It is legal because if it's not I'm sure government are now looking into it and doing precautions just to eliminate it in the circulation. It is just that bitcoin gambling is not regulated and not supported by the government. What's only illegal is some scam projects that only focus in getting so many investors then after that they will take the money and gone in an instant.
Legality is depending on the country's rule when it comes to something like this. And there are plenty of countries that are earning through the gambling industry so as long as gambling is legal on that country bitcoin gambling can be legal too. But it can be also illegal to those countries that are promoting illegality of gambling and it should be followed by the citizen as well. Yes it is not depending on the currency you are playing with, but will depend on your country rules and regulations. But in my point wise, some countries where gambling is legal but bitcoin is not legal in their countries that's why their governments not accept bitcoin gambling legally. They not similar online games are different to crypto gambling like the knowledge and their fun too,In online games we play it to have fun and good for past time also but if you think more we can't earn in that so it's no future,In crypto gambling even you risk some money still we can earn here while we play so we have future here,we can invest our earnings here in campaigns and faucets to trading and some gambling site so i say we can take risk with no lose at all,all we need to do is to learn for the win.

I doubt this thing will only happen into those people who are lucky enough to win or secure big amounts that would guarantee them a good future but focusing too much on playing wont really give you any advantage on life since this is solely created for entertainment. I guess everyone here noticed some decline (hopefully temporary) of almost all coins people used to gamble with.  Is it affecting your gambling? I think downfall on crypto will have no negative effect in gambling. There can be a positive effect though, as now people can buy BTC in less price and can gamble more with their money. Yes, it is almost impossible to get rid of gambling if you are used to it or you are addicted to it. Gambling gives a lot of people internal satisfaction and many people cant live without it. Even i have seen people take loans just to play gambling. A few of them are able to pay their loans back and most of them just ruin their life. Would the best thing to do now not be to get out now while Bitcoin is worth at least three times it's low price this year. All small holders get their money out now. Let it fall. And then buy back low. Then everyone will get a chance of cheap Bitcoin not just whales.
You're right but even if the bitcoin value is down still General people who are hesitating to buy the bitcoins are still hesitating. They saying let it go further down and they will buy. Once it goes more down, they still don't buy and wait for further decrease. I was travelling abroad and happen to visit casinos but i was in flip flops and as per the rules a proper attire was must. I was not being allowed inspite of me explaining I cam from abroad and will be leaving tonight and was not aware of such policy etc. But they where strict with the rules and I had to return back form their.
Even I also faced this issue when I visited 1st time to abroad. as per the casino rules for foreigners, there is no fee it was free entry but we need to show our passport. I showed my other national ID but they are not allowed me inside. yup They were very strict in the rules. Usually these type of things happen only on real casino, if you see on online gambling world i think it is better than real casino. I have the same opinion in this regard as you are having. Gambling doesn’t involves any tricks in it as it is a matter of pure luck and no one knows who is going to win the game. Just the one who will be luckier than the opponent will be the winner.
Even if you win two or three games in gambling by playing different tricks, it works but the fourth game you will be losing as luck is has more importance than tricks.
I disagree, there are always some tricks provided you have the attitude to learn. For instance, in a bingo game, you should try to sit close to the caller. This will ensure that you get all the information before other members. However, these tricks require a lot of practice, that is how experts in gambling have evolved. You should understand what he want to said us, Actually, he said that we can't win all the time behalf of our tricks,, our tricks definitely work and 1 and 2 and 3 but in 4 times may be our trick not work and we lose the bet. Luckily for me gambling is now a past thing I used be a passive gambler and always tried my very best to control but as always it seemed impossible , finally I decided to stop gambling but blocking most the gambling sites for few weeks

Now I play occasionally depending on how much free time I have. When i read your opinion then i remember my past period of gambling, i also have same boat like both of you. When i was new in gambling field then i did a lot of search about gambling but later on i realized my daily work effect because of it, and then i controlled myself and also i controlled on my betting, because i didn't want to be addicted gambler, then now i am happy with myself.
