter because those post can really be considered as an irrelevant and might be erased by mods. You can make anytime a thread regarding on your doubts on the credibility and the resourcefulness of this forum. I cant deny that those things you do said was true.

Going back on topic, Most ICO got their investors in any parts of the internet which have been redirected by those ads that do scatter on forums, social medias, blogs, articles. Traffic do comes in anyway.
6817  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will bitcoin do in market crash 3.0? on: August 29, 2017, 01:11:54 PM
The trading market is moving like no crisis ever happened, many are convinced we are overdue for a global financial crash 3.0.
In such an event, will people move towards BTC like they run to gold and silver in such times? Or will bitcoin suffer as well?

You can see the ~8year bull bear cycle in the SP500 index, all it needs now is a trigger to turn the trend around.
Talking about crash,. Bitcoin doesnt have an exception because possibilities would be always there but talking about people would go switch to bitcoin fully and leaving those stocks then its hard to think off for that thing to happen and also we cant compare a fast pacing chart movement or activity on cryptoworld to a stock chart. Seeing on the chart it is somehow obvious that there would be a crash anytime on its price.
6818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto caught by NSA? on: August 29, 2017, 12:33:43 PM
idk why would they spend that much energy to catch him ?

its not like he is terrorist or something., he is inventor of btc, yes, but what harm have btc done to society ?

i call bs on that article.

If you did able to read up the article. Obamma do really have a serious motive on catching up on whose Satoshi nakamoto because they do believe that hes an agent of China and Russia which i can say that they are totally out of their minds on saying or assuming such thing. Bitcoin is a great innovation and theres nothing to do with that political wars between countries. The main thing i do concern here is that NSA could able to seek out all peoples informations on just on our writings which really worries me off they can anytime request to collect data or check either on email or social medias.
6819  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How to design a perfect cold storage? on: August 29, 2017, 11:37:48 AM
2. be reistant to my amnesia

Only thing that is truly only accessible by you is your memory, so if you forget everything then there is no way to do it without trusting someone else.
Not to mention that you wouldn't even remember you had a wallet in the first place.
You can't not trust yourself and others at the same time, there is no one with any access to the wallet then.
If one part of the wallet is lost, all is lost. If a group of people have all the parts of the wallet, then they and only them can use it. If you are part of the group, you can't forget your part, if you are not, then you have to trust the group.

I lost many accounts due to forgetting my passwords, but there is no other way except giving someone else access or have another way of access.

You need to trust yourself and if you have a backup, for yourself or others, then figure out a place that you can always protect while you are alive. When you are dead, they can take it from you. If you are afraid that someone will kill you for it, then you need to only be able to get it by your memory.

You can't have both perfect security and perfect availability. If you care more about security, then carry full responsibility. If you care more about it not getting lost, then you have to trust someone in one way or the other.
This would really be only the flaw on which your memory would be the issue here no matter what good precautions or measure of security you do made on your wallet if your memory wont able to remember that as the time goes by then that would really be a problem. Perfect cold storage is already in the market and theres no need to search or create even more, the important thing is that you wont able to forget about it as the time goes by.
6820  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is BIT.AC wallet Service has termed to be a Scam? on: August 29, 2017, 10:39:43 AM
I have been into bitcoin usage before a short time. Also I was insisted to use Blockchain.info for all my transaction requirements. While searching for a mobile wallet I found it and started using it out of curiosity. Till date I've been waiting for the launch of new website as notified in the home page. Today with the help of my btc address searched the transactions and found that by 7th of ongoing month lots of fund has got withdrawn to a single account. Does this mean it's for maintenance or the authorities has scammed the users who have trusted and used their services.

@OP

In addition to what btc_angela said you also want to check out this person's thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2086149.0

It seems like that the circumstances that you and he/she are in are remarkably similar. Their bitcoin address was essentially emptied of its contents as well. Now i don't use bit.ac but i've seen their advertisements on forum. I don't think that they let you access your own private keys so it could well be that they are simply rehashing their entire infrustructure.

There is another thread about bit.ac eth wallets beinc emptied as well(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1947457.0), i'm not sure what to think here. All i can say is, try message their support and forum rep about the issue. Hope for the best, expect the worst. If you get your money back, don't deposit it back into their wallet again. They are a shady company at best.
They do operate well when they are just starting and as been said by most people on here they do have launched their signature campaign too which it operates as usual and been there for some time until the issues have been arised regarding on stolen funds or their balance have been vanished and i do read some of them on this forum i dont know if they are being resolved already or still pending until to this date.
